2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in constructing a structure such as a building, a crane installed on a roof is used to pull up a heavy object such as a steel frame or concrete, which is the foundation of the building, and assemble the heavy object. . However, the window sashes, doors, tiles, various pipes, etc. were manually carried by each worker. In addition, the scaffolding provided outside the wall of the building under construction is 30 to 45 cm from the wall.
Since it is decided to take a gap of the above, it is possible to use this gap to carry heavy objects such as the window sashes using an elevator equipped with guide rails etc. on the wall of the building and to use a simple winch at a high place. It was installed in the vehicle and the heavy object was moved up and down for transportation.

However, the above-mentioned conventional method of carrying by hand requires a great deal of labor. Also, with the method of using an elevator with guide rails installed on the wall of the building, the installation area of the elevator becomes large,
In particular, if it becomes a skyscraper of 20 m or more, the equipment cost will be high, and it cannot be used for construction sites of small and medium-sized buildings.
Further, the method using the simple winch has a problem that a heavy object to be lifted hits an obstacle on the way and is not preferable for safety. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heavy lifting device that does not require manpower in a space such as a building construction site and can be used inexpensively and safely.

In the heavy object lifting device according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the heavy object to be conveyed is placed on the lower lateral member of the frame, the stopper connected to the lower lateral member via the hinge is rotated outward. Defeat it before placing it. Therefore, it is not necessary to lift and place a heavy object on a high position, the operator is not burdened, and it is safe. When the mounting work is completed, the stopper is rotated inward and raised to form the mounting portion in a box shape. Then, using a hanging fitting provided at the center upper part of the upper and lower members of the heavy lifting device, it is connected to a winch or the like, and it becomes a pair of front and rear flanged rollers provided inside the grooves of the vertical members on both sides of the frame. , The wire rope which is stretched vertically is placed in a state of being sandwiched, and it is moved up and down while being guided by the collared roller along the wire rope. Since both sides of the heavy load lifting device are guided and moved up and down in this way, it is safe without swaying and the like, and the heavy load is not dropped because the stopper guards it. In addition, when removing a loaded heavy object, tilt the stopper and remove it as when loading. Also in this case, it is not necessary to lift a heavy object to perform work. When loading a heavy object having a high height, the horizontal support member is opened, and when the loading is completed, the horizontal support member is closed. Then, the heavy object lifting device is moved up and down, but even if the heavy object is likely to fall in the middle, the horizontal support member guards. Further, even if the weight is not stable, the horizontal support member guards it so that it is easy to carry.

Next, a method of using the heavy object lifting / lowering tool 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. Although not shown, the heavy object lifting device 10 uses a gap of 30 to 45 cm between the outer wall of a building construction site and the scaffolding to carry heavy objects such as window sashes, doors, tiles and various pipes. Carry upwards. As shown in FIG. 1, a transition material 34 is provided on an outer wall of a building construction site (not shown), a winch 35 is attached to the transition material 34, and a wire 36 connected to the winch 35.
2 is connected to the hanging fitting 15 shown in FIG. A pair of turnbuckles 37 is fixed at positions on both sides of the winch 35 of the bridging member 34, and one end of the wire rope 33 is connected to the turnbuckle 37. The wire rope 33
As shown in FIG. 10, the other end of is inserted between the rollers 32 with the flanges of the guides 14 attached to both sides of the frame 11 and fixed to the ground 38 (see FIG. 1). The tension of the wire rope 33 is adjusted by the turnbuckle 37.

As described above, the lifting and lowering of the heavy object lifting device 10 mounted on the outer wall of a building construction site so as to be lifted and lowered is performed by operating the winch 35 using an operating device (not shown). The heavy lifting device 10 lowered to the ground is provided with a butterfly bolt 18
Loosen the stopper 12 to the outside and loosen the wing bolt 21 to rotate the horizontal support member 13 inward (see FIG. 2) 0 After that, load heavy objects such as window sashes, doors, and tiles (not shown) on the frame 11 Placed on the lower lateral member 11a,
Rotate the horizontal support member 13 counterclockwise to rotate the butterfly bolt 2
1, and the butterfly bolt 21 is tightened to fix the horizontal support member 13. Further, the stopper 12 is rotated and raised in the opposite direction, and is fixed to the vertical members 11b and 11c on both sides of the frame 11 by using butterfly bolts 18. The heavy load elevator 10 on which the heavy load is placed is pulled up to a predetermined height by the winch 35, the stopper 12 and the horizontal support member 13 are opened by the same method as described above, and the heavy load is taken out.

When carrying the heavy load using the heavy lifting device 10, the tension of the wire rope 33 and the maximum rocking ratio of the front, rear, left and right of the heavy lifting device 10 are exemplified as a lifting height of 30 m and a lifting weight of 70 kg. In the case, the tension is 30 kg and the maximum swing rate is 12%, and in the case of a lifting height of 10 m and a lifting weight of 70 kg, the tension is 10 kg and the maximum swing rate is 12%.
Further, when the lifting height is 30 m, the maximum sway in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction is 1.4 cm when the heavy object lifting tool 10 is suddenly stopped while being lifted. Therefore, in consideration of safety, it is possible to design the thickness of the heavy object lifting device 10 in the gap between the wall surface of the building and the scaffolding to be 80% of the width of the gap. As described above, the heavy lifting device 10 includes the guides 14 on the vertical members 11b and 11c on both sides of the frame 11.
Since it is provided with and is moved up and down along the wire rope 33, there is little swaying in the front, rear, left and right.
Since it is supported using the horizontal support member 13, there is no risk of dropping and it can be safely transported to a predetermined height. The heavy object lifting device 10 can be easily installed in a short time by a small number of people on the outer wall of a construction site, etc., and it is inexpensive, and its operation is very small and requires a very large number of people. is there.

It should be noted that the adjustment of the building object due to the difference in height of the building or the like can be easily performed by adjusting the length of the wire rope 33. The heavy object lifting device 10 is formed to have a length of 2 m, a width of 1.2 m, and a width of 0.12 m, but it can be arbitrarily designed depending on the shape of the heavy object to be carried.
Although the frame 11 is made of a stainless material, other metal materials may be used. Further, although the lip channel steel is used, a steel material having another groove may be used. Although the stopper 12 and the horizontal support member 13 are made of a stainless material, other metal materials or synthetic resin materials may be used.

In the heavy lifting device according to the first aspect of the present invention, stoppers that can be opened and closed via hinges are provided at the front and rear of the lower horizontal member of the frame, and at the front and rear of the intermediate portion of the left and right vertical members of the frame. Since it has openable and closable horizontal support members spanning both sides of the frame, and the vertical members on both sides of the frame are provided with a pair of flanged rollers that move along a vertically stretched wire rope. , Loading heavy items,
Loading and unloading can be easily performed, and further, there is no shaking during the ascending / descending operation, and heavy objects do not drop, so that work can be performed safely. In addition, a small number of people can easily install it in the gap between the outer wall of the building construction site and the scaffolding in a short time, and can be raised and lowered by a small number of people.
It is cheap because of its simple structure.
