Abstract
【解決手段】 動圧型焼結含油軸受11の内周面に、回転軸13の外周面と対向するラジアル軸受面11bを形成すると共に、焼結含油軸受11の両端面11f1、11f2に、回転軸13のフランジ部13a、13bと対向するスラスト軸受面を形成する。回転軸13と焼結含油軸受11との相対回転時にラジアル軸受面11bおよびスラスト軸受面11f1、11f2で生じる動圧作用により回転軸13を非接触支持する。

Claims (2)
- フランジ部を有する軸と、
円筒状のハウジングと、
油を含浸させた焼結金属からなり、内周面に軸の外周面と軸受隙間を介して対向するラジアル軸受面が形成されると共に、両端面に動圧溝を有するスラスト軸受面がそれぞれフランジ部と対向して形成され、ハウジングの内径部に固定された動圧型の焼結含油軸受とを備え、
軸と焼結含油軸受との相対回転時にラジアル軸受面および両スラスト軸受面で生じる動圧作用により軸を非接触支持することを特徴とする動圧型焼結含油軸受ユニット。 - ラジアル軸受面および両スラスト軸受面が同時に型成形されている請求項1記載の動圧型焼結含油軸受ユニット。
