Description
Claims (6)
- 筒状の外殻部材と、
この外殻部材の開口端の内壁部にその側壁部を当接させて接合部を形成して閉塞する蓋体とを備え、
上記外殻部材は上記開口端側に切除可能なフランジ部を有し、
上記接合部は、一方の電極が上記フランジ部であって上記外殻部材の筒状部から離間した位置に当接されるとともに、上記フランジ部を上記軸方向に沿って上記開口端側に押圧し、他方の電極が上記蓋体に当接されるとともに、上記蓋体を上記軸方向に沿って上記外殻部材側に押圧しながら、上記一方の電極と上記他方の電極との間に電流を印加することで溶接されることで形成されたものであることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 上記フランジ部は、上記接合部形成後に切除されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 圧力容器と、
この圧力容器内に設けられ、ガスを封入可能な気室及び液体が流出入可能な液室とを備え、
上記圧力容器は、筒状の外殻部材と、
この外殻部材の開口端の内壁部にその側壁部を当接させて接合部を形成して閉塞する蓋体とを備え、
上記外殻部材は、その開口端側に切除可能なフランジ部を有し、
上記接合部は、一方の電極が上記フランジ部であって上記外殻部材の筒状部から離間した位置に当接されるとともに、上記フランジ部を上記軸方向に沿って上記開口端側に押圧し、他方の電極が上記蓋体に当接されるとともに、上記蓋体を上記軸方向に沿って上記外殻部材側に押圧しながら、上記一方の電極と上記他方の電極との間に電流を印加することで溶接されることで形成されたものであることを特徴とする蓄圧・緩衝装置。 - 上記気室と液室とは、上記圧力容器内壁面に沿って伸縮自在に形成された金属ベローズにより仕切られていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の蓄圧・緩衝装置。
- 上記金属ベローズの一方の開口端部と上記蓋体とは気密に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蓄圧・緩衝装置。
- 上記蓋体の内面側には上記外殻部材と同軸的に筒体が取り付けられ、
上記金属ベローズの他方の開口端部はベローズキャップにより蓋されるとともに、このベローズキャップには、上記金属ベローズが収縮した際に上記筒体に当接するシール機能部材が取り付けられ、
上記蓋体には、外部との液体の流出入を可能とするポートが設けられ、
上記蓋体と上記ベローズキャップと上記金属ベローズとにより囲まれた空間を液室とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蓄圧・緩衝装置。
