該結着樹脂は、下記一般式〔1〕で表されるユニットを有する変性ポリエステルを含有し、
該変性ポリエステルの含有量が、該結着樹脂中、50.0質量%以上であり、
該極性基含有オレフィン共重合体は、極性を有するユニットとポリオレフィンユニットとを有する重合体であり、
該極性を有するユニットが、α,β-不飽和カルボン酸およびその誘導体、不飽和ニトリルおよびその誘導体からなる群より選択されるいずれかの化合物に由来するユニットであることを特徴とするトナー。
