Claims (8)
- 車両に搭載した内燃機関の排気通路にディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを有する排気ガス浄化装置を備えると共に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを強制再生する際に、排気ガスの温度が所定の判定温度より低い時には排気温度を上昇させるための多段遅延噴射制御を行う排気温度昇温制御を実施し、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度以上になった時に後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を実施する制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法において、
内燃機関のアイドル運転状態が所定の判定時間を経過し、且つ、パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態である場合には、後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を禁止することなく、前記多段遅延噴射制御を禁止することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 内燃機関のアイドル運転状態が所定の判定時間を経過し、且つ、前記パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態であり、且つ、前記多段遅延噴射制御を禁止している場合でも、強制再生が必要とされ、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度以上になったときには、前記後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を実施することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態にない場合には、強制再生が必要とされ、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度よりも低いと判定されたときには、前記多段遅延噴射制御を実施することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態にない場合には、強制再生が必要とされ、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度以上になったときには、前記後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を実施することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 車両に搭載した内燃機関の排気通路にディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを有する排気ガス浄化装置を備えると共に、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを強制再生する際に、排気ガスの温度が所定の判定温度より低い時には排気温度を上昇させるための多段遅延噴射制御を行う排気温度昇温制御を実施し、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度以上になった時に後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を実施する制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、内燃機関のアイドル運転状態が所定の判定時間を経過し、且つ、パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態である場合には、後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を禁止することなく、前記多段遅延噴射制御を禁止する制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記制御装置が、内燃機関のアイドル運転状態が所定の判定時間を経過し、且つ、前記パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態であり、且つ、前記多段遅延噴射制御を禁止している場合でも、強制再生が必要とされ、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度以上になったときには、前記後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を実施する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項5記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態にない場合には、強制再生が必要とされ、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度よりも低いと判定されたときには、前記多段遅延噴射制御を実施する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記パワーテイクオフ装置が作動状態にない場合には、強制再生が必要とされ、排気ガスの温度が前記所定の判定温度以上になったときには、前記後噴射制御を行うPM燃焼除去制御を実施する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項5、6又は7記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
