BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is excellent in dyeing power and decoloring power of hair, imparts a long lasting moist feeling and ease of uniting to hair, and dyes (decolors) almost uniform color regardless of the degree of hair damage. The present invention also relates to an oxidative hair dye or a decoloring agent composition that is excellent in fastness to shampoo (particularly a portion that has been damaged by chemical treatment or the like).
[0002]
[Prior art]
For decolorization and dyeing of hair, an oxidative hair dye or decoloring agent that decolorizes or dyes hair by an oxidation reaction in the presence of an alkali agent, an oxidizing agent or the like is widely used.
[0003]
However, oxidative hair dyes or depigmenting agents are liable to cause damage to the hair, causing entanglement, hardness, or stiffness of hair when washed with water, shampooing or drying, and causing hair color and gloss to be lost or clumping. It gets worse.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to cope with these problems, an additive having a conditioning action is used. For example, by adding a silicone derivative such as amino-modified silicone oil, the hair is dyed in a deep color tone (see Patent Document 1), and by adding a polyorganosiloxane having an amino group, the hair is softly touched, It has been reported that hair setability is improved (see Patent Document 2), hair damage is prevented by adding highly polymerized silicone or a derivative thereof, and touch is improved (see Patent Documents 3 and 4). ing.
[0005]
However, the present condition is that a higher conditioning action is required for the oxidative hair dye or decoloring agent, and further improvement is also required in terms of dyeability or decoloring property.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is excellent in dyeing power and decoloring power of hair, imparts a long lasting moist feeling and ease of uniting to hair, and dyes (decolors) almost uniform color regardless of the degree of hair damage. It is an object of the present invention to provide an oxidative hair dye or a decoloring agent composition that is excellent in shampoo fastness (particularly a portion that has been damaged by chemical treatment or the like).
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

(E) Oxidative dye intermediate or direct dye (not included in the case of decolorizing agent)
(F) An oxidative hair dye or a decoloring agent composition containing an oxidant is provided.
[0010]
The present invention also provides a first agent containing components (A), (B) and (E) and a second agent containing component (F), or a third agent which is further a powdery oxidizing agent in the above composition. (Components (C) and (D) are contained in one or more of the first agent, second agent and third agent, respectively, and in the case of decolorization, none of component (E) is contained) It provides a method for dyeing or decoloring hair that is mixed immediately before, applied to hair, left for a predetermined time, and then washed away.
