Claims (16)
- 内燃機関と電気機械とを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置用のトランスミッション装置であって、
前記内燃機関から導入された回転運動を伝達するための第1のトランスミッションユニット(3)、
前記電気機械から導入された回転運動を伝達するための第2のトランスミッションユニット(4)、
前記第1のトランスミッションユニット(3)に駆動結合された第1の入力部材(6)と、前記第2のトランスミッションユニット(4)に駆動結合された第2の入力部材(7)と、出力部材(8)とを備えていて、前記第1の入力部材(6)と前記第2の入力部材(7)と前記出力部材(8)とが互いに調整作用を有しているオーバーライド伝動装置(5)、
前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記出力部材(8)に駆動結合されたディファレンシャルケース(60)と、第1の駆動軸を駆動する第1のディファレンシャル出力部材(62)と、第2の駆動軸を駆動する第2のディファレンシャル出力部材(63)とを備えたディファレンシャル伝動装置ユニット(9)
を含む、トランスミッション装置において、
制御可能なロック装置(70)が設けられており、該ロック装置(70)は、前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記出力部材(8)を選択的に、相対回動不能に保持するか、または解放するために設けられていることを特徴とする、トランスミッション装置。 - 前記ロック装置(70)は、前記ディファレンシャルケース(60)と、定置の構成部材(21)との間に配置されたクラッチ(71)を有しており、前記ディファレンシャルケース(60)は、前記クラッチ(71)の接続位置では前記定置の構成部材(21)に相対回動不能に結合されており、前記クラッチ(71)の切断位置では前記定置の構成部材(21)から切り離されている、請求項1記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記クラッチ(71)は、形状接続クラッチとして形成されており、該形状接続クラッチは、前記ディファレンシャルケース(60)に相対回動不能に結合された第1のクラッチ部材(73)と、前記定置の構成部材(21)に相対回動不能にかつ軸方向に可動に結合された第2のクラッチ部材(74)とを有している、請求項2記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記クラッチ(71)は、電気液圧式の作動装置(72)により作動可能であり、該電気液圧式の作動装置(72)は、可動のピストン(76)を有しており、該ピストン(76)は、液圧が印加されると前記クラッチ(71)を接続位置に押圧するようになっている、請求項2または3記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記出力部材(8)は、前記ディファレンシャルケース(60)に固く結合されており、特に前記ディファレンシャルケース(60)と一体に形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記入力部材(6,7)のうちの一方と、前記出力部材(8)との間には、制御可能なクラッチユニット(56)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記クラッチユニット(56)の作動用に、電気液圧式の作動装置(58)が設けられている、請求項6記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記クラッチユニット(56)は、形状接続クラッチ(57)を含み、該形状接続クラッチ(57)は、前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記第1の入力部材(6)に相対回動不能に結合された第1のクラッチ部材(35)と、前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記出力部材(8)に相対回動不能に結合された第2のクラッチ部材(36)とを備えている、請求項6または7記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記第1のトランスミッションユニット(3)は、多段トランスミッションとして形成されており、該多段トランスミッションは、第1のサンギヤ(15)と、第1のリングギヤ(16)と、少なくとも1つの第1のピニオンギヤ(17)と、第1の遊星キャリア(18)とを備えた遊星歯車伝動装置(12)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記第1のトランスミッションユニット(3)は、2速トランスミッションとして形成されており、前記遊星キャリア(18)は、前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)に駆動結合されており、前記リングギヤ(16)と前記サンギヤ(15)との間には、制御可能なクラッチユニット(13)が設けられている、請求項9記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記制御可能なクラッチユニット(13)には、摩擦クラッチ(22)およびフリーホイールクラッチ(24)が含まれる、請求項10記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記第1のトランスミッションユニット(3)には、特に第1のサンギヤ(15)、該第1のサンギヤ(15)に噛み合う第1のピニオンギヤ(17)、第2のサンギヤ(15’)、該第2のサンギヤ(15’)に噛み合う第2のピニオンギヤ(17’)、前記第1および第2のピニオンギヤ(17,17’)を支持する遊星キャリア(18)、ならびに前記第2のピニオンギヤ(17’)と歯列係合するリングギヤ(16)を備えたダブル遊星歯車伝動装置(12)を有する4速トランスミッションが含まれる、請求項9記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記ダブル遊星歯車伝動装置(12)の各前記部材(15,15’,16,17,17’,18)のうちの2つの間に第1の制御可能なクラッチユニット(64)が設けられており、前記ダブル遊星歯車伝動装置(12)の各前記部材(15,15’,16,17,17’,18)のうちの1つと、定置の構成部材(21)との間に第2の制御可能なクラッチユニット(65)が設けられている、請求項12記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記第1の入力部材(6)は、前記ディファレンシャルケース(60)に回転可能に支承されており、特にリングギヤ(51)を有している、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記オーバーライド伝動装置(5)の前記第2の入力部材(7)は、前記第2のトランスミッションユニット(4)の中空軸(45)に相対回動不能に結合されており、特にサンギヤ(50)を有している、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のトランスミッション装置。
- 前記第2のトランスミッションユニット(4)は、平歯車伝動装置および/または牽引手段伝動装置を有している、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のトランスミッション装置。
