Abstract
This lubricant base oil contains an ester which is synthesized from a first component that is at least one substance selected from among polyhydric alcohols having 2-4 hydroxyl groups a second component that is at least one substance selected from among polybasic acids having 6-12 carbon atoms and a third component that is at least one substance selected from among monohydric alcohols having 4-18 carbon atoms and monovalent fatty acids having 2-12 carbon atoms. A refrigerator oil of the present invention and a working fluid composition for refrigerators of the present invention respectively contain the lubricant base oil.
