Abstract
【解決手段】作用側構造体A1は、電源Cのプラス極に接続された電極部材11、当該電極部材11と接触を保つ電解液を保持する電解液保持部12、当該電解液保持部12の前面側(皮膚側)に配置されたアニオン交換膜13A及びカチオン交換膜13Cからなるバイポーラ膜13を備え、容器14に収容されている。非作用側構造体Bは、電源Cのマイナス極に接続された電極部材21、当該電極部材21と接触を保つ電解液を保持する電解液保持部22を備え、容器24に収容されている。バイポーラ膜13内での水の電気分解により生じるH+イオンがバイポーラ膜13の前面側に供給され、これがプラス電圧V1の作用により皮膚S内に移行するために皮膚SのpH値が低下し、薬剤液層15中における薬剤分子だけでなく、マイナスのイオンである薬剤イオンも皮膚S内に移行が可能となる。

第1導電型の電圧が印加される電極と、
前記電極からの通電を受ける電解液を保持する電解液保持部と、
前記電解液保持部の前面側(皮膚側)に配置されるバイポーラ膜であって、第1導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第1イオン交換膜と第2導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第2イオン交換膜とから構成されるバイポーラ膜とを備えることを特徴とする経皮投薬装置である。
第1導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第1イオン交換膜と第2導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第2イオン交換膜とから構成されるバイポーラ膜の一面を、生体皮膚上に配置された薬効成分が第2導電型の薬剤イオンに解離する薬剤液に当接させ、
前記バイポーラ膜の他面を電解液に接触させ、
前記電解液の側から第1導電型の電圧を印加することにより前記薬剤液中の薬剤の生体への移行を促進させることを特徴とする経皮投薬装置の制御方法である。

Claims (12)
- 第1導電型の電圧が印加される電極と、
前記電極からの通電を受ける電解液を保持する電解液保持部と、
前記電解液保持部の前面側に配置されるバイポーラ膜であって、第1導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第1イオン交換膜と第2導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第2イオン交換膜とから構成されるバイポーラ膜とを備えることを特徴とする経皮投薬装置。 - 前記第1イオン交換膜が前記第2イオン交換膜の前面側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記第1イオン交換膜及び第2イオン交換膜の輸率が0.95以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記バイポーラ膜の前面側に薬効成分が第2導電型の薬剤イオンに解離する薬剤を含む薬剤液を保持する薬剤液保持部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記薬剤液保持部に少なくとも1種類のアジュバントが保持されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記薬剤液保持部に少なくとも1種類のワクチンが保持されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記電極に電圧を間欠的に印加するための制御手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 皮膚面のpH値を測定するためのpH測定手段と、
前記pH測定手段により測定されるpH値に応じて前記電極に印加する電圧を制御するための制御手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の経皮投薬装置。 - 第2導電型の電圧が印加される第2電極を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 第1導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第1イオン交換膜と第2導電型のイオンを選択的に通過させる第2イオン交換膜とから構成されるバイポーラ膜の一面を、生体皮膚上に配置された薬効成分が第2導電型の薬剤イオンに解離する薬剤を含む薬剤液に当接させ、
前記バイポーラ膜の他面を電解液に接触させ、
前記電解液の側から第1導電型の電圧を印加することを特徴とする経皮投薬装置の制御方法。 - 前記電圧の印加が間欠的に行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の制御方法。
- 前記生体皮膚のpH値に基づいて前記電解液の側から印加する電圧の制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の制御方法。
