Abstract
Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念部に記載した、燃料噴射弁の、高圧燃料源との接続を少なくとも間接的に電気的な制御ユニットにより制御するアクチュエータを備えた、内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の漏れ検査のための方法並びに装置に関する。
この課題は、冒頭で述べた形式の、内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の漏れ検査のための方法並びに装置においては、請求項1および10の特徴により解決される。
本発明のさらなる利点および特徴は、本発明の実施例の以下の説明および図面に記載されている。
噴射開始と噴射量とは、電気制御可能な、内燃機関のシリンダ300内に組み込まれているインジェクタ、たとえば図1に示した磁石弁インジェクタで調整される。燃料は、たとえばコモンレールシステムにおいて少なくとも1つの燃料高圧ポンプと高圧アキュムレータ(レール)とを有する燃料高圧源95から、高圧接続部90を介してノズルニードルと呼ばれる噴射ノズル60に通ずる高圧流入通路92に案内され、流入絞り100を介して弁制御室50に案内される。この弁制御室50は、磁石コイル20と磁石プランジャ30と弁球40とから形成されている磁石弁により開放することができる流出絞り80を介して、燃料戻し通路10に接続されている。
Claims (13)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の漏れ検査のための方法であって、燃料噴射弁の少なくとも1つの部分の温度を特徴付ける温度量を検出し、そこから漏れの存在を推測することを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の漏れ検査のための方法。
- 温度量を、保持電流調整のオンオフ比から規定する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 温度量を、不変に設定されたオンオフ比における電流レベルの高さから規定する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 温度量を、電圧と電流との割合から検出し、それぞれ比率化された一方の量が、他方の量が測定される間はアクチュエータにおいて一定である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 温度量を、アクチュエータが制御されない段階で検出する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 種々異なる燃料圧における2つの温度量の差異を評価する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 温度量が、設定可能な閾値を超過する、および/または温度量の時間勾配が、設定可能な別の閾値を超過する、および/または温度量の時間勾配の時間的な変化が、設定可能な別の閾値を超過すると、漏れを推測する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 内燃機関の温度を、閾値を確定する際に考慮する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 燃料噴射弁が組み付けられている、内燃機関のシリンダ(300)の温度を、閾値を確定する際に考慮する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の漏れ検査のための装置であって、燃料噴射弁の少なくとも1つの部分の温度を特徴付ける温度量を検出し、そこから漏れの存在を推測する手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の漏れ検査のための装置。
- アクチュエータとして磁石弁が使用される、請求項10記載の装置。
- 手段が、運転中の内燃機関を制御する制御ユニットの少なくとも部分的な構成部材である、請求項10記載の装置。
- 手段が、診断テスタの少なくとも部分的な構成部材である、請求項10記載の装置。
