【従来の技術】

本発明は、これら（１）乃至（４）の課題を解決しようとするものである。
本水虫治療用具は、局部を含め、広い範囲で、水虫菌の居所のすべてを、水虫治療薬液にて殺菌・消毒する全体治療のためのものである。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明の水虫治療用具は、水虫治療薬液に浸漬され、足に装着される内靴下と、この内靴下の外側に装着され、液漏れしない薬液不透過袋と、この薬液不透過袋の外側に装着される上靴下とを備え、この上靴下の口は、上記薬液不透過袋の口及び上記内靴下の口より高く、上記薬液不透過袋の口は、上記内靴下の口より高く、上記薬液不透過袋の口が紐部で縛られ、上記薬液不透過袋の外側に上記上靴下が装着されることによって、当該薬液不透過袋内の上記水虫治療薬液が足首まで上げられ、上記水虫治療薬液は、水虫薬をアルコールで希釈したものであり、当該アルコールで希釈された水虫治療薬液に上記足が浸漬され、これにより、この水虫治療薬液は足の表皮全体に浸透して、表皮が剥がれるようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態について以下に説明する。
（１）水虫薬をアルコールにて稀釈して、水虫治療薬液４をつくる。
（２）足１に内靴下９をつけ、手のときは手に内手袋をつけ、これを薬液不透過性の袋である薬液不透過袋８で包む。この薬液不透過袋８の中に水虫治療薬液４を入れ、この薬液不透過袋８の足口で紐部６を縛り、上靴下７（押上げ用靴下）を履き、手のときは上手袋をはめ、水虫治療薬液４が足首・手首まで上がってきた事を確認する。これにより、図１の足１のくるぶし３の上の水虫治療薬液上昇ライン２まで水虫治療薬液４が上がってくることになる。毎日１回以上数十分〜１時間程浸漬し、表皮に充分薬液４を浸透させる。上記薬液不透過袋８は、図２に示すように紐部６と袋立ち上げ部５とを備えている。
（３）靴を２足用意し、殺菌効果の強いアルコールを片方に２０〜５０ｃｃ程靴の中に入れ、細い棒に綿を巻きつけた物で、このアルコールをかき混ぜ、靴中全体にアルコールを浸透させ、自然乾燥したものを使用する。
（４）靴下はたえず殺菌・消毒したものを使用する。
（５）毎日浸漬を続けると、しばらくして表皮が鱗状になり剥がれてくるが、やめずに毎日浸漬を続け、３回程表皮が剥がれる迄繰り返し、足が綺麗になれば治療は完了する。
（６）内靴下９と袋４内の薬液は何回も使用し、薬液を補充する。
（７）水虫菌は何処にでも居るし、体質的にも水虫に罹かりやすいので、１年に数回は治療し、靴の殺菌・消毒をした物を週に１回交換する事で、靴内の水虫菌・雑菌の繁殖を無くし、靴の悪臭も無くなる。
（８）浴室の床、マットを消毒する。
（９）アルコールを使用するため、アルコールの使用上の注意を遵守する。
出願当初の特許請求の範囲は以下の通りであった。ただし誤記、不明瞭箇所、発明の名称に関しては訂正した。

【発明の効果】
