Description
(第1実施形態)
図1は第1実施形態に係る車両用空調装置の構成を模式的に示すもので、この車両用空調装置の冷凍サイクルは、冷媒としてCO2冷媒を用いるCO2サイクルにて構成されている。
図5は第2実施形態に係る車両用空調装置のファンシュラウド近傍を車両側方から見た状態の図、図6は図5の右側面図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一もしくは均等部分には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
図7は第3実施形態に係る車両用空調装置のファンシュラウド近傍を車両側方から見た状態の図、図8は図7の右側面図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一もしくは均等部分には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
図9は第4実施形態に係る車両用空調装置のファンシュラウド近傍を車両側方から見た状態の図、図10は図9の右側面図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一もしくは均等部分には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 水冷エンジンを冷却した冷却水と外気とを熱交換して冷却水を冷却するラジエータ(30)と、前記ラジエータ(30)の車両後方側に配置されて空気流を発生させる2つの送風機(31)と、前記送風機(31)の外周側を覆って、前記送風機(31)によって発生させた空気流が前記ラジエータ(30)を通過するように空気流をガイドする長方形のファンシュラウド(32)とを備える車両に搭載され、
冷凍サイクルの冷媒を吸入、圧縮する圧縮機(10)と、前記圧縮機(10)から吐出された冷媒と外気とを熱交換して冷媒を冷却する放熱器(11)と、前記放熱器(11)を通過した後の冷媒と前記圧縮機(10)に吸入される前の冷媒との熱交換を行う内部熱交換器(15)とを備え、
前記ファンシュラウド(32)の車両後方側で且つ前記送風機(31)の外周側のスペースに、前記内部熱交換器(15)の少なくとも一部が設置され、
さらに、前記内部熱交換器(15)は、コの字状であり、中間部位が前記2つの送風機(31)間に配置され、一端側部位が一方の送風機(31)の上部に配置され、他端側部位が一方の送風機(31)の下部に配置されていることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 前記内部熱交換器(15)は、高温冷媒が流れる通路と低温冷媒が流れる通路とを有する熱交換部(150、151、152)を備え、
前記熱交換部(150、151、152)は、押出し加工あるいは引抜き加工によって作成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記熱交換部(150)は円柱形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記熱交換部(151、152)は板状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記熱交換部(152)は、板状の熱交換部構成部材(1520)を複数枚接合したものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。
