本発明は非接触型データ送受信体に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年において、電子データの受け渡しを行なえるようにしたものとしてICチップを搭載したICカードなどが普及するようになってきており、データの受け渡しを媒体としてその受け渡しを非接触にて行なえるようにアンテナを有した非接触型データ送受信体が、薄形で携帯にも便利であることから多く利用されている。このような送受信体はICチップに組み込まれたシステムに高いデータ蓄積能力があるとともに高いデータセキュリティ能力があって、記録されているデータは改竄し難いものとなっている。
しかしながら、データ蓄積能力が高く各種の個人情報や金銭情報を記憶させてその個人情報や金銭情報の受け渡しにこの送受信体を利用する機会が多くなってくるにつけて、改竄が試みられる可能性が高くなるという問題がある。そして、その改竄の抑止効果を付与する方法は、一般のクレジットカードに利用されているように表面にホログラム転写箔を貼り付けたり、特殊な形状のエンボス文字を打刻するなど、従来からの方法と変わりがない。そのため、改竄の抑止効果が高くなる新たな方法が望まれていた。
そこで本発明者は非接触型データ送受信体においてアンテナが外部から見えるようにしてデザイン性を高めるようにしたものに着目して、そのアンテナを見ただけで改竄不能と思われるようにしたものである。よって、本発明は上記事情に鑑み、外部から見えるアンテナにてホログラム表示を行なわせることを課題とし、改竄抑止効果を高めることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、導電性金属層を配した金属薄板の所要位置にホログラム加工を施して前記導電性金属層をアンテナパターンにしてなるアンテナを有するものであって、特に、該アンテナにICチップを実装した前記金属薄板を、オーバーシート材が挟み込み、前記オーバーシート材の少なくともアンテナ対応部分を透明にして前記アンテナが目視可能に設けられていることを特徴とする非接触型データ送受信体を提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図1と図2に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図中1は非接触型データ送受信体であり、薄形にして定型カードサイズの大きさのものである。そして、その内部には後述するアンテナ2とこのアンテナ2に実装したICチップ3とから非接触状態でデータを受け渡しするとともに、データを蓄積する機能を実施するように設けられているものであり、前記アンテナ2にてホログラム表示を行なって改竄に対する抑止効果を高めている。

この非接触型データ送受信体1にあっては積層構成を有するものであって、まず、中心側に金属薄板4が位置している。前記金属薄板4はフィルムをベースとしてこのフィルム(PETフィルム、100μm)4aに導電性金属層4bを配してなるものであり、厚さ120μm、東洋メタライジング社製(商品名:メタルミー)を使用している。そして、公知の方法によりレインボーホログラムが得られる金型にてこの金属薄板4の所要位置をプレス加工してホログラム加工部5を形成する。この後、前記ホログラム加工部5に対して公知の装置により金属薄板4における導電性金属層部分にレーザー照射を行なって不要部分の金属層を除去し、アンテナパターンとしたアンテナ2を得るようにする。アンテナ2が得られた後にICチップ3を実装する。

上述のようにしてアンテナ2にICチップ3を実装した金属薄板4は、図2に示すように透明なホットメルト接着剤6を用いて、表裏の外面層となるオーバーシート材7に挟み込んで接着することで非接触型データ送受信体1が得られる。前記ホットメルト接着剤6には厚さ100μmのヒートシール接着剤シートが利用でき、オーバーシート材7には厚さ220μmのPVCシートが使用できる。
そして、上記オーバーシート材7にあってはアンテナ対応部分8が透明とされるとともにその他の部分が不透明であって、このアンテナ対応部分8からアンテナ2が目視可能に設けられている。これによって、前記アンテナ対応部分8からアンテナ2によるホログラム像が目視できるものとなり、非接触型データ送受信体1の改竄を抑止する効果が高くなる。即ち、アンテナ2を構成する細い金属層の部分においてのみホログラム像が形成されたものとなっているため、このホログラム表示部分の改竄が極めて困難であることを強調できるものとなる。
なお、オーバーシート材においてアンテナ対応部分のみを透明なものとして説明したが、他の部分も透明にすることは可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明の非接触型データ送受信体によれば、導電性金属層を配した金属薄板の所要位置にホログラム加工を施して前記導電性金属層をアンテナパターンにしてなるアンテナを有するものであって、特に、該アンテナにICチップを実装した前記金属薄板を、オーバーシート材が挟み込み、前記オーバーシート材の少なくともアンテナ対応部分を透明にして前記アンテナが目視可能に設けられていることを特徴とするものである。よって、アンテナを構成する細い金属層の部分においてのみ形成されるホログラム像がアンテナ対応部分を通して外部から見ることができるようになり、このホログラム表示部分の改竄が極めて困難であることを強調できて、改竄の抑止効果が高くなるなど、実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。
