スリットタイプのバルブは通常、十字状の切り込みが形成されており、容器の胴部を加圧して内圧を高め、バルブの中央域に設けたスリットを瞬時に開放させることにより内容物を適量吐出することができるようになっている。

本発明は、容器内に通じる開口を有するキャップ本体と、このキャップ本体の開口にバルブ押さえとの持下に固定保持され容器の傾動姿勢を保持しつつその胴部の加圧によりスリットを開放して容器内の内容物を適量吐出させるスリットバルブと、このスリットバルブを覆い隠しキャップ本体に着脱自在に保持される蓋体とを備え、
前記スリットは、互いに十字状に直交する切り込みの組合せからなり、
前記キャップ本体は、前記開口を形成する周壁の下端部が切り欠かれてなる凹部を有し、

以下、図面を参照して本発明をより具体的に説明する。
図1に本発明に従うスリットバルブを備えたキャップを円筒状の胴部を有する容器に適用した構成例を示す。

図6は胴部が偏平になるチューブタイプの容器に適用した例を示したものである。かかる容器に装着したキャップは蓋体2cがキャップ本体2aから取り外すことができるものを適用しており、内容物の吐出に際して容器の幅広面が上下になるように容器を傾動させることを前提とした場合に、その向き(X)にスリットの切り込みSが沿うようにキャップを装着するものであって、この容器についても、容器を傾動させる向き(X)とスリットの切り込みSとが一致する限りにおいて液ぎれが改善される。
