- 装置基部(5)と、
加工すべき工作物を収容する工作物固定装置(6)と、
装置基部(5)に対して工作物固定装置(6)を動かす少なくとも3つの軸を備える移動装置(7)と、
移動装置(7)の剛体(12)と、
回転軸線B周りのトルクを生成して、回転軸線Bから半径方向外向きに突出している剛体(12)を、装置基部(5)に対して回転軸線Bの周りで回転させるべく駆動する、移動装置(7)の第1回転駆動部(12)と、
リニア駆動力を、回転軸線Bから基本的に放射状に延在する軸線Xwに沿って生成し、剛体(12)上の第1キャリッジ(13)を軸線Xwに沿って動かす、剛体(12)に設けられた第1リニア駆動部と、
第1キャリッジ(13)に設けられていて、回転軸線Bと異なる回転軸線C周りにトルクを生成し、工作物固定装置(6)を回転軸線C周りに回転させるべく駆動する、第2回転駆動部(14)と
を備える、工作物(4)をレーザビーム(3)に対して整列させて位置決めする装置。 - 軸線Cは、軸線Bに垂直な平面内に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 軸線Cは、軸線Xwに平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 剛体(12)はレバー形状として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 剛体(12)は、第1キャリッジ(13)が案内されるガイドレールを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 移動装置(7)は、リニア軸線Zに沿って駆動力を生成し、第2キャリッジ(8)を軸線Zに沿って装置基部(5)に対して動かす、第2リニア駆動部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 移動装置(7)は、軸線Zとは異なるリニア軸線Yに沿って駆動力を生成し、第3キャリッジ(9)を軸線Yに沿って第2キャリッジ(8)に対して動かす第3リニア駆動部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 移動装置(7)は、軸線Z及び軸線Yとは異なるリニア軸線Xに沿って駆動力を生成し、第4キャリッジ(10)を軸線Xに沿って第3キャリッジに対して動かす第4リニア駆動部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 軸線Xと、軸線Yと、軸線Zとは、互いに垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 第1回転ユニット(11)は、第4キャリッジ(10)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 軸線Bは、軸線X、軸線Y又は軸線Zの1つに基本的に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 全ての軸線駆動部は、CNCで制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
