Description

The present invention relates to a take-out member which is fused to a take-out port of a container for storing a wet tissue or the like inside so that the wet tissue or the like can be sequentially taken out in a required amount (used).

Containers for storing liquid-containing non-woven fabrics and paper materials, such as wet wipes and makeup removers, need to be sealed so that volatile components inside do not come off, but wet wipes, etc. are required (used). ) It is also important to have a function that can be taken out sequentially.

For example, in Patent Document 1,
A container body having a take-out part for storing the household thin paper inside and taking out the stored thin paper to the outside, and a lid attached to the container body so as to open and close the take-out part. It is a household tissue paper storage container that is equipped.
The take-out portion includes an elastically deformable face portion and an take-out hole provided on the face portion through which the household tissue paper is inserted.
The surface portion has a shape that is convex to the outside of the container body, and the surface portion that is pushed toward the inside of the container body and elastically deformed repels the surface portion that is convex to the outside of the container body. Restored to
When the face portion is pushed toward the inside of the container body, the opening of the take-out hole widens, and when the pushed face portion is restored toward the outside of the container body, the opening of the take-out hole opens. We are proposing a household tissue paper storage container that is characterized by returning to its original size.

The household tissue paper used here is stored in a state of being connected by a breakable fastening portion. Then, in such a household tissue paper storage container, it is necessary to insert one end of one end of the household tissue paper into the take-out hole at the start of use.
To insert one end of the edge of the thin paper, remove the take-out part or the entire lid, and then squeeze one end of the thin paper into the take-out hole from the inside to insert it into the take-out hole.
At this time, the squeezed end of the thin paper is entwined with the fingertip, and the fingertip is pierced into the take-out hole to penetrate the fingertip so that the tip of the thin paper having a size that can be pinched protrudes to the outside of the take-out hole.
However, there are many types of thin paper used for this household thin paper storage container, and it is necessary to change the shape and size of the take-out hole with a slight difference depending on the impregnated component.
However, in order to change the shape of such a take-out hole, it is necessary to newly manufacture an injection molding die for forming the take-out hole, which requires a large amount of money and time, so that a small lot cannot be manufactured in a short time. There was a problem such as not being able to start up with.

It is composed of a lower layer portion that is fused to either the front or back surface of the opening surface having the opening of the container and remains in the opening.
The release layer is provided on the lower surface of the upper layer portion except at least the center of the take-out port and on the outer side thereof.
The outlet is formed by a half-cut opening that penetrates at least the lower layer but does not penetrate the upper layer.
This is a take-out member characterized in that when the upper layer portion is peeled off from the lower layer portion, the lower layer member at the opening hole position is removed from the lower layer portion on the periphery of the opening hole so that the opening can be performed.

The take-out member of the present invention is composed of an upper layer portion that is peeled off and removed at the time of opening and a lower layer portion that remains in the opening of the container. However, since it is removed from the lower layer on the periphery of the opening hole to open the container, and the necessary amount of tissue or the like can be taken out in sequence, the container can be made into a container suitable for the tissue or the like to be stored in a short time at low cost. It is a member.

Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the take-out member of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a cap 2 in which a take-out member 1 of the present invention is fused, and is a plan view and a vertical sectional view showing a state in which the lid portion 21 of the cap 2 is closed.
As shown in FIG. 1, the take-out member 1 of the present invention is a take-out member 1 that is fused near the center of a large-diameter cap 2. As a single take-out member 1, an example of the first embodiment is shown in FIG. -1 is shown in the front view and the vertical cross-sectional view.

Further, as an example of an embodiment of a container (for sanitary goods) using a cap 2 in which a take-out member 1 is fused, a vertical cross-sectional view thereof is shown in FIG. Although the content 5 shown in FIG. 3 is a wet tissue, it may be a container for other contents such as for wiping.
The container body 4 may be a cylindrical bottle shown in FIG. 3, but may be a prismatic blow bottle such as a square pillar or a hexagonal pillar, or an injection blow molded container, up and down. It may be a compact type injection molding container that is divided and molded.
In the case of blow molding, stable molding is possible by providing a bag-shaped cut-off portion at the upper end and molding, and then cutting off the cut-off portion to obtain a large-diameter bottle.
The content 5 is started to be used in a state where a part of the content 5 is inserted into the take-out port 111 of the take-out member 1 and a part of the content 5 protrudes.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a hook recess 211 provided inside the lid 21 that can rotate around the hinge 24 can be fitted into the hook ring 23 of the cap 2 and sealed. It is good to keep it. When the contents can be sealed, even if a part of the contents 5 protrudes from the take-out port 111 of the take-out member 1, the components impregnated in the contents are remarkably volatilized or evaporated and dried. I will not do it.

In order to insert the content 5 into the take-out port 111 of the take-out member 1, first, as shown in FIG. 2, a step of opening the lid portion 21 of the cap 2 is required.
When the lid portion 21 of the cap 2 is opened, the take-out member 1 is fused to the opening surface 221 having the opening portion 22 to cover the opening portion 22, and at the end portion thereof, the opening hole 113 is formed from the lower layer portion. A knob portion 14 is provided so that the upper layer portion 12 can be easily removed.

When starting to use the container using the take-out member 1 of the present invention, it is necessary to insert the content 5 into the take-out port 111 through the steps shown in FIG. 4 to achieve the state shown in FIG.
Here, as can be seen from the cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 3, since there is an internal screw 251 provided on the cap side wall 25, the cap 2 is temporarily removed from the container body 4 by rotating along the internal screw 251.
In FIG. 4-1 first, the lid portion 21 of the cap 2 removed from the container body is opened.
When the lid portion 21 of the cap 2 is opened, the take-out member 1 is fused to the opening surface 221 having the opening portion 22 of the cap 2.

In FIG. 4-2, the upper layer portion 12 of the take-out member 1 fused to the opening surface 221 having the opening 22 of the cap 2 is peeled off and removed.
The upper layer portion 12 of the fused take-out member 1 has a knob portion 14. Therefore, in order to peel off and remove the upper layer portion 12, the knob portion 14 can be pinched, the upper layer portion 12 can be pulled upward, and the upper layer portion 12 can be peeled off from the lower layer portion 11.
At this time, since the release layer 13 is formed by excluding only the portion of the lower layer member 112 at the center of the take-out port 111, when the upper layer portion 12 is peeled off from the lower layer portion 11, the take-out port 111 is also formed on the upper layer portion 12 at the same time. It is peeled off in a follow-up manner and removed from the lower layer portion 11 to form an outlet 111.

In FIG. 4-3, inside the cap 2, the end of the content 5 is pinched inside the take-out port 111 of the take-out member 1, and a part of the content 5 is pushed so as to protrude to the outside of the take-out port 111. It is a process of inserting in.

In FIG. 4-4, a part of the content 5 is pushed so as to protrude to the outside of the take-out port 111 so that the content 5 protrudes from the take-out port 111.
Then, due to the elasticity of the take-out port 111 or the shape restoring force of the contents 5, one end of the contents 5 inserted through the take-out port 111 is held in a state of being sandwiched between the take-out ports 111.
If the cap 2 is fitted to the container body 4 again and the lid portion 21 is closed with one end of the content 5 sandwiched, the usable state as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained.

In order to take out the content 5 from the container in which the take-out member 1 of the present invention is fused to the opening hole, first, the container is made into a usable state shown in FIG. 3 through the steps shown in FIG.
When taking out the contents 5 from the container body 4 in a usable state, first, the lid portion 21 of the cap 2 is opened and the lid portion 21 is largely rotated around the hinge 24 as a starting point, and the upper surface and the lid portion of the opening surface 221 are opened. Disengage with 21.
Then, the end portions of the take-out port 111 and the contents 5 can be confirmed in the center of the take-out member 1 fused to the opening surface 221.
Pinch the end of the content 5 protruding from the take-out port 111, pull it up, and pull it strongly to take it out regardless of the resistance of the take-out port 111.
Then, inside the container, the end of the next content protrudes from the take-out port 111 in a state where the next content is entangled, and is fixed in a state of being sandwiched between the take-out port 111, so that the next content 5 is also easy. Can be taken out.

As shown in FIG. 5-1 of the taking-out member 1 of the present invention, the upper layer portion 12 that is peeled off and removed at the time of opening and the lower layer that is fused to either the front or back surface of the container opening 22 and remains in the container opening. It is composed of a part 11.
Further, the release layer 13 is provided on the lower surface of the upper layer portion 12 except at least the center of the take-out port 111 and on the outer side thereof.
The take-out port 111 is formed by a half-cut opening hole 113 that penetrates at least the lower layer portion 11 but does not penetrate the upper layer portion 12.

When the upper layer portion 12 is peeled from the lower layer portion 11, the lower layer member 112 at the opening hole position is separated from the lower layer portion 11 on the periphery of the opening hole 113 so that the opening can be opened.
The upper layer 12 end of the take-out member 1 fused to the opening surface has a knob portion 14 protruding from the lower layer 11 in a protruding shape.
It is desirable that the root of the knob portion 14 is also freed from the lower layer portion 11 by cutting the lower layer portion 11 by a half cut. If it is left free, the knob portion 14 can be easily grasped, the upper layer portion 12 can be pulled upward, and the upper layer portion 12 can be peeled off.

The lower layer portion 11 is composed of a polyolefin layer 116, a lower base material layer 115, and a sealant layer 114 from the outside.

As the polyolefin layer 116, a low-density polyethylene resin film of 5 to 20 μm extruded from the T-die is assumed. However, the polyolefin layer may be linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene / propylene copolymer, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, or the like, or may be a T-die extruded film, but is inflation-molded. It may be a film.

The lower base material layer 115 supports the entire lower layer, has flexibility such that the opening hole is deformed and expands and contracts and deforms according to the contents, and the lower base material layer 115 has flexibility such as being slightly exposed from the peripheral edge of a tissue or the like. The strength of shape retention that sandwiches and holds is also required.
As the lower base material layer 115, paper, a resin film such as a polyethylene terephthalate film, a polyamide film, and a stretched polypropylene film, a metal foil such as an aluminum foil, and a laminated film obtained by laminating them can be considered.

Examples of the sealant layer include low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene / propylene copolymer, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene / methacrylic acid copolymer, ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer, and the like. An ethylene / methyl acrylate copolymer, an ethylene / ethyl acrylate copolymer, an ethylene / butyl acrylate copolymer, an ionomer resin and the like can be considered.

The upper layer portion 12 can be used as long as it is a material having tensile strength such that it does not tear or stretch in the middle when the upper layer portion 12 and the peeling layer 13 are surely peeled off from the lower layer 11 by pinching with the knob portion 14. ..
For example, biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film, biaxially stretched polyamide film,
Stretched films such as biaxially stretched polypropylene films and laminated films using them can be used.

The release layer 13 is preferably coated with a general release varnish by printing or the like. In particular, in order to firmly form the opening holes as shown in FIGS. 5-1, 5-2, and 5-3, the release layer is partially uncoated, and the lower layer portion 11 of the opening hole portion is the upper layer portion 12. It is necessary to make it adhere to and pull it out.
It may be a combination of two or more layers in combination with a sealing varnish.
As shown in FIG. 5-4, when a part of the lower layer portion 11 is not pulled out, solid printing or coating on the entire surface can be used for the coating of the release varnish.

5-1 to 5-4 are examples of the shape of the take-out port 111 of the take-out member 1 of the present invention.
That is, the shape of the take-out port 111 is circular in FIG. 5-1, star-shaped in FIG. 5-2, triangular in FIG. 5-3, and cross-shaped in FIG. 5-4.
It is preferable that the size and shape of each are flexibly adjusted according to the thickness and flexibility of the tissue or the like of the contents, the chemical to be impregnated or the like.
The opening of the take-out port 111 is half-cut from the lower layer side with a biku blade, a press mold, a rotary punching blade, or the like. The blade only needs to reach the peeling layer.

The material used for the cap is preferably a resin that easily and firmly fuses with the sealant layer. For example, high-pressure low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, block / ethylene / polypropylene copolymer, random / ethylene / polypropylene copolymer, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. A single resin or a mixture thereof, which is thermoplastic and has high fusion property, can be used.
Since these can be mass-produced by a general injection molding machine using an injection molding die, the productivity is also high.

The take-out member of the present invention is as described above, and is manufactured of a multilayer film composed of an upper layer portion that is peeled off and removed at the time of opening and a lower layer portion that remains in the opening of the container.
When the upper layer portion is peeled off from the lower layer portion, the lower layer member at the opening hole position is removed from the lower layer portion at the periphery of the opening hole to open the opening, and the tissue or the like can be sequentially taken out as much as necessary.
The opening hole can be changed for new contents simply by changing the shape of the inexpensive biku blade or the printing plate of the release layer, so make it an inexpensive container suitable for the tissue to be stored in a short time. This is a take-out member that can be used for small lot products without difficulty, and the merit of the present invention is high.
