Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compact container, particularly a highly airtight compact container suitable for cosmetics containing volatile components.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The compact container is widely used as a container for taking out and taking out powdery cosmetics such as white powder, foundation, teak and eye shadow.
However, in recent years, cosmetics that have been kneaded with the addition of volatile components such as water and alcohol have increased, and in the case of cosmetics containing volatile components in this way, volatilization of volatile components to the outside is prevented. It is necessary to seal like this.
[0003]
As a countermeasure against this, in a conventional compact container, a packing is provided on the inner surface of the lid, and when the lid is closed, the packing is brought into contact with the top edge of the main body filled with the cosmetic, and the cosmetic is sealed. A structure was adopted in which the packing was brought into contact with an inner dish filled with a material and sealed.
[0004]
However, the lid body and the main body are usually in a undulating form in which one side is pivotally attached by a hinge and is closed by an engagement mechanism 180 degrees symmetrical to the hinge. The lid body has a shallow rise and the overall rigidity is lower than that of the main body. For this reason, even if the lid is closed tightly, the packing only has a sufficient tightening action only in the region centered on the hinge and the engagement region between the hook and the locking piece, and the contact pressure with the packing is ineffective in the left and right regions. Sufficient gaps are likely to occur. For this reason, it was difficult to obtain good airtightness.
[0005]
As a countermeasure against this, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-140730 proposes that the lid and the main body should be screwed instead of the undulating type, but this type makes the opening and closing operation of the lid complicated. Also, since the lid and the main body are separated from each other, there is a problem that the usability is deteriorated, so that it cannot always be said that it is practical.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and its object is to seal a cosmetic containing a volatile component with high airtightness while having a relatively simple structure. It is an object to provide a compact container that can be opened and closed.
The present invention is suitable as a kneaded, plastered or creamy cosmetic container containing a volatile component, but it is of course effective because it can prevent cracking due to drying even when applied to a normal powder cosmetic container. Is.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention comprises a lid, a main body, and a middle frame that can be stored in the concave portion of the main body to the extent that the flange abuts on the top surface of the main body. A compact container of a type that is pivotally attached to one end so that it can be raised and closed, and a lid and a main body are closed by an engagement mechanism on the side opposite to the pivot part, and the inner frame is filled with cosmetics Is supported on the inner surface of the bottom portion of the main body, and an annular packing capable of contacting the bottom edge of the inner plate is provided on the inner surface of the bottom plate. A pressing projection that can be contacted is provided , and the inner plate has a protruding shaft at a level displaced from the central level in the height direction, and the pressing projection of the lid is provided on the inner frame. In order to project the bottom edge of the middle dish from the lower surface level of the middle frame when coming into contact with the edge, the protrusion shaft is moved in the height direction. It is characterized by having a be elongated bearing hole.
[0009]
Preferably, the inner dish has an upper side recess on the side opposite to the lower side recess for filling the volatile component-containing cosmetic.
Further, preferably, the middle frame 3 has pivotal legs 33, 33 with respect to one end of the main body, and the middle frame 3 is inclined to the legs 33, 33 smaller than the maximum tilt angle of the lid 2. Stoppers 330 and 330 for restricting the angle are provided.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 7 show an embodiment (first embodiment) of a rectangular synthetic resin compact container to which the present invention is applied.
The compact container includes a main body 1, a lid body 2, an inner frame 3 and an inner tray 4, and the inner tray 4 is supported so as to be able to rotate 360 degrees with respect to the inner frame 3.
[0011]
The main body 1 has a recess 12 formed by a surrounding wall 10 and a bottom wall 11, and a notch 13 is provided at the center at the rear end. Insertion holes for connecting pins are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the notch 13. A concave fitting portion 14 is provided in the center on the front end side of the main body 1, and an engaging projection 15 is formed on the rising surface.
[0012]
The lid body 2 has a surrounding wall 20 that rises relatively shallow on the outer periphery, and a mirror 5 is fixed to a region including the central portion of the inner surface.
A leg portion 21 projecting outward is formed at the rear end portion of the lid body 2, and is positioned at the center of the notch 13 of the main body 1. A hook 22 that can be engaged with and disengaged from the engaging protrusion 15 of the main body 1 is provided at the front end, thereby constituting an engaging mechanism.
[0013]
The middle frame 3 includes a surrounding wall 30 having a shape and size that can be loosely fitted in the recessed portion 12 of the main body 1 and a flange 31 that can contact the top surface 100 of the surrounding wall 10 of the main body 1. Is a space that penetrates up and down.
The middle frame 3 is connected to the main body 1 by a lid 2 and a common pin. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, notches 32 are provided at the rear end of the middle frame 3 so that the legs 21 of the lid 2 can be relatively displaced. Parts 33 and 33 are formed, and these leg parts 33 and 33 are inserted into a space between the notch 13 of the main body 1 and the leg part 21 of the lid 2, and left and right of the notch 13 of the main body 1. It is pivotally attached by pins 6 and 6 that pass through both side portions and reach the leg portion 21 of the lid body 2.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4A, the leg portions 33, 33 of the middle frame 3 abut against the notch back surface 320 of the main body 1 when tilted with the pins 6, 6 as a fulcrum, Each of the stoppers 330 for restricting the maximum tilt angle α to be smaller than the tilt angle is provided. The maximum tilt angle α is preferably an angle that does not contact the bottom wall 11 of the main body 1 and the inner surface of the lid 2 when the later-described middle plate 4 is rotated 360 degrees with respect to the middle frame 3. .
[0015]
In the surrounding wall 30 of the middle frame 3, in this example, a pair of vertically long bearing holes 301, 301 are provided on two sides that are orthogonal to the lid opening / closing direction. The vertically long bearing holes 301 and 301 are substantially at the center of the distance between the inner surfaces of the surrounding wall 30 and at the substantially center of the height, and are not a perfect circle, but have a vertically long shape extending moderately long from the center of the hole in the vertical direction. Yes.
In order to facilitate the assembly of the inner tray 4, a guide groove 302 having a gradient from the longitudinal bearing holes 301, 301 toward the outer end (lower end in the drawing) is formed on the inner surface of the surrounding wall 30. The surrounding wall 10 is provided with a cut portion 36 on the side close to the leg portion 33 as shown in FIG. This is because the effective filling area of the intermediate dish 4 is sufficiently large and can be smoothly rotated 360 degrees.
[0016]
The middle dish 4 has a planar shape and a planar dimension that fit within the surrounding wall of the middle frame 3, and a partition wall 40 is formed in the middle portion in the thickness direction, and the upper surface side concave is formed with the partition wall 40 as a boundary. 4a and a lower surface side recess (main recess) 4b are formed. The lower surface side recess 4b is filled with cosmetic A having a volatile component. Cosmetic A includes not only direct filling but also filling in a drum. In this example, the upper surface side recess 4a is a storage room for the puff B, but depending on the case, a brush may be stored or another cosmetic may be filled.
[0017]
The height H of the intermediate dish 4 is appropriately larger than the height dimension H ′ of the intermediate frame 3. For example, the intermediate dish height H is 11 mm while the intermediate frame height H ′ is 11 mm.
A pair of projecting shafts 41, 41 are formed on the outer surface of the intermediate dish 4 at portions corresponding to the longitudinal bearing holes 301, 301, and can be rotated 360 degrees by being fitted into the longitudinal bearing holes 301, 301. Yes.
[0018]
However, the centers of the projecting shafts 41 and 41 are not at the center position of the height H as shown in FIG. 6B, but at a position slightly displaced from that, that is, at a relation of h1> h2. Further, the diameters of the projecting shafts 41 and 41 substantially coincide with the width dimension of the vertically long bearing holes 301 and 301, but do not coincide with the length dimension. For example, the projecting shafts 41 and 41 have a diameter of 2.4 mm, and the longitudinal bearing hole 301 has a width of 2.5 mm and a length of 3.6 mm.
By doing so, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inner tray 4 can be configured to protrude from the lower surface level of the inner frame 3 when the lower surface side recess 4 b is in a downward phase. .
[0019]
The intermediate plate 4 has a curved surface 44 as shown in FIG. 6B on the surface on which the projecting shafts 41, 41 are provided and the outer surface displaced by 90 degrees, so that it can be smoothly inserted into and removed from the intermediate frame 3 during rotation. It has come to be. Then, the middle frame 3 corresponding to an appropriate position of the curvature surface 44 is set so that the rotation stops when the upper surface side recess 4a or the lower surface side recess 4b is directed upward or downward without rotating when the inner plate 4 is rotated. The surrounding wall 30 is provided with locking portions 440 and 300.
Although the engaging portion includes a case of frictional contact, in this example, one protrusion is provided on the curvature surface 44 and two depressions are provided at 180 ° symmetrical positions on the surrounding wall 30 of the inner frame 3. . The protrusion and the recess may be provided in the opposite relationship, that is, the recess may be provided on the curvature surface 44, and the protrusion may be provided on the surrounding wall 30 of the middle frame 3.
[0020]
On the bottom wall 11 of the main body 1, a ring groove 111 having a contour shape corresponding to the bottom edge 42 constituting the opening outline of the lower surface side recess 4 b of the inner tray 4 is formed. An annular packing 7 that can contact the bottom edge 42 is attached. The annular packing 7 is selected from rubber and soft plastic.
In this example, the edge of the bottom edge portion 42 is in contact with the annular packing 7 as shown in FIG. 3, but the present invention is not limited to this.
[0021]
On the other hand, on the inner surface of the lid body 2, a pressing protrusion 25 having a contour shape facing the front edge portion 43 constituting the opening outline of the upper surface side recess 4 a of the inner tray 4 is provided on the outer periphery of the mirror 5. ing. The pressing protrusion 25 is for abutting the front edge 43 of the inner tray 4 when the lid body 2 is closed to press the inner tray 4 downward.
[0022]
8 to 13 show an embodiment (second embodiment) of a round synthetic resin compact container to which the present invention is applied.
Also in this embodiment, the compact container includes the main body 1, the lid body 2, the middle frame 3 and the middle dish 4, and the middle dish 4 is supported so as to be able to rotate 360 degrees with respect to the middle frame 3. This is the same as in the first embodiment.
Moreover, the structure of each member is the same except the main body 1, the cover body 2, the inner frame 3, and the inner tray 4 being comprised by planar circle.
[0023]
However, in this embodiment, the flange 31 of the middle frame 3 is made large so as to have a shape that matches the outline of the top surface of the surrounding wall of the main body 1, and the opening edge surface and the surrounding wall of the main body 1 when the lid 2 is closed. It is designed to be pinched with the top surface. Due to such a configuration, a notch 37 that allows the hook 22 of the lid 2 to be freely inserted and removed is formed on the front end side of the middle frame 3.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), the surrounding wall 30 of the middle frame 3 is provided with a notched portion on the front end side and the rear end side corresponding to the opening / closing direction, and vertically long bearing holes on both side portions orthogonal to the opening / closing direction. 301 and 301 are opposed. The vertically long bearing holes 301 and 301 have a vertically long shape as in the first embodiment. For details, the description of the first embodiment is cited.
The middle dish 4 has a planar contour shape corresponding to the surrounding wall 30 of the middle frame 3, and a pair of projecting shafts 41, 41 with respect to the vertically long bearing holes 301, 301 are formed at 180 symmetrical positions, It can be rotated 360 degrees by being fitted into the vertically long bearing holes 301 and 301.
[0025]
Since the relationship between the projecting shafts 41 and 41 and the longitudinal bearing holes 301 and 301 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description of the first embodiment is used for details.
The outer surface of the inner plate 4 is a curved surface 44 as shown in FIGS. 12B and 12C, and is thereby smoothly inserted into and removed from the inner frame 3 during rotation. And, in order to stop the rotation when the upper surface side recess 4a or the lower surface side recess 4b of the inner plate 4 is directed upward or downward, the appropriate place on the curvature surface 44 and the surrounding wall 30 of the middle frame 3 corresponding thereto are provided. Locking portions 440 and 300 are provided.
Although the engaging portion includes a case of frictional contact, in this example, one projection is provided on the curvature surface 44 and two depressions are provided on the surrounding wall 30 of the inner frame 3. The protrusion and the recess may have an opposite relationship, that is, the recess may be provided on the curvature surface 44, and the protrusion may be provided on the surrounding wall 30 of the middle frame 3.
[0026]
The bottom wall 11 of the main body 1 is formed with a ring groove 111 having a contour shape corresponding to the edge 42 constituting the opening outline of the lower surface side recess 4 b of the inner tray 4. An annular packing 7 capable of contacting the portion 42 is attached. The annular packing 7 is selected from rubber and soft plastic.
In this example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the edge of the bottom edge portion 42 comes into contact with the annular packing 7, but is not limited to this.
[0027]
On the other hand, the inner surface of the lid 2 has a contour shape that opposes the edge 43 that forms the opening outline of the recess 4a on the upper surface side of the inner tray 4 on the outer periphery of the mirror 5, and contacts the edge 43 when closed. A pressing protrusion 25 is provided for contacting and pressing the inner tray 4 downward.
These are also the same as in the first embodiment.
[0028]
When the puff is accommodated in the upper surface side recess 4a of the intermediate dish 4, it is preferable that the air can be dried by taking in outside air. Accordingly, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12B, notches 48 and 48 are formed at the upper end of a part of the surrounding wall forming the upper surface side recess 4a of the inner tray 4, and the opening edge of the lid 2 is formed. Cutouts 27 are formed in a part of the cutout portion 27 so that the outside and the upper surface side recess 4a can communicate with each other.
[0029]
The above description is only a few examples of the present invention, and various other configurations can be taken.
1) The pivot position of the middle frame 3 and the middle dish 4 is the direction orthogonal to the opening and closing direction in the first and second embodiments, and therefore the rotation of the middle dish 4 is in the same direction as the opening and closing direction. As shown in FIG. In this case, the lack of the surrounding wall of the middle frame 3 is a corresponding part.
2) In the first embodiment, the flange 31 of the middle frame 3 is smaller than the opening edge of the lid 2, but has a shape that matches the outline of the top surface of the surrounding wall of the main body 1 as in the second embodiment. It may be made large so that when the lid 2 is closed, it is sandwiched between the opening edge surface and the surrounding wall top surface of the main body 1. In this case, the notches 48 and 48 are formed at the upper end of a part of the surrounding wall forming the upper surface side recess 4 a of the inner tray 4, and the notches 27 and 27 are formed at a part of the opening edge of the lid body 2. It is preferable.
3) The engagement mechanism between the main body 1 and the lid 2 is arbitrary, and is not limited to the structure of the embodiment, and various known structures can be adopted. For example, another slide-type or hinge-type disengagement member attached to the concave fitting portion 14 of the main body 1 may be used.
4) The rotation angle of the inner tray 4 only needs to be able to rotate 180 degrees or more, and it is not an essential condition that it can rotate 360 degrees.
[0030]
[Effect of the embodiment]
In the first embodiment, when the lid 2 is closed, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the upper side recess 4 a of the inner dish 4 faces the inner surface of the lid 2, and the volatile cosmetic A The lower surface side recess 4b filled with is held by the middle frame 3 so as to face the bottom wall 11 of the main body 1.
[0031]
In this state, the bottom edge 42 of the lower surface side recess 4b of the inner plate 4 can protrude below the lower surface level of the inner frame 3, and the upper surface side recess 4a of the inner plate 4 is defined. The pressing protrusion 25 of the lid body 2 comes into contact with the upper edge portion 43 and presses downward (in the direction of the main body recess). As a result, the projecting shafts 41 and 41 of the inner tray 4 are lowered to the lower ends of the vertically long bearing holes 301 and 301 of the inner frame 3 as shown in FIG. The annular packing 7 provided on the bottom wall 11 is brought into strong contact. The main body 1 has rigidity and does not deform. For this reason, the lower surface side recess 4b filled with the volatile cosmetic A is very reliably and well sealed, and volatilization of the volatile cosmetic A to the outside is completely prevented.
[0032]
When applying makeup, the engagement mechanism of the lid body 2 with respect to the main body 1 is released, and the lid body 2 is tilted and opened. Next, a finger is applied to the front end portion of the middle frame 3. Since the rear legs 33 and 33 are pivotally supported by the main body 1 by the pins 6 and 6, the inner frame 3 is tilted, but has stoppers 330 and 330, so as shown in FIG. When the stopper 330 is in contact with the notch back surface 320 of the main body 1, that is, about half of the degree of opening of the lid body 2, the maximum open state is obtained.
[0033]
Therefore, in this state, the finger is applied to the bottom edge 42 of the middle plate 4 and pushed upward, or the finger is applied to the front edge 43 of the middle plate 4 and pushed downward. By doing so, the locking portions 440 and 300 are disengaged, and the inner plate 4 is rotated with respect to the inner frame 3 due to the relationship between the projecting shafts 41 and 41 and the longitudinal bearing holes 301 and 301 as shown in FIG.
When the locking portions 440 and 300 are engaged with each other with the lower surface side recess 4b facing the upper surface by rotating 180 degrees, the inner plate 4 is again held by the inner frame 3, as shown in FIG. 4B. Therefore, if the middle frame 3 is tilted as shown by the arrow in FIG. 4B, the middle frame 3 is inserted into the recessed portion 12 of the main body 1, and the flange 31 is the top of the surrounding wall of the main body 1 as shown in FIG. It is supported stably in contact with the surface. In this state, makeup may be applied using an applicator such as a puff.
[0034]
When the makeup is finished, a finger is put on the flange 31 of the middle frame 3 and tilted as shown in FIG. 4B. In this state, the middle plate 4 is moved with respect to the middle frame 3 as shown in FIG. If the lower surface side recess 4b is returned to the downward state by rotating 180 degrees, the cover 2 is covered with the middle frame 3 tilted or not tilted toward the recessed portion 12 of the main body 1, and the main body 1 is closed by the engaging mechanism. Good. As a result, the front edge 43 of the middle frame 3 is pressed by the pressing protrusion 25 of the lid 2, and the bottom edge 42 of the lower surface side recess 4 b is brought into strong contact with the annular packing 7 to achieve the above-described hermetic sealing state. The Therefore, the volatile component is not volatilized.
[0035]
The height H of the intermediate tray 4 is higher than the height H ′ of the intermediate frame 3, and the projecting shafts 41, 41 of the intermediate tray 4 are not located at the center of the height H, but at a slightly displaced position, that is, h 1> h 2. It is provided at the position of the relationship. Therefore, when the lower surface side recess 4b faces upward, the bottom edge portion 42 is positioned considerably higher than the upper surface level of the middle frame 3 as shown in FIG.
[0036]
For this reason, when the application of the cosmetic A is finished and the lid 2 is to be closed with the lower surface side recess 4 b facing the upper surface, the pressing protrusion 25 of the lid 2 is formed on the middle frame 3. Colliding with the bottom edge 42 which is considerably higher than the top surface level, the lid 2 cannot be closed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent non-sealing due to the lid 2 being closed by mistake while the lower surface side recess 4b faces the upper surface.
[0037]
In the second embodiment, the flange 31 of the middle frame 3 is pinched between the opening edge of the lid 2 and the top surface of the surrounding wall of the main body 1 when the lid 2 is closed. A portion of the notch 27 of the lid body 2 does not contact the flange 31 of the middle frame 3 and forms a horizontally long through hole. Therefore, when a puff is loaded in the upper surface side recess 4a of the inner tray 4, moisture passes from the notches 27, 27 of the lid body 2 to the outside through the notches 48, 48 of the surrounding wall of the upper surface side recess 4a. Since it is discharged, it can be dried, and the occurrence of fogging of the mirror due to the dampness of moisture can be prevented.
[0038]
On the other hand, the lower surface side recess 4b filled with the volatile cosmetic A is held by the middle frame 3 so as to face the bottom wall 11 of the main body 1, and the pressing projection 25 of the lid 2 is the middle. The plate 4 abuts on the front edge 43 defining the upper surface side recess 4a and presses downward (in the direction of the main body recess). Accordingly, the projecting shafts 41, 41 of the inner tray 4 are lowered to the lower ends of the vertically long bearing holes 301, 301 of the inner frame 3 as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. The annular packing 7 provided on the bottom wall 11 of the main body 1 is brought into strong contact. The main body 1 has rigidity and does not deform. For this reason, the lower surface side recess 4b filled with the volatile cosmetic A is very reliably and satisfactorily sealed.
[0039]
Outside air enters between the lid body 2 and the middle frame 3 through the notch 27 of the lid body 2, which passes through the gap between the middle frame 3 and the middle dish 4 and the gap between the projecting shaft 41 and the vertically long bearing hole 301. The bottom edge 42 of the lower surface side recess 4b is sealed in contact with the annular packing 7 provided on the bottom wall 11 of the main body 1 over the entire circumference even if it enters the recess 11 of the lower surface side. 4b is completely blocked, and volatilization of the volatile cosmetic A to the outside is completely prevented.
[0040]
FIGS. 13 (a) to (c) show a state in which the volatile cosmetic A is being reversed by the rotation of the middle dish 4 from the middle of opening the lid 2 in the second embodiment, as shown in (a). When the lid 2 is opened, the pressing seal of the inner tray 4 by the pressing projection 25 and the annular packing 7 is released.
Next, a finger is applied to the front end portion of the middle frame 3. Since the rear leg portions 33 and 33 are pivotally supported by the main body 1 by the pins 6 and 6, the middle frame 3 tilts, but has a stopper 330 at the rear end portion, so that FIG. Thus, the maximum open state is reached at about half of the degree of opening of the lid 2.
[0041]
Therefore, in this state, the finger is applied to the bottom edge 42 of the middle plate 4 and pushed upward, or the finger is applied to the front edge 43 of the middle plate 4 and pushed downward. By doing so, the locking portions 440 and 300 are disengaged, and the middle tray 4 is rotated with respect to the middle frame 3 due to the relationship between the projecting shaft and the longitudinal bearing hole as shown in FIG. Cosmetics A will face the upper surface side.
The rest is the same as in the case of the first embodiment, and the description is incorporated herein.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention described above, the inner tray 4 filled with the cosmetic A can be reversed upside down with respect to the inner frame 3 that can be stored in the main body recess as long as the flange contacts the top surface of the main body 1. An annular packing 7 is provided on the inner surface of the bottom portion of the main body 1 so as to be in contact with the bottom edge 42 of the inner tray 4, and the inner surface of the lid body 2 has a front edge of the inner tray 4 when closed. Since the pressing protrusion 25 that can come into contact with the portion 43 is provided, the cosmetic containing the volatile component can be completely sealed with high airtightness when the cosmetic A is not used, and the lid is used when used. It can be faced in the body direction, and its size is almost the same as that of a undulating type compact container having a lid, a main body and an inner frame, and an excellent effect such as a simple structure is obtained.
[0043]
Further, the middle dish 4 has projecting shafts 41 and 41 at a level displaced from the central level in the height direction, and the middle frame 3 has a pressing projection 25 of the lid 2 and a surface edge 43 of the middle dish 4. Since the bottom edge portion 42 of the inner tray 4 protrudes from the lower surface level of the middle frame when it abuts, it has the longitudinal bearing holes 301 and 301 that allow the protrusion shafts 41 and 41 to move in the height direction. When the lid 2 is closed, the inner tray 4 automatically sinks with respect to the inner frame 3 by the pressing by the pressing protrusion 25 of the lid 2, so that the bottom edge 42 of the inner tray 4 is Since it is in close contact with the annular packing 7 of the main body recess, an excellent effect that a more reliable sealed state can be formed is obtained.
[0044]
According to claim 2, since the height H of the inner plate 4 is greater than the height H'of the middle frame 3, a state where the bottom edge 4 2 of the inner plate 4 is inverted so as to face the upper surface (cosmetic in state a is exposed on the upper surface), since it becomes impossible to close the lid body 2 in the collision of the bottom edge 4 2 and the pressing projection 25 of the lid 2 which is projected from the upper surface level of the middle frame 3, erroneous operation As a result, it is possible to prevent the lid from being closed without being kept airtight.
[0045]
According to the third aspect , since the upper dish 4a is formed on the side opposite to the lower-side depression 4b for filling the volatile component-containing cosmetic A, the inner dish 4 is puffed into the upper-side depression 4a. The lower surface side recess 4b filled with the volatile component-containing cosmetic A is provided even if a vent for drying the applicator such as a puff is provided on the lid 2 side. Since it is completely sealed by the annular packing 7, an excellent effect of not being affected at all can be obtained.
[0046]
According to the fourth aspect , the middle frame 3 has pivotal legs 33, 33 with respect to one end of the main body, and the middle frame 3 is inclined to the legs 33, 33 smaller than the maximum tilt angle of the lid body 2. Since the stoppers 330 and 330 that regulate the rotation angle are provided, the excellent effect that the inner tray 4 can be smoothly rotated so that the top and bottom can be smoothly reversed without colliding with the main body 1 and the lid body 2 is achieved. can get.
