Claims (8)
- アンテナの形態を有する信号伝搬・受信手段(10)に接続される端末(11)と、前記信号伝搬・受信手段(10)へ送信するための信号を提供するために前記端末(11)に結合された送信ブランチ(DCS/PCS)と、第1のインピーダンスを有する伝送線(TXL2)の長さによって前記端末(11)に結合された受信用の分岐回路(DCS,PCS)と、を備え、前記分岐回路(DCS,PCS)は、前記伝送線(TXL2)の長さによって接続される少なくとも第1のブランチ(DCS)および第2のブランチ(PCS)を備えるマルチモード無線モジュール(22)であって、
前記第1のブランチ(DCS)および第2のブランチ(PCS)は、前記信号伝搬・受信手段(10)からの第1の周波数帯域(DCS)および第2の周波数帯域(PCS)の信号をそれぞれ受信し、
前記第1のブランチ(DCS)および第2のブランチ(PCS)は、直列キャパシタおよびシャントインダクタの形態を有する移相回路(PS2,PS1)と、前記移相回路(PS2,PS1)に結合された帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)と、前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)の出力に結合された低雑音増幅器(LNA3,LNA2)と、をそれぞれ有し、
前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)の帯域幅は、前記第1の周波数帯域(DCS)および第2の周波数帯域(PCS)の一方における所望の信号を通過させるが、その逆に、前記第2の周波数帯域(PCS)および第1の周波数帯域(DCS)の他方における不要な信号を拒否するように選択され、
前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)のそれぞれの入力インピーダンスおよび出力インピーダンスは、それぞれの低雑音増幅器(LNA3,LNA2)の入力インピーダンスに匹敵すると共に、
各移相回路の前記直列キャパシタ(C2,C1)およびシャントインダクタ(L4,L3)の値は、前記伝送線(TXL2)の前記第1のインピーダンスを、それぞれの前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)の前記入力インピーダンスに整合させるために、インピーダンス変換を行うように選択されることを特徴とするマルチモード無線モジュール。 - 前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)のそれぞれはBAWフィルタであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチモード無線モジュール。
- 前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)のそれぞれはSAWフィルタであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチモード無線モジュール。
- 前記送信ブランチ(DCS/PCS)は、前記端末(11)に結合された直列スイッチ(SW3)を有し、前記分岐回路(DCS,PCS)の前記第1のブランチ(DCS)および前記第2のブランチ(PCS)は、前記端末(11)から離れた前記伝送線(TXL2)の端部に結合されたシャントスイッチ(SW5)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載のマルチモード無線モジュール。
- 前記端末(11)にはデュプレクサ(12)が結合され、前記送信ブランチ(DCS/PCS)および分岐回路(DCS,PCS)は、第1の帯域幅(DCS)にある周波数を有する信号を通す前記デュプレクサのポートに結合され、第2の帯域幅(PCS)にある周波数を有する信号を処理するさらなるブランチにはさらなるポートが結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4の何れかに記載のマルチモード無線モジュール。
- アンテナの形態を有する信号伝搬・受信手段(10)と、送信すべき信号(DCS/PCS)を変調する変調手段(44)と、受信信号(DCS/PCS)を復調する復調手段(56,50)と、前記信号伝搬・受信手段(10)に結合された送信ブランチ(DCS/PCS)を含むマルチモード無線モジュールと、を備えるマルチモード無線機であって、
前記変調手段(44)は、前記送信ブランチ(DCS/PCS)の信号入力と、第1のインピーダンスを有する伝送線(TXL2)の長さによって前記信号伝搬・受信手段(10)に結合された分岐回路(DCS,PCS)との間に結合され、
前記分岐回路(DCS,PCS)は、第1の周波数帯域(DCS)および第2の周波数帯域(PCS)における信号をそれぞれ受信する少なくとも第1のブランチ(DCS)および第2のブランチ(PCS)を含み、
前記第1のブランチ(DCS)および第2のブランチ(PCS)は、直列キャパシタ(C2,C1)およびシャントインダクタ(L4,L3)の形態を有する移相回路(PS2,PS1)と、前記移相回路(PS2,PS1)に結合された帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)と、前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)の出力に結合された低雑音増幅器(LNA3,LNA2)と、をそれぞれ有し、
前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)の帯域幅は、前記第1の周波数帯域(DCS)および第2の周波数帯域(PCS)の一方における所望の信号を通過させるが、その逆に、前記第2の周波数帯域(PCS)および第1の周波数帯域(DCS)の他方における不要な信号を拒否するように選択され、
前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)のそれぞれの入力インピーダンスおよび出力インピーダンスは、それぞれの低雑音増幅器(LNA3,LNA2)の入力インピーダンスに匹敵すると共に、
各移相回路の前記直列キャパシタ(C2,C1)およびシャントインダクタ(L4,L3)の値は、前記伝送線(TXL2)の前記第1のインピーダンスを、それぞれの前記帯域通過音響共振フィルタ(RXF3,RXF2)の前記入力インピーダンスに整合させるために、インピーダンス変換を行うように選択されることを特徴とするマルチモード無線機。 - 前記送信ブランチ(DCS,PCS)は、前記端末(11)に結合された直列スイッチ(SW3)を有し、前記分岐回路(DCS,PCS)は、4分の1波長伝送線(TXL2)の一端に結合されたシャントスイッチ(SW5)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のマルチモード無線機。
- 前記端末にはデュプレクサが結合され、前記送信および分岐回路は、第1の帯域幅にある周波数を有する信号を通す前記デュプレクサのポートに結合され、第2の帯域幅にある周波数を有する信号を処理するさらなるブランチにはさらなるポートが結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項6および7の何れかに記載のマルチモード無線機。
