Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一側に電極リードが突出する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リード同士を電気的に接続するためのバスバーアセンブリと、を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの少なくとも一側を覆うバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記電極リードを通過させる複数のリードスロットと、
前記複数のリードスロット同士の間に配置され、前記電極リードと連結される少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーと、
前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーを弾性的に支持可能な弾性ガイダであって、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの左右両側に配置される少なくとも二つの弾性ガイダと、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーは、前記少なくとも二つの弾性ガイダに弾性接触しながら、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向に沿って移動可能に備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも二つの弾性ガイダは、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向に弾性変形可能な上部板バネと、
前記上部板バネから前記バスバーフレームの上下方向に所定の距離だけ離隔して前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの左右方向に弾性変形可能な下部板バネと、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部板バネは、一対で備えられ、
前記一対の上部板バネは、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーを挟んで対向して配置される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記下部板バネは、一対で備えられ、
前記一対の下部板バネは、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーを挟んで対向して配置される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも二つの弾性ガイダは、前記バスバーフレームに一体で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの前方で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの前方への離脱を防止する離脱防止ストッパを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記離脱防止ストッパは、
前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの上下側に備えられ、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの前方への移動の際、所定距離以上で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの上下端の移動を制限する一対のストッパフックを含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
