The conventional iron core device is constructed as described above, and the core pieces 1a opposed to each other through the surfaces to be joined when being formed in an annular shape, that is, the thin portions 1b. In addition, the end face of each edge of the core piece 1a located at both ends of the core member 1 is actually several μm to several tens μm because surface roughness and processing error occur at the time of press punching.
Since they are butted through a gap of about m, there is a problem that the magnetic resistance is increased by this gap and the magnetic performance of the iron core device is reduced.

[0004] Further, a coating is usually formed on the surface of the core member 1 constituting the iron core device, and the coating plays a role of inhibiting the passage of magnetic flux and suppressing eddy current loss. Since there is no coating on the end face, an eddy current is generated over the entire area in the stacking direction of the surfaces where the respective core pieces 1a are abutted, and this eddy current causes iron loss, thereby deteriorating magnetic performance.

[0005] In addition, since the holding force against the external force in the direction parallel to the surface is weak, the rigidity of the core device as a whole is also weak. In particular, in the case of a motor in which magnetic force is applied to the core device, there is a problem in strength. Was.

Further, since the thin portion 1b is formed in an annular shape by bending, it is difficult to obtain high precision mechanically.
In addition to the cracks occurring in b, the mechanical strength is lowered, and the cracks increase the magnetic path resistance and lower the magnetic performance.

As shown in FIG. 6, the first and second core members 4 and 5 are formed by a plurality of sheets, and for example, two to ten sheets may be alternately superposed on each other. When the core pieces 3 are rotated alternately by the connecting means (for example, the convex portion 3b and the concave portion 3a), the friction decreases as the number of the plural pieces increases. or,
When the laminated core formed by laminating the first core member and the second core member is formed into an annular shape and the ends thereof are connected to each other, the larger the number of pieces, the easier it is to fit the ends together, Productivity is improved.

Since the end portions of the laminated core are laminated so as to form a V-shape, the core piece 19a becomes a V-shaped apex when bent into an annular shape and joined at both ends. Because the position is regulated at the center in the direction, even if the edges of any of the core pieces 19a are temporarily caught at the time of bending, by vibrating in the laminating direction, the caught is easily eliminated and smoothly. It can be folded and overlapped, and the assembling workability can be improved. further,
Since the core pieces at the ends of the laminated core are surface-bonded, the magnetic resistance can be reduced even at the ends of the laminated core.

In each of the first to ninth embodiments, the case of the iron core device applied to the electric motor has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. 37 and 38, a laminated core is formed by changing the core piece with the magnetic pole teeth in the first embodiment to a linear core piece 40 (with no magnetic pole teeth). After applying the winding 41 to the laminated core, the connecting portion is rotated to form an annular or rectangular iron core device. It is needless to say that the present invention may be applied to an iron core device of a transformer such as a zero-phase current transformer formed as described above, and the same effect as described above can be exerted. In the case of an iron core device for a current transformer, it is desirable that the abutting joints at both ends of the laminated core be abuttingly joined at surfaces adjacent to each other in the laminating direction to reduce the magnetic resistance also at the end of the laminated core. Embodiment 10 FIG.

In a medium-sized electric motor as in the thirteenth embodiment,
When the first core member is formed of a single piece of the core piece as in the third embodiment, the number of components becomes too large and the manufacturing becomes complicated. Therefore, in the thirteenth embodiment, a plurality of core pieces are stacked to form a core piece block, the number of components can be reduced, and productivity can be improved. Also, the core piece block is
It is smaller than the entire motor, has a simple shape, and can be used as a second core piece block if the first core piece block is turned over, so that the press die is small, simple, and inexpensive. Further, when three core blocks are formed by laminating a plurality of core pieces to form a core piece block, a connecting means is provided in comparison with an iron core device in which one core member is alternately laminated as shown in FIG. When rotating in teeth units, the friction is small and the rotation is easy.
