Abstract
【解決手段】デフリングギヤ58の掻き上げた潤滑油を更に掻き上げるカウンタドライブギヤ52は、デフリングギヤ58よりも中心位置が高く配置され、デフリングギヤ58の外径の最も高い位置よりも高い位置で、このデフリングギヤ58の掻き上げた潤滑油をキャッチタンク80(第1キャッチタンク81)に案内する第1の案内流路91と、カウンタドライブギヤ52の掻き上げた潤滑油をキャッチタンク80(第2キャッチタンク82)に案内する第2の案内流路92とを備え、第2の案内流路92が、カウンタドライブギヤ52の外径の最も高い位置よりも低い位置に設けられている。

Description
上記(1)に記載の潤滑油供給構造においては、(2)前記キャッチタンクから前記潤滑油貯留部に潤滑油を排出する排出孔を、前記ギヤの中心位置よりも低い位置に備えることが好ましい。
また、本実施の形態では、キャッチタンク80(第3キャッチタンク83)から潤滑油貯留部84に潤滑油を排出する排出孔86aを、カウンタドライブギヤ52の中心位置よりも低い位置に備えたことを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 内部にギヤ機構と潤滑油が収容されるトランスアクスルケース内の潤滑油供給構造であって、
前記トランスアクスルケースの内側下部の潤滑油貯留部に貯留された潤滑油を掻き上げるデフリングギヤと、
前記デフリングギヤが掻き上げた潤滑油を貯留するキャッチタンクと、
前記デフリングギヤの外径の最も高い位置よりも高い位置で、該デフリングギヤの掻き上げた潤滑油を前記キャッチタンクに案内する第1の案内流路と、
前記デフリングギヤよりも中心位置が高く、且つ、該デフリングギヤと噛み合い、該デフリングギヤの掻き上げた潤滑油を更に掻き上げるギヤと、
前記ギヤの掻き上げた潤滑油を前記キャッチタンクに案内する第2の案内流路とを備え、
前記第2の案内流路は、前記ギヤの外径の最も高い位置よりも低い位置に設けられたことを特徴とする潤滑油供給構造。 - 前記キャッチタンクから前記潤滑油貯留部に潤滑油を排出する排出孔を、前記ギヤの中心位置よりも低い位置に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油供給構造。
- 前記ギヤ機構の動力の伝達を阻止するロック状態と動力の伝達を許容するアンロック状態とを取り得るパーキングロック機構を前記トランスアクスルケース内に備え、
前記排出孔を、前記パーキングロック機構から水平方向に離隔して配置したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の潤滑油供給構造。 - 前記キャッチタンクの少なくとも一部が、前記トランスアクスルケース内の車両前方側端部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れかに記載の潤滑油供給構造。
- 前記キャッチタンクから前記ギヤ機構の一部に連通する連通孔を、前記第2の案内流路よりも低い位置に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れかに記載の潤滑油供給構造。
