Claims (4)
- 複数のアームを介してベース部とブラケットとが並列に連結されるパラレルメカニズムにおいて、
前記複数のアームを構成する各アームは、
前記ベース部に取り付けられたアクチュエータにその一端が連結される第1リンクと、
一対のロッドを有し、前記第1リンクの他端と前記ブラケットとを連結する第2リンクと、
前記第2リンクを構成する前記一対のロッドの一端と前記第1リンクの他端とを揺動可能に連結する第1のボールジョイントと、前記一対のロッドの他端と前記ブラケットとを揺動可能に連結する第2のボールジョイントと、
前記一対のロッドを互いに引っ張る方向に付勢する引張部材と、を備え、
前記第1のボールジョイント及び第2のボールジョイントの内、少なくともいずれかのボールジョイントは、軸部と球状頭部とを含むボールスタッドと、該ボールスタッドの球状頭部を揺動回動自在に保持するソケットとを有し、
前記ソケットは、前記球状頭部の先端部から赤道までを保持する半球状凹部と、該半球状凹部から滑らかに連続し、前記球状頭部の赤道から前記軸部側へ延びる延長部とを含み、
前記延長部の開口部の内径は、前記球状頭部の直径と同じか該直径よりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とするパラレルメカニズム。 - 前記一対のロッドは、それぞれの中心軸が互いに平行となるように配置されており、
前記延長部は、略円筒状に形成されており、該延長部の中心軸は、前記一対のロッドそれぞれの中心軸により定義される平面に対して平行に、かつ、前記一対のロッドそれぞれの中心軸に対して略垂直に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパラレルメカニズム。 - 前記延長部の長さは、前記球状頭部の直径に応じて設定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のパラレルメカニズム。
- 前記延長部の長さは、前記引張部材の全長に応じて設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のパラレルメカニズム。
