Claims (25)
- 灌注式アブレーション電極アセンブリであって、

遠位部材は、外面と、遠位端と、近位部材の内腔から遠位部材内を通って遠位端まで延在する遠位通路とを有しており、
近位部材および遠位部材が互いに接続可能に構成され、
近位通路と遠位部材は接触しない
電極アセンブリ。 - 前記遠位部材は温度センサを有する請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記近位部材が、前記遠位部材より実質的に熱伝導性が低い請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記近位部材が非導電性材料で構成され、前記遠位部材が導電性材料で構成される請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記遠位通路の少なくとも一部が、非熱伝導性材料によって前記遠位部材から断熱される請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記遠位通路が、前記近位部材の中心長手方向軸に沿って前記遠位部材に向かって軸方向に延在する請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記近位通路が、前記近位部材の中心長手方向軸に対して垂直未満の角度で前記遠位部材に向かって延在する請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記近位通路が、当該アセンブリの外側本体部分の前記中心長手方向軸に対して垂直な角度から約20度から約70度の間の角度で前記遠位部材に向かって延在する請求項7に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記内腔の直径が前記遠位通路の直径より大きく、
前記内腔と前記遠位通路は、前記内腔に設けられたテーパ状遷移部によって互いに接続される請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記温度センサの少なくとも一部が非導電性材料によって包囲される請求項2に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記内腔が親水性コーティングされた請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。

遠位部材とを備え、
近位部材は外面と、内腔と、内腔から外面まで延在する近位通路とを有しており、

近位部材および遠位部材が互いに接続可能に構成され、
近位部材は、遠位部材よりも熱伝導率が低い
電極アセンブリ。 - 前記遠位部材は温度センサを有する請求項12に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記近位部材が非導電性材料で構成され、前記遠位部材が導電性材料で構成される請求項12に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記内腔の直径が前記遠位通路の直径より大きく、
前記内腔と前記遠位通路は前記内腔に設けられたテーパ状遷移部によって互いに接続される請求項12に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記近位通路が、前記近位部材の中心長手方向軸に対して垂直未満の角度で前記遠位部材に向かって延在する請求項12に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 遠位端を有するカテーテルシャフトと、
カテーテルシャフトの遠位端に接続される近位部材と、
近位部材に接続される遠位部材とを備え、
近位部材は外面と、内腔と、内腔から外面まで延在する近位通路とを有しており、
遠位部材は外面と、遠位端と、近位部材の内腔から遠位部材内を通って遠位端まで延在する遠位通路とを有しており、
前記近位部材は前記遠位部材より熱伝導率が低く、
前記遠位部材が電極を備える
灌注式アブレーションカテーテル。 - 灌注式アブレーション電極アセンブリであって、
近位部材と、
遠位部材と、
断熱部材とを備え、
近位部材は、外面と、内腔と、内腔から外面まで延在する近位通路とを有しており、
遠位部材は、外面と、遠位端と、近位部材の内腔から遠位部材内を通って遠位端まで延在する遠位通路とを有しており、
近位部材と遠位部材は互いに接続可能に構成されており、
断熱部材は、遠位通路を遠位部材から少なくとも部分的に分離しており、
断熱部材は、遠位部材より熱伝導率が低い
電極アセンブリ。 - 前記遠位部材は温度センサを有する請求項18に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記近位部材が非導電性材料で構成され、前記遠位部材が導電性材料で構成される請求項18に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記内腔の直径が前記遠位通路の直径より大きく、
前記内腔の直径と前記遠位通路は、前記内腔に設けられたテーパ状遷移部によって互いに接続される請求項18に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記断熱部材が、前記遠位部材の前記遠位通路を通って延在する前記近位部材の一部として、前記近位部材と一体的に形成される請求項18に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記内腔が親水性コーティングされた請求項18に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 灌注式アブレーション電極アセンブリであって、
近位部材と、
遠位部材とを備え、
近位部材は、外面と、内腔と、内腔から外面まで延在する近位通路とを有するとともに、内腔が親水性コーティングされており、
遠位部材は、外面と、遠位端と、近位部材の内腔から遠位部材内を通って遠位端まで延在する遠位通路とを有しており、
近位部材と遠位部材が互いに接続可能に構成される
電極アセンブリ。 - 前記内腔の直径は前記遠位通路の直径より大きく、
前記内腔と前記遠位通路は、前記内腔に設けられたテーパ状遷移部によって互いに接続される請求項24に記載の電極アセンブリ。
