Abstract
Description
a.固体支持体上の脱水素活性金属を含む第1の組成物、および
b.無機支持体上の遷移金属を含む第2の組成物
を含む、炭化水素変換触媒系に関する。
以下の実施例セクションにおいて、本発明による炭化水素変換触媒系の様々な実施形態を使用してオレフィン、好ましくはエチレン、プロピレン、およびブテンへのプロパンの変換を調べた。
D1:4.98gの塩化白金酸水和物を19.94gのエタノールに溶解させることにより20重量%の白金ストック溶液を調製した。0.2gの20重量%の白金ストック溶液を5gのエタノールに再び溶解させた後、インシピエントウェットネス含浸法により5gのアルミナ支持体にロードした。結果として得られた試料を110℃で終夜乾燥させた後、620℃の空気下で2時間か焼した。
試験#1:1.5gのD1の触媒を3/4”のステンレス鋼反応器にロードすることにより触媒系を準備した。その後、100sccmの空気および100sccmの窒素を30分間580℃の反応器に導入することにより触媒系を前処理した後、200sccmの窒素を60分間580℃の反応器に導入し、その後に200sccmの窒素および50sccmの水素を30分間580℃の反応器に結果的に導入した。その後、触媒系を570℃に冷却した後、30sccmの99.6体積%のプロパン反応物を1atmの圧力下で反応器に導入して反応を開始させた。
Claims (20)
- a.固体支持体上の脱水素活性金属を含む第1の組成物、および
b.無機支持体上の遷移金属を含む第2の組成物
を含む、炭化水素変換触媒系。 - 前記脱水素活性金属が、白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、クロム、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記脱水素活性金属が白金である、請求項1に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記固体支持体が、アルミニウムオキシド、シリコンジオキシド、ジルコニウムジオキシド、チタニウムジオキシド、マグネシウムオキシド、カルシウムオキシド、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記固体支持体が、混合マグネシウム−アルミニウムオキシド、混合カルシウム−アルミニウムオキシド、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも2つまたはそれより多くの金属酸化物の混合物である、請求項4に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 少なくとも2つまたはそれより多くの金属酸化物の前記混合物が、層状複水酸化物に由来する、請求項5に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記第1の組成物が、カリウム、スズ、ランタン、インジウム、イットリウム、イッテルビウム、レニウム、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される追加の活性金属をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記追加の活性金属が、スズ、インジウム、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記遷移金属が、モリブデン、タングステン、レニウム、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記遷移金属がタングステンである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記無機支持体が、アルミニウムオキシド、シリコンジオキシド、ジルコニウムジオキシド、チタニウムジオキシド、ゼオライト、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記無機支持体が、シリコンジオキシドまたはシリコンジオキシドとゼオライトとの混合物である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記ゼオライトが、ZSM−5、X−ゼオライト、Y−ゼオライト、ベータ−ゼオライト、MCM−22、フェリエライト、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項11または12に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記第2の組成物が、マグネシウムオキシドとアルミニウムオキシドとの混合物およびカルシウムオキシドとアルミニウムオキシドとの混合物から選択される混合金属酸化物をさらに含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 前記第2の組成物に対する前記第1の組成物の重量比が1:10〜10:1である、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系。
- 炭化水素フィードストリームを請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換触媒系と接触させることを含む、炭化水素変換方法。
- 前記炭化水素フィードストリームが、エタン、プロパン、ブタン、ペンタン、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるパラフィンを含む、請求項16に記載の炭化水素変換方法。
- 前記炭化水素フィードストリームがプロパンである、請求項17に記載の炭化水素変換方法。
- 前記炭化水素変換方法が、200〜800℃の範囲内の温度で実行される、請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換方法。
- 少なくとも2つのオレフィン炭化水素を含むプロダクトストリームを得ることをさらに含む、請求項16から19のいずれか一項に記載の炭化水素変換方法。
