- 赤色画素、緑色画素及び青色画素を含む有機発光表示装置において、各画素は、

前記第1絶縁層上に配置された連結電極と、
前記第1絶縁層上において、前記連結電極を覆うように配置された第2絶縁層と、
前記第2絶縁層上に配置され、画素電極、有機発光層を含む中間層、及び対向電極を含む有機発光ダイオードと、
前記画素電極のエッジを覆い、前記画素電極の中央部を露出させる開口部によって発光領域を定義する画素定義膜と、
前記画素電極が前記連結電極と接続されるように、前記第2絶縁層に設けられたビアホールと、を含み、

前記発光領域内部に配置された第2絶縁層の上面が、前記基板の上面と平行に設けられた、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記連結電極と同一層に配置され、前記緑色画素の発光領域と隣接するように配置された第1配線を含み、
前記緑色画素の発光領域と前記第1配線との隔離距離は、1.2μm以上である、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記連結電極と同一層に配置され、前記発光領域を挟んで配置された第1配線及び第2配線をさらに含み、
前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、前記第2配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離と同一である、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、1.2μm以下である、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記連結電極と同一層に配置され、前記発光領域を挟んで配置された第1配線及び第2配線をさらに含み、前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、前記第2配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離と異なり、
前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離、及び前記第2配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、1.2μmより長い、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記赤色画素、前記緑色画素及び前記青色画素は、ペンタイルマトリックス構造に配置され、
前記緑色画素の発光領域は、前記赤色画素及び前記青色画素の発光領域に比べて狭い、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 基板上に配置された第1絶縁層と、
前記第1絶縁層上に配置された連結電極と、
前記第1絶縁層上において、前記連結電極を覆うように配置された第2絶縁層と、
前記第2絶縁層上に配置され、画素電極、有機発光層を含む中間層、及び対向電極を含む有機発光ダイオードと、
前記画素電極のエッジを覆い、前記画素電極の中央部を露出させる開口部によって発光領域を定義する画素定義膜と、
前記画素電極が前記連結電極と接続されるように、前記第2絶縁層に設けられたビアホールと、を含み、
前記第2絶縁層の上面は、前記基板の上面に対して平行な平坦部、前記基板の上面に対し、第1傾斜角度を有する第1傾斜部、及び前記第1傾斜角度より大きい第2傾斜角度を有する第2傾斜部を含み、前記第2傾斜部は、前記第1傾斜部より前記ビアホールに隣接するように配置された有機発光表示装置。 - 前記発光領域は、前記第1傾斜部及び前記第2傾斜部と重畳されるように配置された、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1傾斜部が前記発光領域と重畳された領域は、前記第2傾斜部が前記発光領域と重畳された領域より広い、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記発光領域は、前記平坦部と重畳されるように配置され、前記第2傾斜部とは重畳されない、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記連結電極と同一層に配置され、前記発光領域を挟んで配置された第1配線及び第2配線をさらに含み、前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、前記第2配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離と同一である、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、1.2μm以下である、請求項15に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1絶縁層は、前記第1配線及び前記第2配線の形状によって湾曲するように設けられた、請求項15に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記連結電極と同一層に配置され、前記発光領域を挟んで配置された第1配線及び第2配線をさらに含み、前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、前記第2配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離と異なり、
前記第1配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離、及び前記第2配線が前記発光領域と離隔された距離は、1.2μmより長い、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記有機発光表示装置は、赤色画素、緑色画素、青色画素を含み、
前記発光領域と前記ビアホールとの隔離距離は、前記赤色画素、前記緑色画素及び前記青色画素によって異なる、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記赤色画素、前記緑色画素及び前記青色画素は、ペンタイルマトリックス構造に配置され、
前記緑色画素の発光領域は、前記赤色画素及び前記青色画素の発光領域に比べて狭い、請求項19に記載の有機発光表示装置。
