Abstract
Description
の化合物で処理するステップを含む方法が提供されており、ここで、処理時において、イネ植物は生殖成長時期にあると共に、高温ストレスが存在しているか、または、処理後10日以内に存在することとなる。

Y=q ppmの活性成分を用いた場合の第二の活性成分による作用の割合。
活性成分:1~95%、好ましくは60~90%
表面活性剤:1~30%、好ましくは5~20%
液体担体:1~80%、好ましくは1~35%
活性成分:0.1~10%、好ましくは0.1~5%
固体担体:99.9~90%、好ましくは99.9~99%
活性成分:5~75%、好ましくは10~50%
水:94~24%、好ましくは88~30%
表面活性剤:1~40%、好ましくは2~30%
活性成分:0.5~90%、好ましくは1~80%
表面活性剤:0.5~20%、好ましくは1~15%
固体担体:5~95%、好ましくは15~90%
活性成分:0.1~30%、好ましくは0.1~15%
固体担体:99.5~70%、好ましくは97~85%
28部のこの組み合わせを、2部の芳香族溶媒および7部のトルエンジイソシアネート/ポリメチレン-ポリフェニルイソシアネート-混合物(8:1)と混合する。この混合物を、所望の粒度が得られるまで、1.2部のポリビニルアルコールと、0.05部の消泡剤と、51.6部の水との混合物中で乳化する。この乳剤に、5.3部の水中の2.8部の1,6-ジアミノヘキサンの混合物を加える。混合物を、重合反応が完了するまで撹拌する。得られたカプセル懸濁剤を、0.25部の増粘剤および3部の分散剤を加えることによって安定化させる。カプセル懸濁剤製剤は、28%の活性成分を含有する。カプセルの中間直径は8~15μmである。得られた製剤を、該当する目的に好適な装置中の水性懸濁液として種子に施用する。
インドにおいて暑季中に、高温ストレスに対するイネ植物の耐性に対する式(Ia)の化合物による処理の効果をテストするために実地試験を計画した。
〔1〕高温ストレスに対するイネ植物の耐性を向上させる方法であって、イネ植物またはイネ植物が栽培されている生息箇所を、式(I)
(式中、Rは、水素、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシル、アミノ、アルキルオキシおよびアルキルからなる群から独立して選択される1~5個の置換基を表し;R2は、アミノ、ハロゲン、ニトロ、チオ、アルキルチオおよびアルキルからなる群から選択される)
の化合物で処理する工程を含み、
処理時において、前記イネ植物は生殖成長時期にあり、かつ、高温ストレスが存在しているか、または、処理後10日以内に存在することとなることを特徴とする、方法。
〔2〕高温ストレスに対するイネ植物の耐性を向上させる方法であって、(a)イネ植物を栽培する工程、(b)前記イネ植物が栽培されている生息箇所で、または、その近傍で気温を監視する工程、および、(c)高温ストレスが存在している場合、または、処理後10日以内に高温ストレスが存在することとなる場合に、式(I)の化合物を、生殖成長時期のイネ植物、または、前記イネ植物が栽培されている前記生息箇所に適用する工程を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
〔3〕前記イネ植物が、出穂成長段階前に処理される、前記〔1〕または〔2〕に記載の方法。
〔4〕前記イネ植物が、幼穂分化または幼穂形成成長段階にある、前記〔1〕~〔3〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔5〕前記イネ植物が、幼穂形成成長段階にある、前記〔1〕~〔4〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔6〕前記高温ストレスが、少なくとも24℃の日最低気温、および、少なくとも34℃の日最高気温である、前記〔1〕~〔5〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔7〕前記高温ストレスが、少なくとも25℃の平均日最低気温、および、少なくとも37℃の平均日最高気温である、前記〔1〕~〔6〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔8〕前記式(I)の化合物が、式(1a):
を有する、前記〔1〕~〔7〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔9〕前記式(I)の化合物が、1~100g ai/haの割合で適用される、前記〔1〕~〔8〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔10〕前記式(I)の化合物が、5~20g ai/haの割合で適用される、前記〔1〕~〔9〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔11〕前記式(I)の化合物が、高温ストレスに対する耐性を向上させるさらなる化合物または製品と組合せて、同時にまたは連用で適用される、前記〔1〕~〔10〕のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
〔12〕高温ストレスに対するイネ植物の耐性を向上させるための式(I)の化合物の使用であって、高温ストレスが存在している場合、または、処理後10日以内に高温ストレスが存在することとなる場合に、生殖成長時期中に、前記化合物を前記植物に適用することにより向上させることを特徴とする、使用。
Claims (12)
- 高温ストレスに対するイネ植物の耐性を向上させる方法であって、(a)イネ植物を栽培する工程、(b)前記イネ植物が栽培されている生息箇所で、または、その近傍で気温を監視する工程、および、(c)高温ストレスが存在している場合、または、処理後10日以内に高温ストレスが存在することとなる場合に、式(I)の化合物を、生殖成長時期のイネ植物、または、前記イネ植物が栽培されている前記生息箇所に適用する工程を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記イネ植物が、出穂成長段階前に処理される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記イネ植物が、幼穂分化または幼穂形成成長段階にある、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記イネ植物が、幼穂形成成長段階にある、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記高温ストレスが、少なくとも24℃の日最低気温、および、少なくとも34℃の日最高気温である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記高温ストレスが、少なくとも25℃の平均日最低気温、および、少なくとも37℃の平均日最高気温である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、1~100g ai/haの割合で適用される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、5~20g ai/haの割合で適用される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、高温ストレスに対する耐性を向上させるさらなる化合物または製品と組合せて、同時にまたは連用で適用される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
