Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sealing tool used to seal coin bags, fiber drums, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
6 and 7 illustrate a conventional sealing tool. This sealing tool has a band portion 1, and a tag portion 2 to which printing, labeling, or the like is attached is connected to a base end of the band portion 1 via a head portion 4. In the band portion 1, sawtooth-shaped retaining teeth 5 are arranged at a predetermined pitch in the band longitudinal direction. The head portion 4 is provided with a band insertion hole 8 through which the band portion 1 is inserted from the tip thereof, and a locking claw 9 is provided protruding toward the inside of the band insertion hole 8. The head portion 4 is formed so as to be able to be torn off through the tear 10 with respect to the connecting portion 3 between the base end of the band portion 1 and the tag portion 2. All of the band part 1, the tag part 2, and the head part 4 are integrally formed of synthetic resin.
[0003]
Then, at the time of actual use for sealing a coin bag, a fiber drum, etc., as shown in FIG. 7, when the band part 1 is inserted from the tip of the band part 1 into the band insertion hole 8 of the head part 4 in the direction of arrow b, the retaining tooth 5 Since the group sequentially slides on the tip of the locking claw 9, the bound portion P such as a coin bag or a fiber drum can be strongly tightened and bound, but the band portion 1 is in the pulling direction opposite to the b arrow direction. When pulled, the retaining tooth 5 engages with the tip of the locking claw 9 to prevent the withdrawal. That is, the retaining teeth 5 and the locking claws 9 exhibit the function of allowing the band portion 1 to be inserted only in the tightening direction with respect to the band insertion hole 8 of the head portion 4.
When opening the bag, pull the tag part 2 and the tip of the band part 1 with both hands and pull the head part 4 along the slit 10 from the connecting part 3 between the base end of the band part 1 and the tag part 2. Torn. Since the tear 10 is torn when opened in this way, it is possible to prevent unauthorized tampering of the seal when it is illegally opened.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the sealing device in which the head portion 4 is torn off from the band portion 1 along the tear 10 at the time of opening, the tear 10 is formed very thin so that the head portion 4 can be easily torn at the time of opening. If the band part 1 is strongly tightened by holding the tag part 2 at the time of sealing, the head part 4 will be torn along the tear 10, and if the tear 10 is formed thicker, There was a trade-off problem that a very strong force was required to tear off the head part 4 and it was difficult to tear off.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and in the sealing device in a form in which the head portion is torn off from the band portion along the slit at the time of opening as described above, the opening means is devised. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sealing tool that enables strong tightening of the band part at the time of sealing and facilitates tearing of the head part at the time of opening.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the sealing tool as a premise of the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a band portion 1, and a tag portion 2 connected to the base end of the band portion 1, The band portion 1 is provided with a raised head portion 4 which is connected to the connecting portion 3 between the base end of the band portion 1 and the tag portion 2 through a tear 10 so as to be torn off. Of the band portion 1 are arranged at a predetermined pitch in the longitudinal direction of the band, and the head portion 4 is provided with a band insertion hole 8 through which the band portion 1 is inserted from the tip thereof, and in the band insertion hole of the band portion 1 A locking claw 9 that slides on the retaining teeth 5 by movement in the insertion direction to 8 and engages with the retaining teeth 5 by movement in the pulling direction opposite to the insertion direction of the band portion 1 is provided inside the band insertion hole 8. Projecting toward
In addition, according to the present invention, on the side opposite to the band extending direction side of the head portion 4, a protruding portion 11 that protrudes in the same direction as the protruding direction of the head portion 4 is adjacent to the head portion 4 and is connected to the tag portion 2. The protrusion 10 is connected to the tear 10 through a tear 12 that is continuous with the tear 10, and the convex portion 11 is bent so that the convex portion 11 approaches the head portion 4. The feature is that the part 11 is adapted to contact and interfere with the head part 4.
[0007]
According to the sealing device of the first aspect, in actual use for sealing a coin bag or a fiber drum, the band part is inserted from the tip of the band part into the band insertion hole of the head part, and the tip of the tag part and the band part is connected. When the band portion is tightened, the retaining teeth group slides sequentially on the tip of the locking claw, and the bound portion such as a coin bag can be strongly bound. After sealing, even if the band part is pulled in the pulling direction, the pull-out teeth engage with the locking claws and the pull-out is prevented. Thus, the original sealing function is exhibited in the same manner as the conventional sealing tool described above.
[0008]
In particular, in the present invention, a convex portion protruding in the same direction as the protruding direction of the head portion is provided adjacent to the head portion and on the side opposite to the band extending direction side of the head portion so as to be tearable to the tag portion. The connecting portion between the protruding portion and the head portion is bent so that the protruding portion approaches the head portion, so that the protruding portion contacts and interferes with the head portion. Therefore, when opening the tag, hold the tag part and bend and pull the connecting part between the convex part and the head part so that the convex part is close to the head part. If the pull is further pulled in the same direction, a large tensile force concentrates on the tear while the convex part presses the head against the object to be bound, so that the tear can be torn with a relatively small tensile force. The part can be separated from the connecting part of the band part and the tag part.
[0009]
In addition, since the projecting portion is made to interfere with the head portion and pulled as the opening means in this way, the tear can be easily torn with a relatively small tensile force, so that the tear is formed slightly thicker than the conventional tear, etc. In addition, it is possible to form a slightly strong tensile strength, and when tightening the band part at the time of sealing, the connecting part of the convex part and the head part is bent in a direction in which the convex part is separated from the head part. At times, the band can be strongly tightened without fear of tearing the tear.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the sealing device according to the first aspect, on the proximal end side from the retaining teeth of the band portion, a biting protrusion for biting into the object to be bound by sealing is provided. According to the sealing device of the second aspect, after the sealing, it is possible to reliably prevent the band portion from spinning around the outer periphery of the object to be bound when the tag portion is pulled with one hand to open, so that the opening can be performed more easily. It becomes easy. In the sealing device according to claim 1 or 2, it is preferable that the entire sealing device is integrally formed of a synthetic resin as in the invention according to claim 3, because it can be mass-produced at low cost.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a sealing device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
1 is a plan view of the sealing tool, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3A is a side view of the sealing process, FIG. (A) is a side view in the middle of opening, and (b) in the figure is a side view in the unsealed state.
[0012]
The sealing device shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin such as nylon or polypropylene.
As shown in FIG. 1, the sealing tool includes a band unit 1, a tag unit 2 integrally connected to the base end of the band unit 1, and a base unit between the band unit 1 and the tag unit 2. And a head portion 4 integrally formed with the connecting portion 3. The tag portion 2 is formed in a quadrilateral shape wider than the width of the band portion 1, and printing is performed on the tag portion 2 or label L or the like is attached thereto.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the band portion 1 has a sawtooth-shaped retaining tooth 5 in the longitudinal direction of the band in a shape having a substantially right-angled surface 5a and an inclined surface 5b inclined upward toward the proximal end on one side thereof. A band of one or more conical projections 6 for encroaching on the object to be bound is arranged between the retaining tooth 5 on the most proximal end side and the proximal end portion while being arranged at a predetermined pitch. They are arranged in the longitudinal direction. The portion between the tip portion 1a formed in the taper shape of the band portion 1 and the cutting-out tooth 5 on the foremost side is made thinner than the other portions, and the tip portion is formed by forming a hole 7 in the portion. It is easy to bend and is easy to insert into the band insertion hole 8 described later.
[0014]
1 and 2, the head portion 4 protrudes integrally from the connecting portion 3 between the base end of the band portion 1 and the tag portion 2 so as to protrude from one surface on the side opposite to the retaining tooth forming surface. It is formed in a cylindrical shape. The head portion 4 is provided with a band insertion hole 8 having a rectangular cross section through which the band portion 1 is inserted from the tip end portion 1a so as to penetrate from the bottom side portion 4a of the head portion 4 to the top portion 4b. 9 is provided in the band insertion hole 8. The locking claw 9 is integrally formed in the band insertion hole 8 so as to rise from the bottom side portion 4 a of the head portion 4 toward the top portion 4 b, and only the root portion 9 a is in the band insertion hole 8 of the head portion 4. The bottom side portion 4a is continuously provided so as to be bent in the radial direction of the band insertion hole. Therefore, when the front end portion 1a of the band portion 1 is inserted into the band insertion hole 8 from the bottom side portion 4a and protrudes outward from the top portion 4b of the head portion 4, and the protruding front end portion 1a of the band portion 1 is pulled. The band portion 1 can be sequentially moved through the band insertion hole 8 by pushing back the locking claw 9 against the elasticity at the inclined surface 5b of the retaining tooth 5, but the band portion 1 is moved in the pulling direction in the opposite direction. Since the substantially right-angled surface 5a of the retaining tooth 5 is engaged with the tip of the locking claw 9, the withdrawal is prevented.
[0015]
The head portion 4 is formed so as to be connected to the connecting portion 3 between the base end of the band portion 1 and the tag portion 2 through a tear 10 so as to be torn off. The tear 10 is formed to be thinner than the connecting portion 3 by being formed thinner than the thickness of the connecting portion 3 or intermittently connected in a perforated shape. As shown in FIG. 2, the same biting projection 6 as the biting projection 6 is arranged side by side on the bottom side portion 4 a of the head portion 3.
[0016]
On the side opposite to the band extending direction side of the head part 4, a convex part 11 bulging in the same direction as the bulging direction of the head part 4 is adjacent to the head part 4 and is continuous with the tear 10 in the tag part 2. The tears 12 are connected so as to be torn off. The convex portion 11 has a triangular shape in plan view and a triangular shape in side view, and is formed so that the top of the triangle faces the tag portion 2. The connecting portion 13 between the convex portion 11 and the head portion 4 is easily bent by providing one or more through holes 14. When the connecting portion 13 is bent with the tag portion 2 so that the convex portion 11 approaches the head portion 4, the convex portion 11 is formed so as to contact and interfere with the head portion 4.
[0017]
In the sealing device having the above-described configuration, the band portion 1 is wound around the object P to be bound such as a coin bag or a fiber drum as shown in FIG. 3A, and the tip portion 1a of the band portion 1 is placed in the band insertion hole 8 to the head portion 4. It is inserted from the bottom side portion 4a of the head portion 4 and protrudes outward from the top portion 4b of the head portion 4. Then, hold the tag part 2 with one hand, hold the protruding tip of the band part 1 with the other hand, bend the tag part 2 in the direction of arrow a with the connecting part 13 as a fulcrum, and fix the protruding tip part of the band part 1 The band part 1 is fastened to the binding object P by pulling in the direction of the arrow b. At this time, the band portion 1 can be pulled out in the direction of the arrow b from the band insertion hole 8 while pushing back the locking claw 9 against the elasticity at the inclined surface 5b of the retaining tooth 5 in order. The object P can be strongly clamped and sealed. Further, the biting projection 6 bites and engages with the object P to be bound by tightening the band portion 1.
[0018]
When the hand is released from the protruding tip of the tag part 2 and the band part 1 after sealing, the connecting part 13 between the convex part 11 and the head part 4 is straightened by the elastic restoring force as shown in FIG. Returning to FIG. 2, a certain retaining tooth 5 pulls the band portion 1 in the pulling direction opposite to the tightening direction (b arrow direction) in order to engage the substantially right-angled surface 5a with the tip of the locking claw 9 in a retaining shape. However, it cannot be pulled out, and the sealed state in which the band part 1 is strongly fastened to the object to be bound P can be maintained.
[0019]
After unsealing, in order to open the object to be bound P, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), holding the tag part 2 with one hand and pulling it in the c arrow direction opposite to the b arrow direction, When the connecting part 13 with the head part 4 is bent, the convex part 11 contacts and interferes with the head part 4, and when the tag part 2 is further pulled in the same direction after this interference, the convex part 11 causes the head part 4 to be bound. Since a large tensile force concentrates on the tears 10 and 12 while being pressed against P, the tears 10 and 12 can be torn off with a relatively small tensile force, whereby the head 4 and the convex portion 11 are separated from the band portion 1 and the tag portion. 2 (see FIG. 4B). At that time, since the biting protrusion 6 bites into and engages with the object to be bound P, when the tag part 2 is pulled in the direction of the arrow c with one hand, it is ensured that the band part 1 idles around the outer periphery of the object to be bound P. Therefore, the tears 10 and 12 can be torn off very easily.
[0020]
In addition, since the protrusions 11 are provided in this way and the protrusions 11 interfere with the head part 4 and are pulled at the time of opening, the tears 10 and 12 can be torn off with a relatively small tensile force. Can be formed thickly, and when the band portion 1 is tightened during sealing, the connecting portion 13 between the convex portion 11 and the head portion 4 is bent in a direction in which the convex portion 11 is separated from the head portion 4. Therefore, at the time of sealing, the band portion 1 can be strongly tightened without fear of tearing the tear 10.
[0021]
In the above embodiment, a part 4c (see FIG. 1) around the bottom side portion 4a of the head portion 4 is formed so as not to be connected to the connecting portion 3. Instead, as shown in FIG. It may be formed so as to be connected to the connecting portion 3 through the slit 10 over the entire circumference around the bottom side portion 4a.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in a sealing device in which the head portion is torn off from the band portion along the tear, the band portion can be strongly tightened when sealed, and the head portion can be easily torn with a relatively small force when opened. There is an advantage that it can be handled and is convenient.
