Description
Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板上にベタ状に形成された反射機能を有する金属電極膜と、
前記金属電極膜上にベタ状に形成された有機薄膜の電子輸送層と、
前記電子輸送層上に形成され、且つストライプ状に並列に形成された2色以上のエリアパターンを有して、各単色光を出射する有機薄膜発光層と、
前記有機薄膜発光層上にベタ状に形成された有機薄膜の正孔輸送層と、
前記正孔輸送層上にベタ状に形成された透明電極と、
前記透明電極上に形成され、入射された前記各単色光の強度を調光する光シャッター機能を有する液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネル上に形成されたカラーフィルタと、を有する表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の表示装置において、
前記透明電極上に積層配置された半透明反射機能を有する保護膜を有し、
前記透明電極膜と前記保護膜間を光共振器構造とする表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の表示装置において、
前記有機薄膜発光層の2色以上のエリアパターンは、赤色、緑色、青色のエリアパターンである表示装置。 - 基板と、
前記基板上にベタ状に形成された反射機能を有する金属電極膜と、
前記金属電極膜上にベタ状に形成された有機薄膜の電子輸送層と、
前記電子輸送層上に形成され、且つ前記電子輸送層上に一面にベタ状に形成された短波長側発光層と、前記短波長側発光層上に部分的に形成された長波長側発光層とを有して光を出射する有機薄膜発光層と、
前記有機薄膜発光層上にベタ状に形成された有機薄膜の正孔輸送層と、
前記正孔輸送層上にベタ状に形成された透明電極と、
前記透明電極上に形成され、入射された前記光の強度を調光する光シャッター機能を有する液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネル上に形成されたカラーフィルタと、を有する表示装置。 - 請求項4に記載の表示装置において、
前記短波長側発光層は、青色発光層であり、
前記長波長側発光層は黄色発光層である表示装置。 - 請求項4に記載の表示装置において、
前記短波長側発光層の励起寿命は、前記長波長側発光層の励起寿命より長いは表示装置。 - 請求項4に記載の表示装置において、
前記短波長側発光層からの発光は、燐光発光である表示装置。 - 請求項4に記載の表示装置において、
前記透明電極上に積層配置された半透明反射機能を有する保護膜を有し、
前記透明電極膜と前記保護膜間を光共振器構造とする表示装置。 - 基板と、
前記基板上にベタ状に形成された反射機能を有する金属電極膜と、
前記金属電極膜上にベタ状に形成された有機薄膜の電子輸送層と、
前記電子輸送層上に形成され、且つ前記電子輸送層上に一面にベタ状に形成された短波長側発光層と、前記短波長側発光層上に部分的に形成された長波長側発光層とを有して各色光を出射する有機薄膜発光層と、
前記有機薄膜発光層上にベタ状に形成された有機薄膜の正孔輸送層と、
前記正孔輸送層上にベタ状に形成された透明電極と、
前記透明電極上に形成され、前記2色以上のエリアパターンと同一または整数倍の周期で、入射された前記各色光を部分的に遮断する遮断部と、前記各色光を透過する透過部と、を有する透明板と、
を有する表示装置。 - 請求項9に記載の表示装置において、
前記透明電極上に積層配置された半透明反射機能を有する保護膜を有し、
前記透明電極膜と前記保護膜間を光共振器構造とする表示装置。
