Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る二次電池を分解して表すものである。この二次電池は、正極リード線11および負極リード線12が取り付けられた電池素子20をフィルム状の外装部材30の内部に封入したものである。
本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る二次電池は、電解質の構成が異なることを除き、他は第1の実施の形態と同様の構成,作用および効果を有している。よって、ここでは、図1を参照し、同一部分についての説明は省略する。
Claims (15)
- 正極および負極と共に電解質を備え、
前記電解質は、重量平均分子量が55万以上の第1の高分子化合物と、重量平均分子量が1千以上30万未満の第2の高分子化合物とを混合して含み、
前記第1の高分子化合物および前記第2の高分子化合物は、フッ化ビニリデンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンとのブロック共重合体であり、
前記電解質は、単層構造を有し、その層中に前記第1の高分子化合物および前記第2の高分子化合物を混合して含む、
電池。 - 前記第1の高分子化合物の重量平均分子量は、300万以下である、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記第2の高分子化合物の重量平均分子量は、5万以上25万以下である、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記ブロック共重合体におけるヘキサフルオロプロピレンの割合は、3重量%以上7.5重量%以下である、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記電解質は、更に、重量平均分子量が30万以上55万未満の第3の高分子化合物を含む、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記第3の高分子化合物は、フッ化ビニリデンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンとのブロック共重合体である、請求項5記載の電池。
- 前記ブロック共重合体におけるヘキサフルオロプロピレンの割合は、3重量%以上7.5重量%以下である、請求項6記載の電池。
- 更に、溶媒に電解質塩が溶解された電解液を含み、この電解液の割合が80重量%以上である、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記負極は、リチウム(Li)を吸蔵および離脱することが可能な負極材料を含む、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記負極は、炭素材料を含む、請求項9記載の電池。
- 前記負極の厚みは、105μm以上である、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記正極は、リチウム(Li)と遷移金属との複合酸化物を含む、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記正極の厚みは、120μm以上である、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記正極と前記負極との間にセパレータを有する、請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記電解質は、前記正極および前記負極の少なくとも一方に前記第1の高分子化合物および前記第2の高分子化合物を混合して含む塗布溶液を塗布することにより形成された、請求項1記載の電池。
