【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来の空気調和機の室内ユニットは弱電系部品である制御基板とパワー系部品である電源スイッチ、端子台、電源コード等が電気部品箱本体に混在し固定されていたため、静電気による部品の破壊や作業による部品の取り扱い等充分な注意が必要であり、パワー系部品においては必要以上の注意(例えばアースバンドの取付等)を要し作業の妨げになっていた。また、更に電源スイッチの固定においては、固定専用の別部品をスポット溶接していたため部品点数の増加によるコスト増加及びそれに伴う工数増加の要因となっていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため本発明では、電気部品箱本体側に弱電系部品である制御基板を取付け、電気部品カバー側にパワー系部品である電源スイッチ、端子台、電源コードを固定することにより弱電系とパワー系を分離し、また、端子台は樹脂又は板金のバンドにて電気部品カバーに固定し、電源コードは一体成形した樹脂ストッパーの一部を電気部品カバーの穴に引っ掛けてネジ止めし、電源スイッチは電気部品カバーの一端にコの字形状の取付部を一体で形成し固定するようにする。

図1に示すように空気調和機の制御を行う室内電気品の電気部品を収納する電気部品箱において電気部品箱本体11は断面コの字形状をし、更に前記したようにファンモータの上部に搭載するためヘの字形状を成している。この電気品箱本体11にネジ又は樹脂サポート等(図示せず)を用いて弱電系部品である制御基板14を搭載する。そして電気部品カバー12に前記したように電源スイッチ7、電源コード8、端子台9を搭載する。まず、電気部品カバー12は断面コの字形状を成し、前記した電気部品箱本体11と同様にヘの字形状を成している。更に一端にはコの字形状を一体で形成した電源スイッチ7固定用の取付部12aを設けこれに電源スイッチ7をネジ(図示せず)で固定している。また、電気部品箱本体11と対向する電気部品カバー12の一面に端子台9を固定するための端子台バンド取付穴12bを設け、前記一面に端子台上面9aを接触させ、端子台底面9bに端子台バンド19を取付け端子台バンド爪19aを端子台バンド取付穴12bに挿入し端子台9を固定する。また、電気部品カバー12の前記一面に電源コード8に一体成型され片側に固定用のネジ取付用穴20aを要し、もう一端には電源コード8を引っ張った時の回り止め用の引っ掛け部20bを要した樹脂ストッパー20を引っ掛けるための角穴12c及びネジ止め固定するためのネジ穴12dにより電源コード8が固定される。前記により弱電系部品である制御基板14とパワー系部品である電源スイッチ7、電源コード8、端子台9を別々の構造部品に固定することが出来きる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明によれば、パワー系部品である電源スイッチ、電源コード、端子台を電気部品カバーに取付けることにより、弱電系部品である制御基板と分離出来、これによりパワー系部品である電源スイッチ、電源コード、端子台と弱電系部品である制御基板の電気部品箱本体での混在が無くなり、パワー系部品においては弱電系部品と混在していた時に必要であった静電気を防止するためのアースバンドの取付や部品に対する作業時の取り扱いが緩和されることにより作業性の向上が図れ、更に電気部品カバーの一端にコの字形状の取付部を形成することにより電源スイッチ固定部を電気部品カバーと一体で構成でき、これにより部品点数の低減によるコスト低減及び工数低減を図れるという効果を奏する。
