Description

【0001】

And the side portions 42 and 42 have different configurations. The eaves portion 41 is provided with an engaging portion 43 that protrudes like a bowl in the inner direction of the bay window 2, whereas the side portions 42 and 42 have end portions that extend vertically upward as they are. Yes.
[0020]
In addition, the plywood 14 for reinforcing the front inclined portion 46a is attached to the back surface of the front inclined portion 46a of the bay window roof body 46. Further, an adjusting material 7, which is a long square member made of an end material of the exterior material, is provided along the end portion on the base end side of the plywood 14.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 4, the receiving member 5 is a member having a substantially J-shaped cross section made of a steel plate, and includes a groove that opens in a horizontal U-shape and a substantially U-shaped groove that opens upward. The end portions on the substantially U-shaped groove side that face each other vertically are bent at an acute angle in the inner direction of the groove to form an engaging portion 51. The receiving member 5 is attached to the frame body 11 with the upper end portion of the bay window body 3 in contact with the horizontal trunk edge 19 on the front surface of the upper end. Note that a gap S provided between the back surface of the lower end of the receiving member 5 and the frame body 11 serves as a groove into which the sash frame 25 is inserted.
[0022]
The exterior material 6 is a member that is attached so as to cover the side surface and the front surface of the bay window body 3, and a pattern that enhances design is formed using a plate-shaped material having fire resistance and the like. The exterior material 6 is attached to the horizontal trunk edges 19 and 19 or the vertical trunk edges 15 and 15.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 3, 6, and 7, the lower end draining material 17 is formed of a single member that is molded so as to surround the three edges of the lower end of the bay window. The cross-section has a groove shape with an open top, and the end on the front side of the groove extends inward and upward, and then the upper end extends in the vertical direction along the wall surface of the bay window body 3. . On the other hand, the upper end portion on the back side of the groove projects perpendicularly to the back side and extends along the bottom surface of the bay window body 3.
[0024]
Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8, the attachment member 18 is an auxiliary member for attaching the lower end draining material 17 accurately and easily, and the two planes are orthogonal and have an L shape. A nail hole into which the nail 12 is driven is provided in the flat portion. By providing a plurality of the attachment members 18 inside the lower end drainage material 17 at a predetermined interval, the attachment position of the lower end drainage material 17 can be guided and the distortion of the attachment position can be prevented.
[0025]
Next, the construction method of the bay window unit of this Embodiment is demonstrated. First, the bay window body 3 formed in advance in the factory is attached to the wall surface constituting the housing 1. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the coach screws 23 and 23 are inserted into predetermined positions from the back surface of the wall surface of the wall panel 1 constituting the casing. Insertion holes (not shown) to which the coach screws 23, 23 are screwed are attached to the side wall panel 10 on the contact surface side between the bay window body 3 and the wall panel (housing) 1. , 23 are screwed together to attach the bay window body 3 to the housing 1 and fixed with an adhesive and a nail (not shown).
[0026]
Next, the bay window roof part 4 is attached to the bay window body 3. The bay window roof part 4 is fitted to the upper surface of the bay window body 3 so as to fit the both ends of the bay window body 3 and the inner sides of the side surfaces 42 and 442 of the bay window roof part 4 from above the bay window body 3. Cover.
Subsequently, the bay window roof part 4 is based on the position until the engagement part 51 of the receiving member 5 attached to the front face part of the bay window body 3 and the engagement part 43 of the eaves part 41 of the bay window roof part 4 abut. It pushes into the edge part 44 side, and it pushes in further while raising the bay window roof part 4 upwards, and engages the engaging part 43 of the bay window roof part 4 with the receiving material 5. At this time, since the adjustment material 7 is provided on the back surface of the base end portion 44 of the bay window roof part 4, the base end portion 44 of the bay window roof part 4 is changed depending on the inclination angle of the upper surface of the bay window roof part 4. It can be easily attached without shifting downward from a predetermined position. Next, nails 12 are driven from the outside into nail holes (not shown) provided at predetermined intervals in the grooves 45 of the bay window roof part 4, and the bay window roof part 4 is fixed to the bay window body 3.
[0027]
In addition, after fixing the bay window roof part 4 to the bay window body 3, the base end part 44 of the bay window roof part 4 has the bay window roof body 46 of the bay window roof part 4 as shown in FIGS. A side inclined portion 46b and a cover 48 that covers the uneven portions on the side surface are attached. At this time, the fixing material 16 is attached to the gap formed between the cover 48 and the side surface portions 42 of the bay window roof part 4. Since the cover 48 covers the base end portion 44 of the bay window roof part 4, the exterior material 24 of the wall panel (housing) 1 is cut in accordance with the shape of the end portion on the base end part 44 side of the bay window roof part 4. There is no need, and the exterior member 24 of the wall panel (casing) 1 at the base end can be easily attached. Further, the side surfaces 42 and 42 of the bay window roof part 4 that is only in contact with the bay window body 3 are reinforced, and the side surfaces 42 and 42 of the bay window roof part 4 are prevented from floating.
[0028]
Next, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the lower end drainage material 17 is attached so as to sandwich nine attachment members 18 that are pasted to predetermined positions inside the lower end drainage member 17 in advance. The nail 12 is struck and fixed to the lower end of the bay window body 3 through nail holes provided in the material 17 and the mounting member 18. Next, the exterior material 6 is attached to the horizontal trunk edge 19 previously pasted to the lower end side of the bay window body 3. Therefore, the lower end draining material 17 and the attachment member 18 on the front side of the bay window body 3 are attached to the gap between the exterior material 6 and the bay window body 3. By attaching the lower end draining material 17 in such a configuration, the joint surface between the lower end draining material 17 and the mounting member 18 is covered with the exterior material 6 and is not exposed to the outside, and rainwater or the like is placed inside the lower end draining material 17. Will not be submerged.
[0029]
When the installation of the bay window unit is completed in this way, the sealing material 13 is attached to the joint portion between the base end portion 44 of the bay window roof part 4 and the housing 1, or the side faces 42 and 42 of the bay window roof part 4 are joined. The entire finishing process is appropriately performed, for example, caulking is performed on the part for waterproofing, and the construction is completed.
[0030]
According to the example of the above-described embodiment, the upper part of the bay window body 3 is arranged such that both side surfaces of the bay window roof part 4 are in contact with the exterior material 6 provided on the entire surface of the side wall panels 10, 10 of the bay window body 3. Since it covers, the bay window roof part 4 can be attached easily. Further, when the front surface portion is engaged with the receiving member 5, it does not shift from side to side. Therefore, the bay window roof part 4 can be easily attached to the bay window body 3.
[0031]
In addition, as shown with a dashed-two dotted line in FIG. 5, unlike embodiment of this invention, when the receiving material 30 provided with the engaging part was provided also in the side wall panels 10 and 10 of the bay window main body 3, for example, The vertical trunk edges 15 and 15 and the exterior material 6 attached to the panels 10 and 10 are cut at the upper part at a position L in the drawing and come into contact with the lower end surface of the receiving material 30. Then, in order to prevent water in the contact portion, it is necessary to perform caulking at a position indicated by reference numeral 31. On the other hand, according to the example of the embodiment of the present invention, the bay window roof part 4 covers the bay window roof part 4 because the bay window roof part 4 includes the upper end portion of the exterior material 6 of the bay window body 3. Rainwater or the like does not enter from the upper end of the exterior material 6 and can be prevented from entering the bay window body 3. With such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the number of caulking locations on the contact surface between the exterior material 6 and the bay window roof part 4, and the construction work is reduced.
[0032]
Further, since the inside of the corner of the attachment member 18 attached to the inside of the lower end draining material 17 and the corner of the lower end of the bay window body 3 abut, the attachment position of the lower end drainage 17 is attached by the attachment member 18. The lower end draining material 17 can be attached easily and accurately.
[0033]
Thus, according to the example of the bay window unit, it is possible to easily construct the bay window in which the roof of the bay window is independently provided without being restricted by the installation position.
[0034]
In the example of the present embodiment, the shape of the bay window body 3 is rectangular. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the shape in which the side surface is inclined inward is essential. What is necessary is just to follow the shape of the window to be formed. Moreover, although the bay window roof part 4 was made from a steel plate, it is not limited to this, and what is necessary is just to have water resistance. Moreover, although the housing 1 to which the bay window unit is attached is a wall panel, it is not limited to this, and the wall surface of the housing constructed by a general construction method may be used. In short, the bay window 2 can be attached to the wall surface constituting the housing. Any configuration may be used. Moreover, the shape of the receiving material 5 is also an example of the embodiment, and any shape having an engaging portion 51 for engaging the bay window roof part 4 may be used.
[0035]
Moreover, although the attachment member 18 was provided in the position contact | abutted with the said bay window main body 3 inside the said lower end draining material 17, it is not limited to this. For example, a plurality of attachment members 18 may be provided at predetermined intervals on the lower end portion of the frame body 11 of the bay window body 3. In short, the attachment member 18 is provided between the lower end draining material 17 and the lower end portion of the bay window body 3. What is necessary is just to attach the said lower end draining material 17 to the lower end edge part of the said bay window main body 3 through 18.
[0036]
