対して回転自在であることが後述する理由により好まし
い。また第3図に示す如く横棒8を貫通し保持する保持
部2aの縁2aaの一部には、横棒8がハゼ折り部を有する
パイプの場合でもハゼ折り部を嵌合せしめ得るための切
欠部2abが設けられていることが好ましい。そして、屋
根面上において下方と側方とに位置する底面外周に沿つ
て凸片2bが突出形成されていることが必要である。この

された蓋体の形状を成していることが、底板3に設けら
