【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、スイッチやコンセントのような配線器具を壁面等の造営面に埋込配設するために用いられる配線器具用取付枠に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、スイッチやコンセントのような配線器具を壁面等の造営面に埋込配設するために、図13に示すような金属製の配線器具用取付枠(以下、「取付枠」と略す)30が用いられている。この取付枠30は、壁に埋設された埋込ボックス50の開口面側に取付ねじ(ボックスねじ)51,51によって取り付けられ、さらに合成樹脂製のプレート枠52がねじ53,53により前面に取着されるとともに、プレート枠52の前面に化粧プレート54が被着されるようになっている。また、取付枠30の両側部31a,31bには配線器具20の組立枠22,22に設けられた溝部22aに係合する係合突起32a,32bが設けられ、且つ一方の側部31bに溝孔33が設けられて開口窓30aとの間で薄肉部34が形成されている。ここで、取付枠30への配線器具20の取り付けは、配線器具20の一部を取付枠30の開口窓30aに挿入するようにして一方の側部31aの係合突起32aを片側の組立枠22の溝部22aに係合し、溝孔33にドライバ等の工具を挿入してこじることにより薄肉部34を突出変形させて他方の側部31bの係合突起32bを反対側の組立枠22の溝部22aに係合することで行われる。このものにあっては、配線器具20を取付枠30に取り付ける際に取付枠30の開口窓30aに一部を挿入した状態に配線器具20を作業者が手で位置決めし且つ保持しながらドライバ等の工具によって薄肉部34を突出変形させなければならず、作業性が悪いなどの問題を有していた。

そこで、上記問題を解決するものとして図14に示すような取付枠40が既に提案されている(実公昭58−52816号公報参照)。この取付枠40は、一方の側部41aに配線器具20の組立枠22に設けられた溝部22aに係合する係合突起42aが設けられ、図15及び図16に示すような係止片43が他方の側部41bに設けられた通孔44より起立状態に突設されており、係止片43の係止部43aが組立枠22の係止爪22bの下方の切欠23内に入れ込むことができるようにしてある。

而して、取付枠40の開口窓40aに配線器具20の一部を挿入するようにして片方の組立枠22の溝部22aに取付枠40の係合突起42aを係合し、その状態で係止片43が切欠23に入り込み係止部43aが係止爪22b,22bの下方の配線器具20の凹所24内に入り込んで配線器具20が取付枠40に取り付けられる。すなわち、本従来例では先の従来例と異なり、ドライバ等の工具を使わずに配線器具20を取付枠40に容易に取り付けることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、後者の従来例においても取付枠40から配線器具20を取り外すときには、図17に示すように係止片43の引っかけ外し部43bをドライバ60にて押圧して係止片43の係止部43aと係止爪22b,22bとの係止を外していた。すなわち、その形状や引っかけ外し部43bの寸法などから係止片43の有効長さ(所謂、ばねスパン)が短く、ばね定数が大きいために係止片43を手で係止解除方向に撓ませることができず、ドライバ等の工具が必要であり不便であった。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目的とするところは、工具を使わずに手で簡単に配線器具を取り外すことができる配線器具用取付枠を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、上記目的を達成するために、対向する一対の側部並びに両側部を連結する連結部を有し側部と連結部とで囲まれた開口窓に配線器具の一部を挿入した形で当該配線器具を保持する枠本体と、枠本体を壁面のような造営面に固定する固定手段と、一方の側部から開口窓側へ突出し配線器具の側面に設けられた溝部に係合する係合突起と、他方の側部に設けられ配線器具の側面に突出する突出部に係脱自在に係止する係止片とを備え、係止片はばね性を有する部材により形成され、側部に固定される固定部と、固定部から側部に略直交する方向へ延設されるとともに側部と交差するように湾曲し且つその先端同士で橋架部により橋架された一対の湾曲部と、当該橋架部の中央端縁から突設され手で操作されて湾曲部を撓ませる操作部とを具備し、湾曲部は、枠本体の側部に設けられた貫通孔に挿通され、固定部の貫通孔側の端縁より側部に略直交する方向に立ち上がってから略半円状に湾曲し貫通孔を通って側部と交差し、さらに略U形に湾曲してなり、両湾曲部の先端部分を開口窓と反対方向へ折曲し側部の貫通孔の裏面側近傍に位置するような形状とすることで配線器具の突出部に係止される係止部が形成されることを特徴とし、湾曲部によって係止片の有効長さ(所謂、ばねスパン)を従来例よりも長くして係止片のばね定数を小さくすることができる。その結果、操作部を手で操作することで湾曲部を撓めることが可能となり、係止片と配線器具の突出部との係止を外して工具を使わずに手で簡単に配線器具を取り外すことができる。さらに、枠本体の側部に対する係止片の配設スペースが縮小できて全体の小型化が図れる。

(実施形態1)
以下、図1〜図9を参照して本発明の実施形態1を詳細に説明する。

図1〜図3に示すように本実施形態の配線器具用取付枠(以下、「取付枠」と略す)Aの枠本体1は金属製であって、対向する一対の側部2a,2bと、両側部2a,2bを連結する連結部3,3と、側部2a,2b及び連結部3,3で囲まれた開口窓4とを有する矩形枠状に形成されている。また、各連結部3,3には、枠本体1を埋込ボックス50に取り付けるための取付ねじ51(図13参照)が挿通される長孔状のねじ挿通孔3aと、壁面を形成する壁パネル等の壁材に枠本体1を取り付けるための挟み金具(図示せず)が係止される挟み金具係止溝3b,3bと、プレート枠52を取り付けるためのねじ53が螺合するねじ孔3cとが設けてある。

一対の側部2a,2bは長手方向に沿った外側(開口窓4と反対側)の端縁が前方へ折曲されており、一方の側部2aの長手方向に沿った内側(開口窓4に臨む側)の端縁には、開口窓4の方へ突出し配線器具20の組立枠22に設けられた溝部22aに係合する係合突起5が長手方向に沿って等間隔に3個設けてある。ここで、本実施形態においては、規格化された1個モジュール寸法の配線器具(例えば、日本工業規格に規定された大角形連用配線器具(JIS C 8304参照))を短幅方向に3個並べて取り付けることができるように枠本体1並びに開口窓4の寸法が設定してある。

他方の側部2bにはスリット状の3つの貫通孔6が長手方向に沿って列設されており、図4に示すように各貫通孔6に一部を挿通した状態で3個の係止片10が側部2bに固定される。

係止片10は、可撓性(ばね性)を有する板状の金属部材で形成され、図1及び図4に示すように側部2bに固定される固定部11,11と、各固定部11,11から側部2bに略直交する方向へ延設されるとともに側部2bと交差するように湾曲し且つ先端が橋架部12aにより橋架された湾曲部12,12と、湾曲部12,12の先端(橋架部12aの中央端縁)から突設された操作部13とを具備する。固定部11,11には側部2bに突設された固定用突起7を挿通する挿通孔11aが設けられ、図5に示すように挿通孔11aに挿通されて突出する固定用突起7の先端部がかしめられることで固定部11,11が側部2bに固定される。湾曲部12,12は、図4に示すように固定部11,11の貫通孔6側の端縁より側部2bに略直交する方向に立ち上がってから略半円状に湾曲し貫通孔6を通って側部2bと交差し、さらに略U形に湾曲して先端部が側部2bの貫通孔6の裏面側近傍に位置するような形状に形成されている。ここで、湾曲部12,12の先端部分を開口窓4と反対方向へ略直角に折曲することで係止部14,14が形成されている。また、操作部13は側部2bの貫通孔6を通って湾曲部12,12の間から湾曲部12,12の半円部分を超える位置まで突出しており、その先端部分が開口窓4と反対方向へ略直角に折曲されている。

一方、操作部13を操作して開口窓4と反対側に押圧すれば、湾曲部12,12が撓んで係止部14,14と配線器具20の係止爪22b,22bとの係止が外れ、取付枠Aから配線器具20を取り外すことができる。すなわち、本実施形態の係止片10には各固定部11,11から側部2bに略直交する方向へ延設されるとともに側部2bと交差するように湾曲した湾曲部12,12が設けてあるため、従来例の係止片43に比較して有効長さ(所謂、ばねスパン)を長くして係止片10のばね定数を小さくすることができる。その結果、操作部13を手で操作することで湾曲部12,12を撓めることが可能となり、工具を使わずに手で簡単に配線器具20を取付枠Aから取り外すことができるのである。

また、本実施形態では枠本体1の側部2bに設けた貫通孔6に係止片10の湾曲部12,12を挿通させているため、枠本体1の側部2bに対する係止片10の配設スペースが縮小できて全体の小型化が図れるという利点がある。しかも、係止片10の固定部11,11を湾曲部12,12に対して側部2bの開口窓4側に固定しているので、図6に示すように側部41bの開口窓40aと反対側で係止片43を固定していた従来例の幅寸法L2に比較して、係止片10が固定される側の側部2bの幅寸法を低減することで枠本体1の幅寸法L1が低減できるという利点がある。さらに、側部2bに突設された固定用突起7を挿通孔11aに挿通し、この挿通孔11aから突出する固定用突起7の先端部をかしめることで固定部11,11を側部2bに固定するようにしているから、係止片43を溶接等によって側部41bに固定していた従来例に比較して枠本体1に対する係止片10の固定が容易に行えるという利点がある。
