By installing common drainage pipes outside the dwelling unit, as well as common pipes such as water and gas, and mains such as electricity, water around kitchens, bathrooms, vanities, washing machines, etc. can be arranged freely. The so-called free plan service has been adopted in many cases. A common corridor is constructed on one side of a group of dwelling units divided by a doorway wall, and a balcony is constructed on the other side. In a one-hall corridor-type apartment house, for example, as seen in JP-B-61-49582, A meter box is installed near the pillar on the common corridor side (outside the dwelling unit),
In this meter box, a common vertical pipe for water and gas, a main line for electricity, etc. and a common drain vertical pipe will be installed, and the water around the kitchen, bathroom, vanity, washing machine place, etc. in the dwelling unit will be doubled. In many cases, the common drainage vertical pipe is connected to the common drainage vertical pipe through a horizontal drainage pipe installed in the floor space, thereby increasing the degree of freedom of arrangement around water. [0003] However, the drainage horizontal drawing pipe needs a gradient for draining by gravity from the water area to the common drainage vertical pipe, while many single-hall corridor type dwellings have a long and narrow width with respect to the frontage. Because it is composed of a group of dwelling units, if a common drainage vertical pipe is provided on the common corridor side, if you place water around the kitchen etc near the balcony on the opposite side,
Unless the distance to the common drainage pipe becomes longer and the floor of the double floor is raised close to 30 cm from the concrete slab, the drainage gradient of the drainage drainage pipe cannot be secured, and the floor height of the building will increase. there were. [0004] Therefore, by providing pipe spaces at the four corners outside the dwelling unit, that is, near the pillars on the common corridor side and near the pillars on the balcony side, respectively, the kitchen,
No matter where the water around the bathroom, vanity table, washing machine storage, etc. is placed in the dwelling unit, there is also a single-hall corridor type apartment house that can drain from any of the common drainage pipes provided in the nearby pipe space. Proposed by "Building Technology January 1981", providing four pipe spaces per dwelling unit is uneconomical and has room for improvement. [0005] In addition, by providing a void in the dwelling unit,
If a common drainage vertical pipe etc. is arranged in this atrium, the length of the drainage horizontal drawing pipe can be shortened regardless of where the water around the kitchen, bathroom, vanity stand, washing machine place etc. is placed in the dwelling unit Therefore, the adverse effects of the drainage gradient can be reduced, but the presence of voids in the dwelling unit not only limits the floor plan of the dwelling unit, but also complicates the structure of the building and increases the cost There were problems such as. [0006] In view of the above situation, the present invention is economical and has an adverse effect due to the drainage gradient of the drainage horizontal drawing pipe regardless of where the water is placed in the dwelling unit. This is to provide a one-hall corridor type apartment house that requires less energy. [0007] The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems are as follows. That is, a feature of the present invention is that in a single-hall corridor apartment building in which a common hallway is constructed on one side of a group of dwelling units partitioned by a door boundary wall and a balcony is built on the other side, the columns and columns on the common hallway side are provided. Approximately at the middle position and at the almost middle position between the pillars on the balcony side, pipe spaces dedicated to the common drainage pipe are provided, and the kitchen, bathroom, vanity, washing machine storage etc. in the dwelling unit The one near the common corridor is connected to the common drainage vertical pipe installed in the pipe space on the common corridor side by a drainage horizontal draw pipe, and the one near the balcony is used for the common drainage installed in the pipe space on the balcony side. It is connected to the vertical pipe by another drainage horizontal pipe. [0008] The two pipe spaces mentioned above are:
This is a dedicated pipe space for the common drainage vertical pipes, other than the common drainage vertical pipes (common vertical pipes for water and gas, etc.), main lines such as electricity, meters such as electricity, water and gas, hot water Heat source equipment such as a boiler and an outdoor unit for air conditioning are conventionally installed in meter boxes, one for each of the two dwelling units located on both sides of the border wall, near the pillars on the common corridor side. You. [0009] According to the above construction, a pipe space dedicated to the common drainage vertical pipe is provided at substantially the middle position between the pillars on the common corridor side and substantially at the middle position between the pillars on the balcony side. The water area near the common corridor is connected to the common drain pipe in the pipe space on the common corridor side by a horizontal drain pipe, and the water area near the balcony is connected to the common drain vertical pipe in the pipe space on the balcony side by a horizontal drain pipe. Therefore, the distance from the water area to the common drainage vertical pipe can be reduced to less than half the depth of the dwelling unit, and the adverse effect of the drainage gradient of the horizontal drainage pipe can be reduced. However, the number of pipe spaces is smaller than when the pipe spaces are provided at the four corners outside the dwelling unit as in the conventional example described above. Since the structure of the building is not complicated as in the case of installing a vertical pipe, it is more economical than these conventional examples. [0011] Further, since two pipe spaces provided substantially at the intermediate position between the pillars and pillars on the common corridor side and substantially at the intermediate position between the pillars and pillars on the balcony side are dedicated spaces only for the common drainage vertical pipes, The occupation area of the pipe space can be reduced, and there is almost no effect on the layout of the dwelling units. That is, even if there is a pipe space at a substantially intermediate position between pillars, since the pipe space is a small one dedicated to the common drainage vertical pipe, the common corridor side pipe space is, for example, an entrance facing the common corridor. Provided along the wall between the door and the window of the Western-style room, and the pipe space on the balcony side should be provided along the wall between the window of the LDK (living dining room) facing the balcony and the window of the Japanese-style room, for example. By
The general layout of a one-hall corridor apartment complex, which is made up of a group of elongated dwelling units that are longer than the frontage, can be realized. [0012] Since the two pipe spaces are located substantially in the middle between the pillars and the pillars, the walls constituting these pipe spaces are converted into precast concrete, so that the precast concrete walls can be formed at the time of construction. It is also possible to use it as a support for the beam, and of the four surrounding walls constituting the two pipe spaces, the U-shaped part excluding the wall with the inspection port is an intermediate column that bears only the vertical load If it is designed as, the space between the columns on the common corridor side and the balcony side can be widened, so-called wide span can be realized, and the advantages such as the widening of the window can be obtained. FIG. 1 shows an example of a one-way corridor type housing according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows one dwelling unit. In this one-hall corridor type apartment house, a common corridor 3 is constructed on one side of a group of dwelling units 2 divided by a doorway wall 1, and a balcony 4 is constructed on the other side. A stair 5a and an elevator 5b are provided. Reference numeral 6 denotes a partition provided on the balcony 4. FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show cross sections of the common corridor 3 side, and a portion indicated by a dotted line x indicates a cross sectional range of the beam 7 necessary for structural calculation. As shown in FIG. 3, the common hallway 3 is a cantilevered concrete slab formed from a shank portion above the beam 7 (a portion exceeding the beam cross-sectional area required for structural calculation), and 2 and a step with the concrete slab 8 inside. In the dwelling unit 2, a dry double floor 9 is provided in a state where the floor level of the dry double floor 9 matches the floor level of the common corridor 3 to realize barrier-free, while the dry double floor 9 and concrete The space 10 with the slab 8 is used as a piping space. FIGS. 1 and 2 show one-way corridor apartment houses.
As shown in the figure, pipe spaces 12a and 12b dedicated to the common drainage vertical pipe are respectively provided at a substantially middle position between the pillar 11a and the pillar 11a on the common corridor 3 side and a substantially middle position between the pillar 11b and the pillar 11b on the balcony 4 side. Is provided. a and b are inspection ports of the pipe spaces 12a and 12b. Pipe space 1
As shown in FIG. 4, the concrete floor in 2 a is lower than the floor level of the common corridor 3 and is at the same level as the top level of the concrete slab 8 in the dwelling unit 2.
Each of the pipe spaces 12a and 12b has a common drainage vertical pipe 1
3a, 13b are installed in a state penetrating the concrete floor of each pipe space 12a, 12b. Note that the cross section on the balcony 4 side is substantially symmetric with FIGS. As shown in FIG. 2, among the water around the kitchen, bathroom, vanity, washing machine place, etc. in the dwelling unit 2, those near the common corridor 3 (in the illustrated example, the bathroom, toilet vanity, etc.). Table, washing machine storage area) is connected to a common drain vertical pipe 13a installed in the pipe space 12a on the common corridor 3 side by a drain horizontal draw pipe 14a, and an object close to the balcony 4 (a kitchen in the illustrated example) is connected. A common drainage vertical pipe 13b installed in the pipe space 12b on the balcony 4 side is connected to another drainage horizontal drawing pipe 14b. Drainage horizontal pipe 14a,
2 and 4, the pipe 14c penetrates the wall on the common corridor 3 side, enters the pipe space 12a, is connected to the common drain vertical pipe 13a, and the drain horizontal draw pipe 14b is shown in FIG. Thus, it penetrates through the wall on the balcony 4 side, enters the pipe space 12b, and is connected to the common drainage vertical pipe 13b. In the surroundings of the water in the dwelling unit 2, only the toilet has a larger amount of drainage than miscellaneous drainage from kitchens, bathrooms, vanities, washing machine yards, and the like. A drainage horizontal pipe 14c is provided and connected to the common drainage vertical pipe 13a. Although omitted in the drawings, common vertical pipes (common vertical pipes for water and gas, etc.) other than the common drain vertical pipes 13a and 13b, main lines such as electricity, meters such as electricity, water, gas, water heaters and air conditioners Heat source devices such as outdoor units are installed in the meter box 15 provided for each of the two dwelling units located on both sides of the doorway wall 1 near the pillar 11a on the common corridor 3 side as in the past. ing. 16 is
This is a trunk room (shed) provided near the column 11a where the meter box 15 is not installed. 17 is a gate, 18 is a porch, and 19 is an entrance. According to the above configuration, the pillar 1 on the common corridor 3 side
1a and the pillar 1a on the balcony 4 side at a substantially intermediate position between the pillars 11a.
The pipe space 12a, 12b dedicated to the common drainage vertical pipe is provided substantially at the intermediate position between the column 1b and the pillar 11b, and the water around the bathroom, vanity stand, washing machine storage, etc. near the common hallway 3 is the common hallway. The common drainage vertical pipe 13a of the side pipe space 12a is connected to the common drainage vertical pipe 13a by a drainage horizontal pulling pipe 14a. Around the water near the balcony 4 (kitchen in the illustrated example), another drainage is connected to the common drainage vertical pipe 13b of the balcony side pipe space 12b. Since the connection is made by the horizontal drawing pipe 14b, the distance from the surroundings of the water to the common drainage vertical pipes 13 and 13b can be suppressed to less than half the depth of the dwelling unit 2, respectively.
The adverse effects due to the drain gradients of a and 14b can be reduced. However, the number of pipe spaces is smaller than when the pipe spaces are provided at the four corners outside the dwelling unit as in the above-described conventional example. Since the structure of the building is not complicated as in the case of installing a vertical pipe, it is more economical than these conventional examples. As shown in FIG. 2, the balcony-side pipe space 12b is provided along the wall between the entrance door 20 facing the common corridor 2 and the window 21 of the Western-style room, and the LDK (living dining room) facing the balcony 4, for example. ) Is provided along the wall between the window 22 and the window 23 of the Japanese-style room, thereby realizing a general layout of a single-corridor apartment house composed of a group of elongated dwelling units having a long depth to the frontage. It is. Generally, the pillar 11a and the pillar 1 on the common corridor side are used.
There is a dwelling unit structure in which a buffer space is provided between the entrance and the common corridor called the alcove in front of the entrance door at a substantially intermediate position of 1a, and a meter box is provided in the alcove part. Or a drainage space in the meter box,
If a pipe space is provided at a substantially intermediate position between the pillars 11b on the balcony side, substantially the same effect can be obtained. However, in this case, if the alcove portion is formed so as to be recessed into the inside of the dwelling unit, care must be taken because the freedom of floor plan in the dwelling unit may be impaired. In the example of FIGS. 3 and 4, the concrete slab in the common hallway 3 is made higher than the concrete slab 8 in the dwelling unit 2, and the dry double floor 9 in the dwelling unit 2 is moved to the floor level and the floor of the common hallway 3. 5 and 6, the concrete slab in the common corridor 3 and the concrete slab 8 in the dwelling unit 2 are set to the same level, and the dry The floor 9 may be set higher than the floor level of the common corridor 3. However, in this case, a step is provided between the stepping into the entrance and the interior corridor. In addition, a step is formed on the balcony side, but the step can be eliminated by laying a ladder or the like on the balcony. According to the present invention, which has the above-described structure,
Even though it is economical, there is an effect that no adverse effect due to the drainage gradient of the horizontal drainage pipe is required regardless of where the water is placed in the dwelling unit.
