【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品陳列棚等に商品を展示する際に、商品を載置したり、その商品名や価格等を表示したりするのに用いられる商品陳列用トレイに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、商品陳列棚等に商品を展示する際に、商品を載置したり、その商品名や価格等を表示したりするのに商品陳列用トレイが用いられている。そして、この商品陳列用トレイとして、紙製のものが実用新案登録第３０４１８６２号公報に提案されている。

このものは、図２２に示すように、長方形状の台板部分５１と、この台板部分５１の一側端縁部から上方に垂設される帯状の側板部分５２と、上記台板部分５１の前端縁部から上方に垂設される立板部分５３と、この立板部分５３の上端縁部から前方に水平に延びる水平板部分５４と、この水平板部分５４の前端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分５５と、上記側板部分５２と立板部分５３とを結合する支持片５６と、上記水平板部分５４の下方に形成され傾斜板部分５５の傾斜状態を保持する箱状部５７とで構成されている。

そして、上記商品陳列用トレイは、傾斜板部分５５を陳列棚Ｓの先端縁から突出させるようにして、陳列棚Ｓに置かれる。さらに、台板部分５１には、商品が載置され、傾斜板部分５５には、その商品名等が表示されたり商品サンプルが取り付けられたりする。

そして、上記商品陳列用トレイは、紙材を二つ折りにして作製される。すなわち、まず、平板状紙基材を準備し、図２３に示すように、所要の形状に裁断するとともに折り目５８〜６８および切り込み６９，７０を形成し、平板状紙材７１を作製する。このとき、面７２の縦横の寸法は、面７３の縦横の寸法よりも小さくし、また、面７４の縦寸法も、面７５の縦寸法よりも小さくし、さらに、面７６の横寸法も面７７の横寸法よりも小さくする。ついで、水平板部分５４の上面および傾斜板部分５５の前面となる面に宣伝文句等の広告内容（図示せず）を印刷する。つぎに、平板状紙材７１の右半分が下になるようにして、図２４に示すように、折り目６２で平板状紙材７１を二つ折りにするとともに重なる部分（箱状部を除く）を貼り合わせる。このとき、面７２と面７３とが台板部分５１（図２２参照）となり、面７６と面７７とが側板部分５２となり、面７４と面７５とが立板部分５３となり、面７８が水平板部分５４となり、面７９と面８０とが傾斜板部分５５となる。そののち、面８１を上方に折り曲げ、面７８と面８１と面８２とで箱状部５７を形成する。このようにして、上記商品陳列用トレイが作製される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記紙製の商品陳列用トレイでは、傾斜板部分５５に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせるために、平板状紙材７１を二つ折りにして貼り合わせるとともに箱状部５７を形成している。このため、上記商品陳列用トレイの作製には、この商品陳列用トレイの略全体にわたる貼り合わせ作業が必要となるとともに、箱状部５７の形成作業が必要となる。これらの作業は、商品陳列用トレイの作製を複雑にし、その作製コストを上げる。

また、台板部分５１に載置されていた商品がなくなると、商品陳列用トレイが不安定になり、商品陳列用トレイが陳列棚Ｓから落ちることがある。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みなされたもので、傾斜板部分に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせることが簡単であるとともに、陳列棚から落ちることが殆どない商品陳列用トレイの提供をその目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明は、台板部分と、この台板部分の前端縁部に立設される立板部分と、この立板部分の上端縁部から前方に略水平に延びる水平板部分と、この水平板部分の前端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分とで構成されているトレイが複数個、係合部を有する剛性補強体および連結部材を介して、並列され連結されてなる商品陳列用トレイであって、上記各トレイが平板状紙材を折り曲げて作製されており、上記立板部分と水平板部分と傾斜板部分との相互の形成角度を維持するために、上記剛性補強体が立板部分の側縁部と水平板部分の側縁部と傾斜板部分の側縁部とに嵌合しており、かつ上記剛性補強体の上記係合部に、上記連結部材が係脱自在に係合することにより隣接し合う剛性補強体と剛性補強体とを連結している商品陳列用トレイを第１の要旨とし、台板部分と、この台板部分の前端縁部に立設される立板部分と、この立板部分の上端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分とで構成されているトレイが複数個、係合部を有する剛性補強体および連結部材を介して、並列され連結されてなる商品陳列用トレイであって、上記各トレイが平板状紙材を折り曲げて作製されており、上記立板部分と傾斜板部分との相互の形成角度を維持するために、上記剛性補強体が立板部分の側縁部と傾斜板部分の側縁部とに嵌合しており、かつ上記剛性補強体の上記係合部に、上記連結部材が係脱自在に係合することにより隣接し合う剛性補強体と剛性補強体とを連結している商品陳列用トレイを第２の要旨とする。

すなわち、本発明の第１の商品陳列用トレイは、台板部分と、この台板部分の前端縁部に立設される立板部分と、この立板部分の上端縁部から前方に略水平に延びる水平板部分と、この水平板部分の前端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分とで構成されているトレイが複数個、係合部を有する剛性補強体および連結部材を介して、並列され連結されてなるものであって、各トレイは、平板状紙材を折り曲げることにより、台板部分，立板部分，水平板部分および傾斜板部分が形成されており、かつ上記立板部分と水平板部分と傾斜板部分との相互の形成角度を維持するために、上記剛性補強体が立板部分の側縁部と水平板部分の側縁部と傾斜板部分の側縁部とに嵌合している。このため、上記各トレイは、傾斜板部分に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせるために、紙材を二つ折りにして全体的に貼り合わせたり、水平板部分の下方に傾斜板部分の傾斜状態を保持する箱状部を形成したりする等の各トレイの作製を複雑にする要因がなく、簡単に傾斜板部分に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせることができ、その作製コストを低減させることができる。

さらに、上記剛性補強体は、係合部を有しており、かつ第１の商品陳列用トレイは、上記係合部に係脱自在に係合することにより隣接し合う剛性補強体と剛性補強体とを連結する連結部材を備えている。したがって、第１の商品陳列用トレイは、隣接し合うトレイとトレイとが連結した状態で陳列棚に置かれるため、全トレイから商品がなくなることは殆どない。すなわち、ある１個のトレイに載置されていた商品がなくなっても、他のトレイには商品が残っている確率が高い。そして、このように商品が残っている場合には、第１の商品陳列用トレイは、安定した状態を維持し、陳列棚から落ちることがない。

また、本発明の第２の商品陳列用トレイは、台板部分と、この台板部分の前端縁部に立設される立板部分と、この立板部分の上端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分とで構成されているトレイが複数個、係合部を有する剛性補強体および連結部材を介して、並列され連結されてなる商品陳列用トレイであって、各トレイは、平板状紙材を折り曲げることにより、台板部分，立板部分および傾斜板部分が形成されており、かつ上記立板部分と傾斜板部分との相互の形成角度を維持するために、上記剛性補強体が立板部分の側縁部と傾斜板部分の側縁部とに嵌合している。このため、上記各トレイは、傾斜板部分に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせるために、紙材を二つ折りにして全体的に貼り合わせたり、水平板部分の下方に傾斜板部分の傾斜状態を保持する箱状部を形成したり等の商品陳列用トレイの作製を複雑にする要因がなく、簡単に傾斜板部分に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせることができ、その作製コストを低減させることができる。

さらに、上記剛性補強体は、係合部を有しており、かつ第２の商品陳列用トレイは、上記係合部に係脱自在に係合することにより隣接し合う剛性補強体と剛性補強体とを連結する連結部材を備えている。したがって、第２の商品陳列用トレイは、隣接し合うトレイとトレイとが連結した状態で陳列棚に置かれるため、全トレイから商品がなくなる場合は殆どない。すなわち、ある１個のトレイに載置されていた商品がなくなっても、他のトレイには商品が残っている確率が高い。そして、このように商品が残っている場合には、第２の商品陳列用トレイは、安定した状態を維持し、陳列棚から落ちることがない。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて詳しく説明する。

図１は、本発明の商品陳列用トレイの一実施の形態を示している。この実施の形態では、商品陳列用トレイは、複数（図では３個）のトレイ１が、係合部を有する剛性補強体２０および連結部材９を介して、並列され連結されてなるものである。すなわち、各トレイ１の左右側縁部には、プラスチック製の上記剛性補強体２０が嵌合しており、隣接し合う剛性補強体２０と剛性補強体２０とは、上記連結部材９により連結されている。

上記トレイ１は、紙製であり、長方形状の台板部分４と、この台板部分４の一側端縁部から上方に垂設される帯状の側板部分５と、上記台板部分４の前端縁部から上方に垂設（立設）される立板部分６と、この立板部分６の上端縁部から前方に水平に延びる水平板部分７と、この水平板部分７の前端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分８とで構成されている。そして、この傾斜板部分８には、宣伝文句等の広告内容（図示せず）が印刷されている。

また、上記剛性補強体２０は、上記紙製のトレイ１の左右それぞれにおいて、上記立板部分６の側縁部の上部と水平板部分７の側縁部と傾斜板部分８の側縁部の上部とに嵌合している。そして、その形状は、図２〜図４（図１における右端の剛性補強体２０を示す）に示すように、上記立板部分６等の嵌合される側縁部に対応して平らな頂部を有する略山形状に形成されており、上記嵌合が可能となるように、その断面がコ字状に形成されている。そして、上記嵌合が強固となるように、上記コ字状部の対峙する内面のうちの一方の面に突条１０が形成されている。

さらに、上記剛性補強体２０には、係合部２１が形成されており、この係合部２１は、上記立板部分６の側縁部の上部と水平板部分７の側縁部と傾斜板部分８の側縁部の上部とに嵌合する部分で挟まれる部分に形成され（図１参照）、板体２３とこの板体２３のうち剛性補強体２０のコ字状部の開口方向とは反対側の面に突設された２個の円柱状の突起２４とで構成されている。

また、上記連結部材９は、図５〜図７に示すように、上記係合部２１の突起２４（図２，図３参照）に係脱自在に係合する２個の円筒状の貫通孔２５が形成された被係合部２６から構成されている。

そして、上記トレイ１は、つぎのようにして作製される。すなわち、まず、平板状紙基材を準備し、図８に示すように、所要の形状に裁断するとともに折り目１１〜１５および切り込み１６を形成する。このとき、のちに剛性補強体２０（図１参照）が嵌合する部分１７は、その剛性補強体２０のコ字状部の側壁部２ａ図２〜図４参照）の厚み分を裁断しておく。ついで、水平板部分７の上面および傾斜板部分８（図１参照）の前面となる面に宣伝文句等の広告内容（図示せず）を印刷し、平板状紙材１８を作製する。つぎに、上記平板状紙材１８の折り目１２，１３を山折りにし、折り目１１，１４，１５を谷折りにして、図１に示すトレイ１の形状となるように折り曲げる。このとき、折り目１５と切り込み１６とに隣接する面１９（図８参照）が上記立板部分６の前面下部と重なり、この重なった部分を接着剤で貼り合わせる。このようにして、上記トレイ１が作製される。そして、このトレイ１を複数個準備する。そののち、上記剛性補強体２０のコ字状部内に上記トレイ１立板部分６等の側縁部を嵌入させることにより剛性補強体２０を所要の位置に嵌合させる。

つづいて、図９に示すように、上記剛性補強体２０が嵌合されたトレイ１を並列させ、隣接し合う剛性補強体２０と剛性補強体２０との間に連結部材９を位置させ、上記両剛性補強体２０の係合部２１の突起２４（図２，図３参照）に、連結部材９の貫通孔２５を係合させることにより、隣接し合うトレイ１とトレイ１とを連結させ、図１に示す商品陳列用トレイを作製する。そして、この商品陳列用トレイを陳列棚Ｓに置き、各トレイ１の台板部分４に商品を並べて載置する。

上記実施の形態によれば、商品陳列用トレイを構成する各トレイ１は、立板部分６の側縁部と水平板部分７の側縁部と傾斜板部分８の側縁部とに剛性補強体２０が嵌合しているため、立板部分６と水平板部分７と傾斜板部分８との相互の形成角度を維持することができ、傾斜板部分８に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせることができる。

さらに、トレイ１の傾斜板部分８に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせる手段が、その立板部分６の側縁部と水平板部分７の側縁部と傾斜板部分８の側縁部とに剛性補強体２０を嵌合させるという簡単な手段であるため、商品陳列用トレイの作製を複雑にする要因がなく、その作製コストを低減させることができる。

また、上記商品陳列用トレイは、隣接し合うトレイ１とトレイ１とが連結されているため、ある１個のトレイ１から商品がなくなったとしても、他のトレイ１には商品が残っている場合が多い。このような場合には、商品陳列用トレイは、安定した状態を維持し、陳列棚Ｓから落ちることがない。

さらに、上記商品陳列用トレイは、隣接し合うトレイ１とトレイ１とが連結されているため、トレイ１の並びが乱れることがなく、常に整った状態を維持し、外観がよくなる。

また、予め、平板状紙材１８のうち、のちに剛性補強体２０が嵌合する部分１７は、その剛性補強体２０のコ字状部の側壁部２ａの厚み分が裁断されるため、のちに剛性補強体２０が嵌合されても、剛性補強体２０が商品陳列用トレイの側部から突出することがない。

図１０〜図１３は、上記連結部材９（図５〜図７参照）の変形例を示している。この連結部材２２は、上記被係合部２６のうち上記係合部２１に係合した際に上記傾斜板部分８の前方に向く面に突設された板体２７と、この板体２７を挟むようにして貼着され宣伝文句等の広告内容（図示せず）を表示した広告体２８とで構成されている。

そして、図１３に示すように、上記連結部材２２を用い、上記実施の形態と同様にして、隣接し合うトレイ１とトレイ１とを連結させ、図１４に示す商品陳列用トレイを作製する。

上記連結部材２２を用いると、さらなる広告内容を追加することができる。また、広告体２８が商品陳列用トレイの前方に突出するため、陳列されている商品が強くアピールされ、その商品の販売促進に役立つ。

図１５〜図１７は、上記実施の形態おける剛性補強体２０の係合部２１の変形例を示し、図１８〜図２０は、その変形例に対応する連結部材３４を示している。

図１５〜図１７に示す剛性補強体２９の係合部３０は、上記立板部分６の側縁部の上部と水平板部分７（図１参照）の側縁部とに嵌合する部分のうち剛性補強体２９のコ字状部の開口方向とは反対側の面に突設された挟持部３１からなっている。この挟持部３１は、２枚の板片３１ａからなり、その先端部には、挟持方向に突出する突条３３が形成されている。また、２枚の板片３１ａ間のコ字状部の側壁部２ａには、開口部３２が形成されている。

また、図１８〜図２０に示す連結部材３４は、上記係合部３０の挟持部３１（図１５〜図１７参照）に係脱自在に係合する被挟持板片３５が表裏面に突設された被係合部３６と、この被係合部３６のうち上記係合部３０に係合した際に上記傾斜板部分８（図１３参照）の前方に向く面に突設された板体３７と、この板体３７を挟むようにして貼着され宣伝文句等の広告内容（図示せず）を表示した広告体２８（図１３参照）とで構成されている。また、上記被挟持板片３５の根元部分には、上記挟持部３１の突条３３が係合する条溝３８が形成されている。

図２１は、上記実施の形態において、剛性補強体２０が嵌合されたトレイ１の変形例を示している。このトレイ３は、上記トレイ１（図１参照）と比較すると、水平板部分７（図１参照）が形成されておらず、また、これに対応して剛性補強体３９の形状が尖った頂部を有する略山形状に形成されている。それ以外の部分および作製方法は、上記実施の形態と同様であり、同様の部分には同じ符号を付している。そして、上記実施の形態と同様の作用・効果を奏する。

上記剛性補強体３９についても、上記係合部２１（図２，図３参照），３０（図１５，図１７参照）が形成され、それぞれの係合部２１，３０に係脱自在に係合する上記連結部材９（図５〜図７参照），２２（図１３，図１４参照），３４（図１８〜図２０参照）が設けられる。図１５および図１７に示すような係合部３０の場合には、上記挟持部３１は、上記立板部分６の側縁部の上部と傾斜板部分８の側縁部の上部とに嵌合する部分に突設され、上記被挟持板片３５も、これに対応した位置に突設される。そして、これらの場合にも、上記実施の形態と同様の作用・効果を奏する。

なお、上記実施の形態では、剛性補強体２０，２９，３９をプラスチック製としたが、立板部分６と水平板部分７と傾斜板部分８との相互の形成角度または立板部分６と傾斜板部分８との相互の形成角度を維持することができ、傾斜板部分８に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせることができれば、他の材質でもよく、金属等でもよい。

以上のように、本発明の第１の商品陳列用トレイは、台板部分と、この台板部分の前端縁部に立設される立板部分と、この立板部分の上端縁部から前方に略水平に延びる水平板部分と、この水平板部分の前端縁部から斜め前方下向きに延びる傾斜板部分とで構成されているトレイが複数個、係合部を有する剛性補強体および連結部材を介して、並列され連結されてなるものであって、各トレイは、平板状紙材を折り曲げることにより、台板部分，立板部分，水平板部分および傾斜板部分が形成されており、かつ上記立板部分と水平板部分と傾斜板部分との相互の形成角度を維持するために、上記剛性補強体が立板部分の側縁部と水平板部分の側縁部と傾斜板部分の側縁部とに嵌合している。このため、上記各トレイは、傾斜板部分に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせるために、紙材を二つ折りにして全体的に貼り合わせたり、水平板部分の下方に傾斜板部分の傾斜状態を保持する箱状部を形成したりする等の各トレイの作製を複雑にする要因がなく、簡単に傾斜板部分に傾斜状態の保形力を持たせることができ、その作製コストを低減させることができる。

Conventionally, when a product is displayed on a product display shelf or the like, a product display tray is used for placing the product or displaying the product name, price, or the like. As a product display tray, a paper-made tray is proposed in Utility Model Registration No. 3041862.
