Annular flange including a flange portion Naru heavy surface on both sides
And a damper blade supported by shafts protruding from both ends in the flange , and operating means for operating the damper blade,
Since the flange is formed of a square pipe having an outer peripheral portion slightly wider than the outer diameter of the shaft at both ends of the damper blade, the damper can be formed simply by sandwiching the frame body between the flange portions of the duct. Can be easily installed between ducts. Moreover, since the operating means is connected to the damper through the outer peripheral portion of the flange,
It does not hinder the operation means when the flange of the damper is sandwiched between the flange portions of the duct and connected.

Explaining this, the damper B includes a shaft 4 that projects the damper blades 3, 3 from both ends thereof into a flange 1 composed of an outer peripheral portion 1b and overlapping portions 1c, 1c, similarly to FIGS. 6 to 8 described above. There is no particular difference from the previous embodiment in that it is mounted so as to be pivotally supported. In this embodiment, the operating means 5 is provided with a thermal fuse 23 that blows at a constant temperature, and the damper blades 3 are closed when the thermal fuse 23 blows. To explain this, the support piece 24 is provided on the outer surface of the flange 1.
And the shaft 4 of one damper blade 3 penetrates the outer peripheral portion 1b and the support piece 24 to protrude to the outer surface of the support piece 24, and is fixed on the shaft 4 to attach the lever 25, and Axis 4
A spring 26 for urging the damper blade 3 toward the closing side is attached to the support member 24, and a pin 27 for supporting the lever 24 in the support piece 24 and locking the lever 25 is provided. The pin 27 is a coil spring 28 surrounding the same. The coil spring 28 is urged in a direction of immersion from the outer surface of the support piece 24, and
The tip of the pin 27 is kept in a state of protruding from the outer surface of the support piece 24 against the above. When hiding, usually,
The pin 27 protrudes from the outer surface of the support piece 24, locks the lever 25, and keeps the damper blade 3 open. However, duct A
When the temperature inside the housing rises abnormally and the thermal fuse 23 blows, the pin 27 is urged by the coil spring 28 to
Immerse from the outside surface of the. Therefore, lever 2 at pin 27
5 is released, and the damper blade 3 is urged by the spring 26 to close.

However, the width and the vertical width of the duct A are various, and accordingly, the size of the flange portion A1 of the duct A is large. Providing a damper having a large number of flanges 1 of different sizes according to the large width and the vertical width makes inventory management and the like difficult. Therefore, the annular flange 1 is constituted by the corner fittings 1a and the bar-shaped connecting fittings 1b connecting the corner fittings 1a, 1a, and by combining these, the flange 1 having a desired size can be easily obtained. This is shown in FIGS.
FIG. 13 shows the structure used in the embodiment shown in FIG.
FIG. 14 will be described. The corner fitting 1a is formed by bending a steel plate and having connection portions 1a-1 and 1a-1 each having a rectangular cross section and projecting in two directions at right angles.
The rod-shaped connection fitting 1b is formed of a square pipe having an inner size of a size into which the connection part 1a-1 is fitted, and as shown in FIG. It is assembled to the flange 1 shown in FIG. 13 using the corner fitting 1a. In addition, each corner fitting 1a and the bar-shaped connection fitting 1b are fastened and fixed with screws 1c. In this embodiment,
When the end of one bar-shaped connection fitting 1b is fitted into the connection 1a-1, it comes into contact with the connection 1a-1. Therefore, the end of the rod-shaped connection fitting 1b is cut off to solve such a problem. The one shown in FIG.
Another embodiment in which a flange 1 having a desired size is obtained by combining a corner fitting 1a and a rod-shaped connecting fitting 1b that connects the corner fitting 1a to each other. To explain this, in this embodiment, the corner fitting 1a
Is a box-shaped short piece 1 constructed by bending a steel plate.
d, 1d ', and the rod-shaped connection fitting 1b is
a short pipe 1d is inserted into both ends of each of the bar-shaped connection fittings 1b and 1b constituting the opposite sides of the flange 1 respectively. And fixed with screws 1c.
After fastening the other short piece 1d 'to each short piece 1d inserted in b with screws 1c so as to project at right angles thereto,
After fitting both ends of the rod-shaped connection fitting 1b constituting the other opposite side of the flange 1 to each short piece 1d ', screws 1c are used.
The short piece 1d 'and the rod-shaped connection fitting 1b are tightened to form a flange 1
Assemble to In addition, each corner fitting 1a and the bar-shaped connection fitting 1b are fastened and fixed with screws 1c. In FIGS. 13, 14 and 15, reference numeral 1f designates a hole through which the bolt is passed when the flange 1 is fastened between the flange portions A1 and A1 with bolts.

The damper can be easily attached between the ducts by simply connecting the flanges between the flanges, and the flanges provided at both ends of the damper as in the conventional example, and the duct flanges facing both sides As compared with the case of fastening and binding, the number of attachment work places is reduced and the work can be simplified. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the damper can be formed to be extremely flat, not only having the same effect as the first aspect of the invention, but also operating through the outer peripheral portion of the flange. By connecting the means to the damper blade, there is an advantage that the operating means does not hinder the mounting of the damper between the ducts. In particular, according to the third and fourth aspects of the invention, the damper can be formed flat, inventory management and transportation can be simplified, and the width and height can be changed simply by changing the length of the rod-shaped fitting. It is possible to obtain flanges having different sizes, and to supply a flange having a size as required at any time.
