Abstract

903,585. Lamp holders. CARR FASTENER CO. Ltd. Feb. 7, 1961 [March 9, 1960], No. 8360/60. Addition to 674,204. Class 38 (1). The body 1 of a holder for a lamp or the like, as claimed in the parent Specification is modified by the addition of an integral peripheral resilient lip 19 and bead 20 (Figs. 3, 4), arranged to engage opposite faces of a support when the holder is passed through an aperture therein. The body 1 may be non- circular in cross-section with the head 20 formed as linear projections on its external surface (Fig. 3), the lip 19 being inclined towards the plane of the bead 20 and extending continuously around the periphery of the body.
