この発明は、下水等の再生水ろ過時に、不快害虫の幼虫やろ材の摩耗クズが、処理水側へ流出するのを防止するろ過機におけるセイフティースクリーンの洗浄装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、砂ろ過装置は周知であり、樹脂性ろ材や繊維ろ材等を用いて上向流で固液分離を行なうろ過装置もよく知られている。樹脂ろ材や繊維ろ材等を用いたろ過装置は、ろ材の比重が軽く、目詰まりしたろ材層が容易に撹拌でき、洗浄水も少ない利点がある。ろ過槽に上向流で供給した原水を、粒状の発泡ろ材のろ材層で固液分離を行ない、集水ノズルからろ液を取出して、目詰まりしたろ材層を撹拌機で洗浄撹拌してろ材を再生する装置は、例えば、特開平9−155116号公報に記載してあるように、この発明の出願人が提案している。また、ろ過槽上部にろ材流出防止用の止水スクリーンを設け、集水した分離水側にスクリーンを設け、混入するユスリカの幼虫等を除去する装置も、例えば、特開2002−11305号公報に記載してあるように、この発明の出願人が提案している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、動物プランクトンやユスリカの幼虫等の生物体は、ろ材層中を動くことにより、捕捉粒子径よりも大きいにもかかわらず、集水ノズルを通り抜け集水室に流入し、下水等の再生水ろ過時に、ユスリカ等の不快害虫の幼虫や樹脂性ろ材の摩耗クズが処理水側に流入していた。その対策として、細目のスクリーンを配設したろ過機にあっては、不快害虫の幼虫やろ材の摩耗クズの除去ができるものであるが、ろ過運転を停止してスクリーンに配設した洗浄管から洗浄水を噴射して、スクリーンの目詰まりを解消する必要があった。この発明は、上記のろ過装置を改良したもので、ろ過を中断することなく、セイフティースクリーンを自動的に洗浄できる洗浄装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の要旨は、密閉状のろ過槽の底部から供給した原水を、ろ材層で固液分離を行なって、ろ過槽の頂部からろ液を取出すろ過装置において、前記ろ過槽の頂部に集水ノズ ルを設け、その内部を集水室とし、前記集水室の上部に配設した処理水室の底部開口に、円筒状のスクリーンを回転自在に吊設して、スクリーンのろ過面を集水室に垂下させると共に、集水室に挿入した吸込管の集水口をスクリーンの外周面に対設したもので、ろ過室を広くとることができると共に、集水室に流入してきたユスリカ等の不快害虫の幼虫や樹脂性ろ材の摩耗クズを回転しているスクリーンで捕捉して、ろ過運転を継続しながら、吸込管の集水口から不快害虫の幼虫や摩耗クズを排出させることができる。

不快害虫の幼虫やろ材の摩耗クズを捕捉するスクリーンは、保護金網に支持された金属ろ材を、パンチングメタルで挟持して、パンチングメタルの目開きを集水室側を処理水室側より小さくしたもので、補強したスクリーンに処理水室の背圧を受け易くしたものである。処理水室の上部に支架した駆動機の回転軸をスクリーンの底部に連結して、スクリーンを回転自在としたもので、処理水室の背圧を利用して処理水の一部を吸込管に流入させて、不快害虫の幼虫や摩耗クズを排出することができる。スクリーン前後に差圧が取れない時には、吸込管に連結した逆洗水排水管にラインポンプを配設すれば、不快害虫の幼虫や摩耗クズを吸引して排出することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明に係る装置は上記のように構成してあり、ろ過槽の槽底から供給した原水は、原水中に含まれる微細粒子をろ過層で捕捉させ、分離したろ液をろ過槽上部の集水室に流入させる。分離水とともに集水室に流入してきたユスリカ等の不快害虫の幼虫や樹脂性ろ材の摩耗クズをスクリーンで捕捉して、スクリーンから処理水室に流入させて、ろ過槽より処理水を排出する。スクリーンが捕捉した不快害虫の幼虫や摩耗クズで目詰まりした時には、ろ過運転を継続しながら、処理水側に背圧をかけると同時に、洗浄弁を開き大気解放すれば、ろ過された処理水の一部でスクリーンの洗浄が行なわれる。不快害虫の幼虫や摩耗クズが処理水とともに集水口から吸込管に流入し、洗浄水排水管から排出される。なお、配置上スクリーンの前後の差圧が取れない場合は、ラインポンプで吸引する。ろ材層が目詰まりしたときには、撹拌羽根や空気撹拌等でろ材層を撹拌すれば、ろ材層から分離された微細粒子を洗浄排水とともにろ過槽外に抜き出すことができる。所定時間後にろ過操作を開始すれば、再生されたろ材層から清澄なろ液を取出すことができる。

【実施例】
この発明を図面に基づき詳述すると、図1はろ過槽上部に設けたセイフティースクリーンの洗浄装置であって、密閉状のろ過槽1に樹脂性の粒状の発泡ろ材や繊維ろ材等が収納してある。ろ過槽1の頂部に集水ノズル2が設けてあり、集水ノズル2の開口はろ材が流出しない程度の大きさとしてある。ろ過槽1に上向流で原水を供給して、ろ過槽1の上部にろ材を浮上させてろ材層3を形成させて、原水中に含まれる微細粒子をろ材層3に捕捉させ、分離されたろ液を集水ノズル2の内部の集水室4に移送する。動物プランクトンやユスリカの幼虫等の生物体は、ろ材層3中を動くことにより、捕捉粒子径よりも大きいにもかかわらず、集水ノズル2を通り抜ける。また、目詰まりしたろ材層3を機械撹拌あるいは空気撹拌した時に、ろ材の摩耗クズが発生し、比重の軽いろ材クズが集水室に流入する。なお、集水室4はろ過槽1の上部に集水スクリーンを張設して、その上方を集水室としてもよいものである。また、ろ材層3は比重の大きい砂やアンスラサイトとしてもよいものである。

図1に示すように、ろ過槽1の頂部に配設した集水ノズル2の上部に処理水室5が配設してあり、処理水室5の底部の開口に周面をろ過面としたスクリーン6が回転可能に吊設してある。このスクリーン6は上部を処理水室5に解放して、底部を閉止してある。ろ液とともに集水室4に流入してきた不快害虫の幼虫や樹脂性ろ材の摩耗クズをスクリーン5で捕捉して、分離された処理水だけをスクリーン6の上部の処理水室5に流出させ、処理水室5に設けた処理水管7からろ過槽1外に処理水を抜出す。なお、符号8は処理水室5の底部の開口とスクリーン6の上端部の間に設けたメカニカルシールである。

処理水室5の上部に支架した駆動機9の回転軸10がスクリーン6の底部に連結してあり、駆動機9でスクリーン6を回転可能としてある。集水ノズル2に吸込管11が挿入してあり、吸込管11の集水口12が回転自在としたスクリーン6の外周面に対設してある。吸込管11に洗浄弁13を介して逆洗水排水管14が連結してあり、逆洗水排水管14をろ過槽1の下方に垂下してある。図2に示すように、スクリーン6は保護金網15に支持された金属ろ材16がパンチングメタル17、18で挟持してあり、集水ノズル2側のパンチングメタル17の目開きを処理水室5側のパンチングメタル18の目開きよりも小さくしてある。処理水室5から集水室4への背圧を受けやすくしてある。

スクリーン6が目詰まりした時には、ろ過運転を継続しながら、駆動機9でスクリーン6を回転させ、処理水室5に背圧をかけると同時に洗浄弁13を開き大気解放する。処理水室6側の背圧と逆洗水排水管14のサイホン作用により、処理水の一部が処理水室5から吸込管11の集水口12に吸引されて、スクリーン6で捕捉したSS、ろ材クズ及び不快害虫の幼虫が集水口12から吸込管11に流入する。洗い流された不快害虫の幼虫等は洗浄水排水管14から排出され、スクリーン6の目詰まり物が取除かれる。なお、配置上スクリーン6の前後の差圧が取れない場合は、逆洗水排水管14の後段にラインポンプ19を配設して、このラインポンプ19で吸引すれば、スクリーン6の目詰まりが解消できる。そして、ろ材層3が目詰まりしたときには、撹拌羽根(図示せず)等でろ材層3を空気撹拌または機械撹拌すれば、ろ材層3から分離された微細粒子を洗浄排水とともにろ過槽1外に排出できる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明に係るろ過機におけるセイフティースクリーンの洗浄装置は、不快害虫の幼虫やろ材の摩耗クズが、処理水側へ流出するのを防止して、目詰まりするスクリーンをろ過を中断することなく洗浄することができる。即ち、従来のろ過装置では、処理水側に流入したユスリカ等の不快害虫の幼虫やろ材の摩耗クズは、細目のスクリーンを配設して捕捉し、ろ過運転を停止してスクリーンを洗浄する必要があったものであるが、この発明にあっては、ろ液の集水室の上部に配設した処理水室の底部開口に、周面をろ過面としたスクリーンを回転自在に吊設して集水室に垂下させ、集水室に挿入した吸込管の集水口をスクリーンの外周面に対設したもので、ろ液の集水室に流入してきたユスリカ等の不快害虫の幼虫や樹脂性ろ材の摩耗クズをスクリーンで捕捉して、ろ過運転を継続しながら分離水の一部を逆流させて、吸込管の集水口から不快害虫の幼虫等を排出することができる。
