Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- カメラによって捕捉される照明器具の画像に基づいて前記カメラの向きを割り出す際に使用するための照明器具であって、
光を放つオン状態及び光を放たないオフ状態を有する光源であって、前記光源は対称性を有する形状のものであり、前記オフ状態で前記対称性を示して見える、光源と、
前記対称性を破る照明効果を伴って前記オン状態で光を放つように前記光源を制御するコントローラと
を含む、照明器具。 - 前記照明効果は人間の視覚では感知できず、前記カメラでは感知でき、前記光源は人間にとっては前記対称性の見た目を有する前記光を放つ一方、前記カメラによって検出されるときは前記照明効果が前記対称性を破る、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 前記照明器具が、面を画定する表面上に据え付けるためのものであり、前記対称性は前記表面の前記面内にある、請求項1又は2に記載の照明器具。
- 前記照明効果が前記表面の前記面内で対称性を有さない、請求項3に記載の照明器具。
- 前記コントローラが符号化光を使用して前記照明効果をもたらす、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記光源が非対称セクションに分けられ、前記コントローラが、様々な前記セクションから光を異なるように放つことにより前記照明効果をもたらす、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記コントローラが、異なるように符号化された光を前記セクションのそれぞれから放つことにより、又は前記セクションの1つから符号化光を放つ一方、前記セクションの別のものから符号化されていない光を放つことにより前記照明効果をもたらす、請求項5又は6に記載の照明器具。
- 光を放ち、対称性を有する形状の光源の画像を含む画像データをカメラから受け取るための入力部と、
前記光源の前記画像に基づく幾何学的遠近計算を行うことにより、前記光源に対する前記カメラの向きを割り出す画像解析モジュールと
を含む装置であって、
前記画像解析モジュールは、前記対称性を破る前記光源によって放たれる前記光の中の照明効果を検出することによって前記向きの曖昧さを解決する、
装置。 - 前記照明効果は前記対称性を破るための符号化光を使用することを含み、前記装置が前記符号化光を検出するための符号化光検出モジュールを含み、前記画像解析モジュールが前記照明効果を検出することにより、前記符号化光検出モジュールによって検出される前記符号化光に基づいて前記曖昧さを解決する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記画像解析モジュールが前記幾何学的遠近計算の一部として前記光源に対する前記カメラの距離を更に検出し、前記距離及び前記向きは一緒に前記光源に対する前記カメラの位置を与える、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記光源の地理的位置を取得し、前記光源に対する前記カメラの前記位置と組み合わせた前記光源の前記地理的位置に基づいて、前記カメラの地理的位置を割り出す位置決定モジュールを含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記画像データが単一の光源の画像を含み、前記画像解析モジュールが、前記幾何学的遠近計算を行い、前記単一の光源の取得済みの1つ又は複数の物理的寸法を前記単一の光源の前記画像の1つ又は複数の見掛けの寸法と比較することにより、前記光源からの前記カメラの前記距離を割り出す、請求項8乃至11の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記画像データが1つ又は複数の他の物体の画像を更に含み、前記画像解析モジュールが、前記1つ又は複数の他の物体の前記画像を前記幾何学的遠近計算において更に含める、請求項8乃至12の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が前記カメラを含む、請求項8乃至13の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- プロセッサ上で実行されるとき、
光を放ち、対称性を有する形状の光源の画像を含む画像データをカメラから受け取るステップと、
前記光源の前記画像に基づく幾何学的遠近計算を行うことにより、前記光源に対する前記カメラの向きを割り出すステップと、
前記対称性を破る前記光源によって放たれる光の中の照明効果を検出することによって前記向きの曖昧さを解決するステップと
を実行する、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体上に具現化される、コンピュータプログラム。
