2. Description of the Related Art
A sandal, which is an example of this type of footwear, is composed of a sole portion 1 on which a foot is placed and a crawler belt 2, as shown in FIG.
The sole portion 1 is provided with an inclination from the toe portion (toe portion) 1a to the heel portion (heel portion) 1b so that the heel side is higher. In such conventional sandals, when the sandals are worn, the heel of the foot is at a higher position on the toes, so that there is an effect that walking can be performed in a good posture with the back muscles extended. However, by continuously wearing sandals with the heel higher than the toes, the Achilles tendon, which is the rear part of the legs,
Since the calf muscles and the like continue to be shortened, there is a problem that fatigue is accumulated and blood circulation disorder and the like are easily caused.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the footwear is used in a state where the variable portion is located on the front side, so that the footwear can be added as it is or slightly to the toe side of the foot. Thereby, since the sole portion can be in a flat state or a normal footwear state in which the front side is slightly sunk, walking can be performed in a natural state. In addition, by putting enough weight on your toes,
The high heel state in which the front part of the sole portion sinks greatly to the tiptoe can be obtained, and walking in a good posture with the back straightened can be performed. However, if the user is tired of walking in this state, the user can return to walking in a natural state by adjusting and reducing the ratio of the weight applied to the toes. That is, it is possible to freely switch between the normal walking state and the walking state with the high heels of the toe by adjusting the way of adding weight to the variable part with the footwear in a state where the variable part is located on the front side.

When it is desired to eliminate the fatigue of the foot, the footwear should be used with the variable portion being located on the rear side, and the heel portion is greatly lowered by applying sufficient weight to the heel of the foot. It can be in a crowded state. Along with this, the Achilles tendon and calf on the rear side of the foot can be greatly extended compared to a state in which normal footwear is worn. As a result, a stretching effect is added, and metabolism of the foot can be activated, so that fatigue of the rear portion of the leg can be removed, and occurrence of inconvenience such as impaired blood circulation can be prevented. As a result, it is possible to remove the chills and swelling of the foot caused by the blood circulation disorder of the foot due to the conventional footwear structure, so that a diet effect is exhibited. Also leads to improvement. Also in this case, it is possible to suppress the sinking of the variable portion by adjusting the degree of weight applied to the heel side, and it is possible to easily return to a natural walking state.
