ト系ステンレス鋼の異材継手には、接合部の強度及び耐
蝕性の関係により、下記する工程により、オーステナイ
ト系ステンレス鋼板の上にTa薄板を爆着で接合し、そ
の上にZr板を爆着することで製作し、さらにそれを機
械加工により管に加工している。すなわち、従来の爆着
によるZrとステンレス鋼の異材継手管の製作方法は、
図2に示す工程により行われ、同図において、01はス
テンレス鋼板,02はTa薄板,03はTaの爆着接合
部,04,06,08,010,012はそれぞれZr
薄板,05,07,09,011,013はそれぞれZ
rの爆着接合部である。まず、第1工程として、同図
(A)に示すように、ステンレス鋼01の上にTa薄板
02を爆着で接合する。そうすると、同図(B)に示す
ように、ステンレス鋼01とTa薄板02との爆着接合
部03ができる。次に、第2工程として、同図(C)に
示すように、Ta薄板02の上に爆着でZr薄板04を
接合する。その後、続いて順次同図(D),(E)に示
すように、爆着でZr薄板06,08,010,012
を順次接合し、厚い複数層からなるZrの厚板をTaを
間に挟んだ形でステンレス鋼01とサンドイッチ状に固
着することで同図(E)に示すように、異材継手を作
る。 最後に、第3工程として、同図(F)に示すよう
に、機械加工で孔あけを行うことで異材継手の管を完成
するのである。
