粉体供給に際して、粉体が残存し且つ水分を吸収してし
まうと、当該箇所でのセメント硬化が生じてしまう。そ
こで本発明は、洗浄が容易であり、而も均一濃度のセメ
ントミルクを製出できる新規なセメントミルク製造装置
