Claims (15)
- 管状スキャフォールドであって、内面、外面、第1端部領域、第2端部領域、前記第1端部領域と前記第2端部領域との間に位置する中間領域、および前記第1端部領域と前記第2端部領域との間に延びる空洞を含む管状スキャフォールドと、
前記管状スキャフォールドの前記空洞内に配設されたライナーと
を備え、
前記ライナーの複数の第1部分が前記管状スキャフォールドの前記内面の複数の第1領域に固着されるとともに直接的に当接され、それによって組織内部成長を阻止し、
前記内面の複数の第2領域が前記ライナーに直接的に当接されておらず、それによって前記管状スキャフォールドの前記内面と前記ライナーの外面との間に組織内部成長領域を画定する、拡張可能医療装置。 - 前記ライナーは、前記管状スキャフォールドの前記中間領域の全体に少なくとも沿って延びている、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ライナーの第1端部は、前記管状スキャフォールドの前記第1端部領域に沿った前記外面の一部に沿って設けられる外層を形成しており、

- 前記ライナーにおいて前記離間した複数の離散付着点同士の間の領域は、前記管状スキャフォールドの前記内面から離間しており、前記組織内部成長領域を形成している、請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 前記離間した複数の離散付着点は、前記管状スキャフォールドに沿って長手方向に延びている、請求項8に記載の医療装置。
- 前記離間した複数の離散付着点は、前記管状スキャフォールドの前記中間領域の全体に沿って長手方向に延びている、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記離間した複数の離散付着点は、前記管状スキャフォールドの前記内面に沿って周方向に離間した4つの長手方向付着点を含む、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記管状スキャフォールドは、該管状スキャフォールドの前記外面から前記管状スキャフォールドの前記内面に延びる複数の間隙を含んでおり、
前記医療装置は、組織が前記中間領域に沿って前記管状スキャフォールドの前記複数の間隙を通って成長することを許容するべく、前記管状スキャフォールドの前記中間領域の径方向外側に外側カバーを何ら有しない、請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記ライナーの複数の第2部分は前記管状スキャフォールドの前記内面から径方向に離間しており、前記組織内部成長領域を形成している、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
