【0008】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic, and more specifically, an oil that exhibits a good emulsified state without increasing the viscosity of the outer phase, has no change with temperature and with time, and has a good feeling of use with a good spread. The present invention relates to a water-in-water emulsified cosmetic.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Conventionally, water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics have a high stability in the outer phase (oil phase) by increasing the viscosity of the outer phase (oil phase) and blending solid and semi-solid oil components. The evaluation as a cosmetic was low. However, after that, as an emulsification method which contains a relatively large amount of water phase and can significantly reduce the solid / semi-solid oil content in the oil phase, JP-A-53-21393 “Water-in-oil emulsifier composition” Product ", JP 61-129033" water-in-oil emulsified composition "and the like have been developed. However, since the emulsified cosmetics containing these emulsified compositions have also had a high stability by increasing the viscosity of the outer phase, they have the disadvantage that they are poorly stretched when applied to the skin and lack a refreshing feeling. there were. For this reason, it has been desired to develop a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic that has good stability, good elongation and good usability even when the viscosity of the outer phase is lowered.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art, and as a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have determined that powders having high oil absorption and different particle diameters at a specific weight ratio. It has been found that a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic with good elongation and good stability can be obtained without increasing the viscosity of the outer phase by using the combined powder and oil in combination. completed.
[0004]
That is, the present invention comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane elastomer spherical powder having an average particle size of 2.0 to 5.0 μm and a particle size distribution of 1 to 15 μm, and (B) a hydrophobized silica powder having an average particle size of 0.2 μm or less. A mixed powder in which the ratio of (A) to (B) is 1: 0.1 to 1: 5 by weight, (C) oil, (D) an emulsifier having an HLB of 7 or less, (E) A water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic comprising water.
[0005]
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail.
The details of the organopolysiloxane elastomer spherical powder having an average particle size of 2.0 to 5.0 μm and a particle size distribution of 1 to 15 μm as component (A) of the present invention are described in JP-B-4-66446 and JP-A-2-243612. As examples of commercially available products, Trefill E-505C and Trefill E-506C (trade names manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd.) can be given.
[0006]
Further, the hydrophobized silica powder having an average particle size of 0.2 μm or less as the component (B) is obtained by trimethylsilylating or dimethylsilylating the hydrophilic hydroxyl group on the surface, specifically, trimethylsilylated. Then, AEROSIL R813 (Nippon Aerosil Co., Ltd. product name), and dimethylsilylated products include AEROSIL R972, R974 (Nippon Aerosil Co., Ltd. product name).
[0007]
The component (A) and the component (B) are used as a mixture, and the range thereof is such that the ratio of (A) to (B) is 1: 0.1 to 1: 5 by weight, more preferably 1: 0. .1-1: 3. If the mixing ratio of (A) and (B) is less than (B) 0.1 with respect to (A) 1, the stability tends to be poor, and if it is 5 or more, stickiness is produced in terms of use.
[0008]
(C) component blended in the present invention includes animal and plant oils such as avocado oil, camellia oil, macadamia nut oil, corn oil, evening primrose oil, mink oil, jojoba oil, rapeseed oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, cacao oil Natural oils and fats such as palm oil, rice bran oil, olive oil, lanolin, squalene, liquid paraffin, squalane, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl stearate, glycerol 2-ethylhexanoate, glyceryl tri-2-ethylhexanoate, Fatty acid esters such as tetra-2-ethylhexanoic acid pentaerythritol, diethylene glycol monopropyl ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxypropylene butyl ether, ethyl linoleate, etc. Polar oil, other dimethylpolysiloxane, and the like silicone oils such as cyclic dimethyl polysiloxane.
These oils are blended so that the ratio of the mixed powder (A) + (B) and (C) is 1: 5 to 1:30 (weight ratio), more preferably 1: 6 to 1:20 (weight ratio). It is desirable to do. When (C) is less than 5 for (A) + (B) 1 and exceeds 30, the emulsification stability tends to deteriorate. In the present invention, the blending amount of (A) + (B) + (C) is desirably 9.0 to 90.0% by weight.
[0009]
The emulsifier having an HLB of 7 or less as the component (D) blended in the water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic of the present invention includes sorbitan monolaurate, sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan monoisostearate, sorbitan tristearate and the like.
