Description
Claims (7)
- エンジンから放出される排気ガスの熱を利用した熱電変換によって発電を行う熱電変換素子を備える発電装置を有し、前記発電装置内または前記発電装置における前記排気ガスの流れ方向下流側に触媒が設けられた排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記排気ガスから前記熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態を、高伝熱状態と低伝熱状態とに変更可能とする伝熱状態可変手段を備え、
前記伝熱状態可変手段は、前記触媒の温度が前記触媒の活性化温度に基づいて設定された温度よりも高い温度のときには、排気ガスから熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態が高伝熱状態になるようにされ、排気ガスの熱を回収する熱回収部と、前記熱電変換素子における前記熱回収部側の反対側に設けられた冷却液通路とを備え、
前記熱電変換素子は前記熱回収部に対して相対的に移動可能状態に取り付けられており、
前記冷却液通路に冷却水が導入されたときに前記熱電変換素子が前記熱回収部に接触して高伝熱状態とされ、前記冷却液通路に冷却液が導入されていないときに、前記熱電変換素子が前記熱回収部から離反して、低伝熱状態とされるように構成されていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - エンジンから放出される排気ガスの熱を利用した熱電変換によって発電を行う熱電変換素子を備える発電装置を有し、前記発電装置内または前記発電装置における前記排気ガスの流れ方向下流側に触媒が設けられた排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記排気ガスから前記熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態を、高伝熱状態と低伝熱状態とに変更可能とする伝熱状態可変手段を備え、
前記伝熱状態可変手段は、前記触媒の温度が前記触媒の活性化温度に基づいて設定された温度よりも高い温度のときには、排気ガスから熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態が高伝熱状態になるようにされ、排気ガスの熱を回収する熱回収部を備え、前記熱回収部に熱媒体収容部が設けられており、
前記熱媒体収容部に熱媒体が収容されているときに、伝熱状態を高伝熱状態とされ、前記熱媒体収容部に熱媒体が収容されていないときに、低伝熱状態とされることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - エンジンから放出される排気ガスの熱を利用した熱電変換によって発電を行う熱電変換素子を備える発電装置を有し、前記発電装置内または前記発電装置における前記排気ガスの流れ方向下流側に触媒が設けられた排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記排気ガスから前記熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態を、高伝熱状態と低伝熱状態とに変更可能とする伝熱状態可変手段を備え、
前記伝熱状態可変手段は、前記触媒の温度が前記触媒の活性化温度に基づいて設定された温度よりも高い温度のときには、排気ガスから熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態が高伝熱状態になるようにされ、
排気ガスが流れる排気流路の周囲に配設され、前記排気ガスの熱を回収する熱回収部を備え、
前記熱回収部の外周に沿って前記熱電変換素子が接触した状態で配設されており、
前記熱電変換素子を引張することにより、前記熱電変換素子の一端部を支点として前記熱電変換素子を前記熱回収部に対して回転させて前記熱電変換素子と前記排気流路とを離反可能とされており、
前記熱電変換素子と前記熱回収部とが接触しているときに高伝熱状態とされ、前記熱電変換素子と前記熱回収部とが離反しているときに低伝熱状態とされることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - エンジンから放出される排気ガスの熱を利用した熱電変換によって発電を行う熱電変換素子を備える発電装置を有し、前記発電装置内または前記発電装置における前記排気ガスの流れ方向下流側に触媒が設けられた排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記排気ガスから前記熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態を、高伝熱状態と低伝熱状態とに変更可能とする伝熱状態可変手段を備え、
前記伝熱状態可変手段は、
前記触媒の温度が前記触媒の活性化温度に基づいて設定された温度よりも高い温度のときには、排気ガスから熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態が高伝熱状態になるようにされ、
排気ガスの熱を回収する熱回収部を備え、前記熱回収部における前記熱電変換素子と接触面が変形可能とされており、
前記熱回収部が低熱状態となったとき、前記熱回収部が高熱状態となったときよりも、前記熱回収部における前記熱電変換素子との接触面が、前記熱電変換素子に対して接触する面積が大きくなるように、前記熱回収部における前記熱電変換素子との接触面が変形するように構成されていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記熱回収部における前記熱電変換素子との接触面を切断した形状は、前記熱回収部における前記熱電変換素子との接触面積が大きいときには直線状とされ、前記熱回収部における前記熱電変換素子との接触面積が小さいときには曲線状となるように、前記熱回収部における前記熱電変換素子との接触面が変形する請求項4に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- エンジンから放出される排気ガスの熱を利用した熱電変換によって発電を行う熱電変換素子を備える発電装置を有し、前記発電装置内または前記発電装置における前記排気ガスの流れ方向下流側に触媒が設けられた排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記排気ガスから前記熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態を、高伝熱状態と低伝熱状態とに変更可能とする伝熱状態可変手段を備え、
前記伝熱状態可変手段は、前記触媒の温度が前記触媒の活性化温度に基づいて設定された温度よりも高い温度のときには、排気ガスから熱電変換素子への熱の伝達状態が高伝熱状態になるようにされ、排気ガスの熱を回収する熱回収部を備え、前記熱回収部と前記熱電変換素子との間には、硬軟変換部材が配設されており、
前記硬軟変換部材が軟状態のときに、前記熱回収部と前記熱電変換素子との間が高伝熱状態とされ、前記硬軟変換部材が硬状態のときに前記熱回収部と前記熱電変換素子との間が低伝熱状態とされることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記硬軟変換部材は、可とう性ケース内に固液変換部材が収容されて形成されている請求項6に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
