Abstract
Description
両方とも同一の主方向Xに差し向けられた上側バンド及び下側バンドと、
2つのバンド相互間に位置し、バンドを繋留ゾーンと呼ばれるゾーン内で連結する連結用円筒形構造体と呼ばれている円筒形構造体から成る方向Xに延びる連続体とを有し、連結用円筒形構造体は、方向Xに互いに接触関係をなしておらず、
各連結用円筒形構造体は、母線が方向Xに垂直な軸線Yに沿って差し向けられた複数個の要素筒体から成り、要素筒体は、互いに内外に嵌め合わされると共に各繋留ゾーン内で互いに連結されていることを特徴とする積層品に関する。
この説明において、別段の指定がなければ、全ての割合(%)は、重量%である。
「複合材」は、任意の材料又は物体に言及する場合、樹脂母材で被覆された短繊維又は連続繊維から成る材料又は物体を意味する。
「層」又は「バンド」は、厚さがその他の寸法と比較して比較的小さいシート又は任意他の要素を意味し、この層は、場合によっては均質又は結合性のものであり又はそうではない場合がある。
「筒体」は、この用語の最も広い意味における任意の中空の(即ち、底なしの)筒体であり、即ち、真っ直ぐな(正規直交)断面を有する円筒形の任意の物体であり、即ち、その輪郭は、変曲点のない閉じられた線(この場合、例えば、円形、長円形又は楕円形の断面に関する)又は変曲点のある閉じられた線を定め、この定義によれば、例えば管、円筒形管、円筒形管部分、管状要素、管状柱、円筒形要素のような用語は全て、このような「筒体」となることが理解できる。
「非空気圧」は、ホイール又はタイヤに言及する場合の用語であり、即ち、インフレーション圧力なしで相当大きな荷重に耐えることができるようにするために設計され、即ち、使用可能な形態を取ると共に荷重を支えるためにインフレーション用ガス、例えば空気を必要としないホイール又はタイヤに関する用語である。
両方とも同一の主方向(X)に差し向けられた上側バンド(2)及び下側バンド(3)という特徴及び、
2つのバンド相互間に位置し、バンドを繋留ゾーンと呼ばれるゾーン(4)内で連結する連結用円筒形構造体と呼ばれている円筒形構造体(5)から成る方向Xに延びる連続体(5A,5B,5C等)とを有し、連結用円筒形構造体が方向Xに互いに接触関係をなしていないという特徴から成る主要な特徴を有する。
要素筒体(5a,5b)の繊維は、連続繊維又は短繊維であるのが良く、連続繊維を用いることが好ましい。筒体の良好な強度を得るため、これら繊維は、より好ましくは一方向であり且つ軸線Yに垂直な平面内において円周方向に差し向けられる。

1.5〜40mm(特に、3〜40mm、より好ましくは5〜15mm)の平均距離d、
各々20〜100mmのバンドの幅Lb及び連結用円筒形構造体の幅Lc、
0.5〜2mmのバンドの厚さEb、
0.5〜2mmの要素筒体の厚さEc。
10〜100cm、特に15〜45cmの直径d、
1〜50cm、特に1.5〜40cmの平均距離d、
両方共軸線Yに平行な方向に測定され、各々5〜200cm、特に20〜100cmのバンドの幅Lb及び連結用円筒形構造体の幅Lc、
0.25〜3cm、特に0.5〜2cmのバンドの厚さEb、
0.10〜3cm、特に0.20〜2cmの要素筒体の厚さEc。
ハブ(11)、
円周方向Xに差し向けられた少なくとも1枚の内側円周方向メンブレン(14)及び少なくとも1枚の外側円周方向メンブレン(16)を有する剪断バンド(13)と呼ばれている環状バンド及び
ハブ(11)を内側円周方向メンブレン(14)に連結する複数個の支持要素(12)を有する。
さらに、非空気圧型ホイールは、以下の特徴、即ち、
2枚のメンブレン(14,16)が連結用円筒形構造体(15A,15B,15C等)から成る円周方向Xに延びる連続体によって繋留ゾーン(17a,17b)内で互いに連結され、連結用円筒形構造体(15)が円周方向Xに互いに接触関係をなしていないという特徴、
各連結用円筒形構造体は、母線が方向Xに垂直な軸線Yに沿って差し向けられた複数個の(図4の例では2つの)同心要素筒体(5a,5b)から成り、要素筒体は、互いに内外に嵌め合わされると共に各繋留ゾーン内で互いに連結されるという特徴を有する。
2枚のメンブレン(14,16)を製造するステップ。
要素筒体(15a,15b)の1対ずつの初期取り付け後、組立て用ジグ上に連結用円筒形構造体(15A,15B,15C等)を位置決めするステップ。
各連結用円筒形構造体の内側に(即ち、最も内側の要素筒体の内側に)及び各繋留ゾーン(17a,17b)内にラグ(平べったい“I”型インサート)を位置決めするステップ、このようなラグは、筒体の母線に沿って差し向けられる。
2枚のメンブレン(14,16)を結合することにより(例えば、エポキシ系接着剤を用いて)要素筒体(15a,15b)及びラグ(インサート)を取り付けるステップ。
ホイールスポーク(12)を位置決めして結合するステップ。
例えば、スポークを正確な長さに合わせて調節し、これらの2つの端部を、一方が内側メンブレン(14)に取り付けられ、他方が金属ハブに取り付けられた複合ラグ(インサート)に結合し、メンブレン(14)側のラグを結合すると共にリベット止めし(又はボルト止めし)、これに対し、ハブ側のラグのみをリベット止めする(又はボルト止めする)ステップ。
剪断バンド(メンブレン、要素筒体及びラグ)の少なくとも2つの箇所を同時に穴あけするステップ。
金属製の(例えば、ステンレス鋼で作られた)リベット(又はボルト)を用いて上述の開けた穴を通って剪断バンド(メンブレン、筒体及びラグを介して)リベット止めする(又はボルト止めする)ステップ。
Claims (17)
- 変形可能なセル状構造体を形成する積層品(1)であって少なくとも前記積層品は、
両方とも同一の主方向Xに差し向けられた上側バンド(2)及び下側バンド(3)と、
前記2つのバンド相互間に位置し、前記バンドを繋留ゾーンと呼ばれるゾーン(4)内で連結する連結用円筒形構造体と呼ばれている円筒形構造体(5)から成る方向Xに延びる連続体(5A,5B,5C)とを有し、
前記円筒形構造体は、方向Xに互いに接触関係をなしておらず、
各連結用円筒形構造体(5)は、母線が方向Xに垂直な軸線Yに沿って差し向けられた複数個の要素筒体(5a,5b)から成り、前記要素筒体は、互いに内外に嵌まり合うと共に各繋留ゾーン(4)内で互いに連結されている、
ことを特徴とする積層品。 - 前記要素筒体は、同心の筒体である、
