Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus used when removing a window glass of an automobile using a steel wire.

Conventionally, there are various tools used when removing the window glass of an automobile, but as shown in the present invention, a short stroke reciprocating motion of a steel wire using a spring together with a steel wire and utilizing the tensile force of this spring There is currently no device for removing the window glass by performing the above.

For window glass for automobiles, a step is provided around the outside of the window frame of the vehicle body, a sealant in which a silicone resin or the like is formed in a band shape is inserted in this step, and the periphery of the window glass is placed on this sealant , It is fixed without gaps. When removing this window glass, the sealant is cut, but a wire such as a piano wire is inserted into the sealant from the outside of the vehicle or inside the vehicle and pulled out in the other direction. The window glass is moved from one end to the other end while alternately pulling and cutting the entire circumference of the sealant.
However, it is difficult for a plurality of workers to accurately cut the sealant in accordance with the timing of the reciprocating reciprocation, and it requires a high degree of skill and must work carefully for a long time. Moreover, the wire may be cut during the operation, and there is a demand for a means for easily and efficiently removing the window glass.
The present invention was invented in order to solve the above-described problems related to the removal work of an automobile window glass. One person can safely and efficiently work by using the tensile force of a spring. It was developed for the purpose of providing a device that can be used.

It is possible to provide a useful device that facilitates the work of removing the automobile window glass, in which the above operation is essential. Moreover, the operation | work can be performed still more efficiently by using an auxiliary device together.

4 to 5 show an auxiliary device.
In the figure, reference numeral 30 denotes a main body, which is a magnet having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and rubber coating. 31 is a handle made of a U-shaped metal rod, and is provided on the upper part of the main body. 32 is a substantially U-shaped rotating body, and both ends thereof are pivotally supported on the front side surface of the main body. A coil spring 37 is housed inside the cylindrical portion. A slit-shaped notch 38 is formed in a part of the upper portion of the pulley holder, and a slide shaft 39 is pressed by the coil spring in the cylindrical portion, and a lever 40 integrated with the slide shaft is notched. It protrudes further upward. Therefore, when the lever is pulled with a finger, the slide shaft slides against the spring and the tip is separated from the shaft 36, and when the finger is released, the slide shaft tip is pressed against the shaft by the spring.
A magnet 41 has a substantially truncated cone shape, and the surface thereof is covered with rubber.

To use the present invention, the main device is first held in place on the inner surface of the automobile window glass.
That is, the leg plate of the main device is pressed against the inner surface of the glass, and the magnet 41 is aligned with the position of the leg portion on the outer surface of the glass. As a result, the main device adheres to the glass surface by the adhesive layer on the lower surface of the leg plate, and the leg plate is attracted and fixed firmly to the magnet from the outer surface of the glass.
Next, move the ratchet lever to free the upper and lower rotating plates, pinch the end of the steel wire, and insert it into the sealant between the window frame and the glass. Then, a tapered open / close tool such as radio pliers is inserted into the sealant from the outside, and the steel wire ends are pulled out.
When the ratchet lever is moved in the opposite direction after being pulled out appropriately, the upper and lower rotating plates and the rotating shaft will move in the same way, but the force of the winding spring wound around the rotating shaft will When the steel wire is pulled with a force exceeding a certain level, the steel wire is pulled out against the force of the winding spring, and when the pulling force is weakened, the steel wire returns to the original direction by the spring force. Therefore, the steel wire reciprocates by adjusting the pulling force. By this reciprocation, the sealant part with which the steel wire is in contact is cut, and the cut part extends over the entire circumference of the window glass, so that all of the sealant is cut and the window glass can be removed. After the cutting operation is completed, the ratchet lever can be switched to free the rotating plate, and the steel wire can be wound up by pinching and turning the knob. Further, the main device can be easily detached from the glass surface by grasping the handle 19.
At the time of this cutting, as shown in FIG. 10, the shearing force increases and becomes more effective as the angle formed by the main device, the cutting portion, and the steel wire drawing direction becomes acute.

Accordingly, when working with the main device attached to a specific position of the window glass, a difference occurs in the shearing force depending on the cutting location, resulting in a location where the cutting effect is weakened. In order to prevent this, the work is performed while appropriately changing the attachment position of the main device, but the trouble of changing the position occurs.
Therefore, in this example, consideration was given to eliminate this by providing an auxiliary device.
As shown in FIG. 11, the auxiliary device is used at a position slightly away from the main device, and the steel wire drawn from the main device is guided to a cutting point through a pulley, thereby maintaining an acute angle and efficiently. Can be cut.
As shown in FIG. 5, in this auxiliary device, a pulley holding body is rotatably located on a main body in which a magnet is covered with rubber, and the pulley is pivotally supported by the pulley holding body.
Further, the slide shaft is slidably positioned in the notch while being pressed by the coil spring, and the shaft and the slide shaft are separated only when the lever is pulled with a finger. Therefore, the steel wire from the main device is passed over the pulley by lever operation, and the shaft and the slide shaft are brought into a pressed contact state by releasing the lever, so that the possibility of the steel wire coming off the pulley during the cutting operation is minimized. be able to. The auxiliary device is attached to the window glass by using a magnet from the outside of the glass.

Although the outline of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is characterized in that it can be easily cut by one operator. As described above, in the conventional method, two workers are required, and the reciprocating motion timing of the steel wire must be matched, which requires skill.
In particular, it was not easy to work in a narrow room in the car. However, since the cutting according to the present invention is performed from the outside of the vehicle, it can be easily performed, and the work can be efficiently performed alone by the reciprocating motion of the steel wire using the spring force.
Further, the present invention has a compact apparatus, and can be firmly attached because it is attached to the glass surface by adhesion and a magnet, and its attachment / detachment is easy. It can also be attached to broken glass. In particular, the use of a spring-driven traction allows stable work, and the external traction person can easily grasp the response and has a feature of quick cutting. And the protrusion etc. which accompany a window frame can also be discovered easily.
In this example, the leg bars and the leg plates are provided in a three-way arrangement, but a four-way arrangement or other numbers may be used.
Since the glass contact portion of the apparatus of the present invention is an adhesive layer or a rubber-coated surface, damage to the glass surface can be avoided. Moreover, the positioning at the time of attaching the main device is easy due to the adhesive layer of the leg plate.
As described above, the present invention can easily and efficiently remove the automobile window glass.
