Class (I) 6 In an agricultural implement knife blades 2c are mounted in rows along a cylinder 1 each blade being set at an angle to the axis of the cylinder and situated opposite gaps between the blades of an adjacent row and are so positioned that one end of the knife edge of each blade is at a greater distance from the surface of the cylinder than the other end. The knife blades are attached to holders 3 projecting from the surface of the cylinder the holders being carried through the surface of the cylinder and anchored in a mass, such as concrete, filling the interior of the cylinder.
