Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a creamy detergent composition for skin, such as body soaps, hand soaps and facial cleansing foams. Specifically, it is a composition having excellent usability by having an appropriate hardness in a wide temperature range, excellent foaming properties, and creamy foam quality, has a good feeling after washing, and after washing The present invention relates to a creamy detergent composition that can give skin firmness and moisture and is excellent in stability over time.
In general, the main component of a skin cleanser composition such as a body cleanser or face wash is soap, which is a higher fatty acid alkali salt. Soap not only gives a unique refreshing feeling after washing, but also has good biodegradability and is a washing base that is less burdensome to the environment, so it is still widely used today.
In particular, a cleanser (face cleanser) used on the face is preferred because it has a light and clean feeling without being washed. In addition, since it is excellent in ease of handling and foaming when taken in the hand and has a high-grade appearance, it is preferable that the facial cleanser has a soap-based prescription. Thus, from the viewpoints of usability, feel, etc., a creamy facial cleanser is preferred and generally used.
In the above-described soap-type cream-type face wash, it is common to contain free fatty acids to make them overfat. This is to prevent the skin from being excessively degreased when it is used for a facial cleanser, etc., and to give a mild cleanability and a smooth feeling to use, but it is known to adversely affect the stability. For example, even if the hardness is moderate at room temperature, it becomes remarkably soft at high temperatures, or becomes harder to use at low temperatures. It is easy to cause the problem that it falls. Further, there may be a problem that the viscosity is lowered with time, becomes very hard, or crystals of acidic soap are precipitated.
So far, a soapy detergent and a water-soluble detergent composition with improved shape retention at high temperatures and stability over time by incorporating two types of polyhydric alcohols having different carbon numbers into soap. Cream-type cleaning composition with improved stability over time by adding a sorbitan fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant and an alkylaminodicarboxylate type amphoteric surfactant to a functional polyhydric alcohol (Patent Document 2) A cream-type facial cleanser (Patent Document 3) and the like in which fatty acid soap and polyglycerin fatty acid ester and diglycerin are blended to improve stability over time has been proposed.
However, it is difficult to keep any creamy detergent composition stable for a long period of time and in a wide temperature range, and it becomes extremely soft at high temperatures and hard enough to be used at low temperatures. In addition, foaming properties, creaminess, skin firmness and moisture after washing were not sufficient, and the feeling after washing was sometimes deteriorated.
In view of the above problems, the object of the present invention is a composition having excellent usability, excellent foaming properties, and creamy foam quality by having an appropriate hardness in a wide temperature range, and feel of washing. An object of the present invention is to provide a cream-like cleaning composition that is excellent in stability, can give firmness and moisture to the washed skin, and is excellent in stability over time.
In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors have intensively studied. If it is less than 30% by mass, stability at high temperature and creaminess are insufficient, and if it exceeds 50% by mass, it is difficult to maintain an appropriate hardness, and further, the feeling of washing is deteriorated.
b) The content of hydroxypropyl starch phosphate is 0.5 to 5% by mass, preferably 0.5 to 3% by mass, and more preferably 0.8 to 2% by mass. If it is less than 0.5% by mass, the stability at high temperature becomes insufficient, the creaminess is further lowered, the feeling after washing, the firmness and moisture of the skin after washing is also deteriorated. When it exceeds 5 mass%, it will become hard too much and usability will deteriorate, and foamability will also fall.
C) The content of the polyhydric alcohol having 4 to 6 carbon atoms is 3 to 15% by mass, preferably 5 to 13% by mass, and more preferably 7 to 11% by mass. If it is less than 3% by mass, the stability deteriorates, and further, it becomes difficult to maintain an appropriate hardness. When it exceeds 15% by mass, the foaming property is lowered and it is difficult to maintain an appropriate hardness.
d) Content of glycerol is 7-20 mass%, 9-18 mass% is preferable, More preferably, it is 11-16 mass%. If it is less than 7% by mass, creaminess and stability are lowered, and it is difficult to maintain an appropriate hardness. When it exceeds 20% by mass, the foaming property is lowered and it is difficult to maintain an appropriate hardness.

The cream-like cleaning compositions of the present invention of Examples 1 to 8 are all compositions having excellent usability, foaming properties and creamy foam quality by having appropriate hardness in a wide temperature range. Further, the feel after washing was good, the skin after washing could be given firmness and moisture, and the stability over time was excellent.
On the other hand, sufficient performance was not obtained for the creamy detergent compositions of Comparative Examples 1-7. That is, in Comparative Example 1, since the content of the component a) was less than the lower limit value of the range specified in the present invention, the foam creamy property and stability over time were not sufficient. In Comparative Example 2, since the component a) exceeds the upper limit of the specified range of the present invention, it is not possible to maintain an appropriate hardness from room temperature to low temperature, resulting in poor usability and further washing up. There was a problem that it feels dry and dry, and the stability over time was not sufficient. In Comparative Example 3, since the component b) is not blended, the creamy property of the foam and the feel of washing are not satisfied, and the effect of imparting firmness and moisture to the skin after washing the face is slightly inferior, The stability over time was also poor. In Comparative Example 4, since the component b) was contained exceeding the upper limit of the range specified in the present invention, the foamability and usability immediately after charging were poor, and the temporal stability at low temperatures was poor. In Comparative Example 5, since the component c) was not contained and propylene glycol was blended instead, it was not possible to maintain an appropriate hardness at high temperatures, and usability and stability over time were poor. In Comparative Example 6, since the content of d) component is less than the lower limit of the range specified in the present invention, and c) component is contained more than d) component, it maintains an appropriate hardness at high and low temperatures. However, the usability was poor, the creaminess of the foam was not satisfactory, and the stability over time was also poor. In Comparative Example 7, the component c) exceeds the upper limit of the range specified in the present invention, and since the component d) is not included, the foamability is not sufficient, and an appropriate hardness can be maintained at high temperatures. Since it was not possible, the usability was poor and the stability over time was also poor.
