Description

The present invention relates to an aspirating dispenser suitable for administering a drug by aspiration of a patient, and more particularly to a dispenser for aspirating a powdered drug from the nose.

Conventionally, various proposals have been made as a dosing device for administering various drugs to the inner surface of the nasal cavity by operating by the patient himself. As such a thing, for example, in Patent Document 1, a nozzle member attached in an upward biased state to a container body containing nasal drops is provided, a pressing arm is formed so as to cover the nozzle member, and the pressing arm is pushed in. Shows a nasal spray ejector that pushes down the nozzle member to discharge the nasal spray in the form of a mist.

By the way, the nasal spray ejector mentioned above and the medicines administered to the nasal cavity by the patient's own operation are generally liquids. It was difficult to keep, and sometimes the medicine flowed out of the nose before it was fully effective. On the other hand, it was also studied to keep the powder on the inner surface of the nasal cavity for a long time by attaching the powder to the inner surface of the nasal cavity using a powdery substance as a drug. There is a possibility that this mass may directly enter the nasal cavity by suction, and there is still room for improvement.

The problem of the present invention is that it is possible to reliably exert the expected effect by sucking the powder, and even if the powder becomes a lump, the possibility of sucking this lump reliably is eliminated. A new suction-type dispenser that can be applied and does not burden the patient is proposed.

The present invention includes a base having a storage chamber for storing an inner container body filled with medicinal powder, a lid having a perforated portion for opening a hole in the inner container body arranged in the storage chamber, and covering the base; A suction-type prescription device comprising a nozzle that is integrally connected to the lid body and that can suck the powder of the inner container body through a tip opening provided at the tip thereof,
The lid body has an air introduction hole that guides outside air into the lid body with suction,
The perforated portion is provided at the tip of a cylindrical body integrally connected to the lid and extending toward the storage chamber,
Forming an outlet passage connected to the tip opening through the inside of the nozzle inside the cylinder,
A suction type dispenser characterized in that a mesh member having a plurality of fine holes is provided in the outlet passage.

A plurality of ribs extending along the axis of the cylinder are provided on the outer surface of the cylinder, and the rib has an outer passage for introducing air in the lid into the inner container body therebetween. It is desirable.

It is desirable to provide a spiral member in the outlet passage that swirls the air in the outlet passage with suction.

The inner container body is preferably a blister pack.

A base for storing the inner container body filled with the medicinal powder and a lid body having a perforated portion for opening a hole in the inner container body and covering the base, and sucking the medicinal powder from the tip opening of the nozzle connected to the lid body Regarding the suction-type prescription device, the lid body is formed with an air introduction hole that guides outside air into the lid body as a result of suction, and a perforated portion is provided at the tip of the cylinder body that is integrally connected to the lid body. Since an exit passage connected to the tip opening through the inside of the nozzle is formed, and a mesh member having a plurality of fine holes is provided in the exit passage, the powdery powder is sucked through the mesh member, The lump powder is effectively blocked by the mesh member and effectively prevented from entering the nasal cavity. In addition, though a hole in the inner container body may cause the broken portion of the inner container body to separate and become broken fragments, like the bulky drug powder, the broken fragments can surely enter the nasal cavity. Can be prevented.

When providing a plurality of ribs extending along the axis on the outer surface of the cylinder and providing an outer passage between these ribs for introducing the air in the lid into the inner container body, the inner container body Even when the rupture part of the tube is in close contact with the rib on the outer surface of the cylindrical body, air can be sent into the inner container body through the outer passage, so that the inner container body does not become negative pressure during suction and places a burden on the patient. It can be sucked without.

When a spiral member that swirls the air in the outlet passage as it is sucked is provided in the outlet passage, the medicine powder sucked into the nasal cavity can be uniformly diffused, and the expected effect of the medicine powder is ensured. Can be demonstrated.

When a blister pack is used as the inner container body, the inner container body is kept airtight until just before use, so that the possibility of the powder becoming agglomerated can be reduced as much as possible.

Further, an engaging portion 15 that engages with the lid is formed at a portion of the outer wall 13 that faces the support portion 14.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a lid that covers the base 10. In the illustrated example, the lid 20 has a lid wall 21 that has a ring shape in plan view. Moreover, as shown in FIG.1 (b), the cover wall 21 is equipped with the inner peripheral wall 22 which stands up from the inner edge, and has the horizontal step part 22a in the top part, and the outer peripheral wall 23 depending from the outer edge. ing. A lid support portion 24 is provided on the outer surface of the outer peripheral wall 23 so as to correspond to the support portion 14 and support the lid body 20 on the base 10 so as to be swingable. In the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 1A, the lid support portion 24 protrudes from a lid support wall 24a disposed between the support walls 14a and both side surfaces of the lid support wall 24a. And a pair of shaft portions 24b entering the shaft holes 14b. In addition, the support part 14 and the cover body support part 24 may be a hinge structure that integrally connects the base 10 and the cover body 20 in a swingable manner. Further, an engaged portion 25 corresponding to the engaging portion 15 is formed on the inner surface of a portion of the outer peripheral wall 23 facing the lid support wall 24a, and a finger for opening the lid 20 on the outer surface thereof. A hanging portion 26 is provided. Furthermore, an air introduction hole 27 is formed in the inner peripheral wall 22 so as to penetrate the front and back surfaces and communicate the outside with the inside of the lid body 20. In the example shown in FIG. 1A, a total of four air introduction holes 27 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.

A cylindrical body 30 is integrally connected to the back surface of the lid body 20. In the illustrated example, the cylindrical body 30 is suspended from the inner edge of the horizontal step portion 22a toward the storage chamber M, and the cylindrical body 30 is obliquely cut and inclined at the front end of the cylindrical body 30. Is provided with a perforated portion 31 provided so that the thickness thereof decreases toward the tip. A plurality of ribs 32 (six in total in the circumferential direction in the example shown in FIG. 1D) extending along the axis of the cylinder 30 are provided on the outer surface of the cylinder 30. . Further, as shown in FIG. 1D, an outer passage 33 is formed between the ribs 32.

Reference numeral 40 denotes a nozzle that is integrally connected to the lid 20 on the surface thereof. In the example shown in FIG. 1B, the nozzle 40 has a cylindrical shape that rises from the inner edge of the horizontal stepped portion 22 a and tapers toward the tip, and the tip penetrates the front and back of the nozzle 40. An opening 41 is formed. Further, the inside of the cylindrical body 30 and the nozzle 40 is an outlet passage H communicating with the tip opening 41.

A mesh member 50 is provided in the outlet passage H. The mesh member 50 includes an annular body 51 and a mesh sheet 52 having a plurality of fine holes and fixed to the annular body 51. In the illustrated example, the mesh member 50 is retained by an undercut to prevent it from coming off. The annular body 51 may be held by being fitted to the inner surface of the cylindrical body 30.

Reference numeral 60 denotes a spiral member provided in the outlet passage H. In the example shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the spiral member 60 has a shape in which a thin plate is twisted around the axis of the nozzle 40, fits in the nozzle, and is retained by the mesh member 50. Is retained.

When using the suction-type dispensing device configured as described above, the lid 20 is opened as shown in FIG. 2, and the inner container body P filled with medicinal powder is stored in the base 10 as shown in FIG. Load chamber M. Here, the inner container body P is, for example, a blister pack in which a film is fixed to a swelled and deformed synthetic resin sheet and the inside thereof is sealed. In the illustrated example, the content is directed upward. The body P is loaded. In the case of using a blister pack, the inside of the inner container is kept airtight until just before use, so that the possibility of the powder becoming agglomerated can be reduced as much as possible. In addition, since it is only necessary to make a hole in a thin film, it is not necessary to apply force, and the opening operation is facilitated.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the lid 20 is closed, so that a hole can be made in the film of the inner container body P by the perforated portion 31. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the nozzle 40 is inserted into the nasal cavity and suction is performed from the nose. Thus, the air in the outlet passage H is taken into the nasal cavity through the tip opening 41 while sucking the powder in the inner container body P, and outside air is taken into the lid body 20 from the air introduction hole 27. It is. Here, the powdery powder is passed through the fine holes of the mesh sheet 52 and taken into the nasal cavity, whereas the powdered powder is blocked by the mesh sheet 52, so that the lump may be sucked. Absent. Further, when the perforated portion 31 is used to make a hole in the inner container body P, the broken portion of the inner container body P may be separated into a broken piece. 52 is surely prevented.

In removing the inner container body P from the prescription device, the lower part of the storage chamber M is open (the inner wall 12 does not surround the lower wall of the inner container body P). The body P can be removed.

Further, as the hole is opened by the perforated portion 31, the fracture portion of the inner container body P may come into close contact with the outer surface of the cylindrical body 30, and the air flow may be blocked. When the outer passage 33 is provided by the rib 32, air can be fed into the inner container body P through the outer passage 33, so that the patient can suck the powder without burden.

Further, when the spiral member 60 is provided in the outlet passage H, the air flowing through the outlet passage H can be swirled, so that the medicine powder sucked into the nasal cavity is uniformly diffused, and the medicine powder is spread on the inner surface of the nasal cavity. Can be attached evenly.

According to the present invention, it is possible to reliably exert the expected effect by sucking the powder, and to reliably eliminate the possibility of sucking the bulk powder and broken pieces of the inner container body.
